Will I still get the $100 credit if I purchased the Razer Blade Stealth or Razer Blade 2016 from a different retailer such as Amazon or the Microsoft Store? Also will the $100 credit deal last forever or is it temporary? I'm planning the buy the Razer Blade 2016 this summer from the Microsoft Store because of the 10% student discount. Do I have the buy the laptops from the official Razer Store to qualify for the $100 credit?

It has to be from the razer store.

I've seen a few people who bought it from the Microsoft store get codes after emailing support. I don't know if it was a good faith gesture for the people that purchased the stealth before the details on the core were released or if it's an open offer to all stealth owners who buy a core.

I'd email Razer support to see if you'd be eligible for a code if you bought it elsewhere, they're the only ones who can give you an accurate answer.

I thought the new Blade 14" will not be made available on other stores than RazerStore.

Really? I know that from last year Blade 14 only the 1080p version was exclusive on the Razer Store. The QHD version was available in all other retailers.

They cut costs down by $400+ but as a trade-off it is now RazerStore exclusive, because apparently Amazon and other stores take a cut of the profit. So if they sell directly to us, they don't need to set as high a mark-up.
