Hi, I'm using Razer Naga Chroma and i'm having problem with my right click. When playing fps game I mostly use right click as ads (aim down sight), but sometime my right click releases and it annoys me. I still have the warranty for my Razer Naga but I live in Malaysia. And the store I bought from wants the old receipt. Which I missplaced. Help please ?

Are you sure that it's a mechanical error? (eg. that the switch is failing)

If you dont have a receipt for the item or any online order confirmation etc that can prove when you ordered the mouse then you are out of luck. You can try using the mouse on another PC and check whether the switch is the issue or its a software related thing.

If its hardware im afraid you need warranty to get it replaced. Otherwise you might just have to open the mouse up and fix the issue if you dont get warranty support. Here is a video on the repair guide but I suggest you try your aim at warranty support first.

EDIT: Test out this website and see if you have an issue with double clicking on the right mouse button. Instructions on the test are easy enough and available on this page.

I think so. Because I still have my old razer abysus. And the right click is still fine.

I already watch the video before. It's just i'm trying to claim my warranty which there still is (i checked through the razer site). I don't want to void my warranty.

Yeah obviously you should go for the warranty. I just posted the video in the case you dont get to claim the warranty and want to fix the issue on your own.
