I lost my dongle razer viper v3 pro how can I get a new one ??

Good afternoon!I have Synapse 4 installed, and my mouse is the Razer Cobra Pro. The application detects both devices, but as soon as I try to pair the mouse with the docking station, nothing happens — it says «device not found». I have installed all the latest drivers for both the mouse and the docking station, but nothing helps.

I bought the Karken Light X 7.1 headphones before the new year, but I didn't know that the sound didn't turn on immediately and had to be activated. Today, I went to the box, but there was no code. How can I activate their full power?

 I purchased headphones, but the 7.1 code was missing from the package. My headphones are Blackshark V2 X. I request that the necessary action be taken.

I'm using a Razer Blackshark V2, and after the updates, the microphone quality has deteriorated. If you have an EQ for the V3 or V3 Pro, could you please share it? 

I just bought a Razer Barracuda X 2022  it works fine with the 3.5mm cable, Bluetooth. But when i plug in the 2.4Ghz dongle, the device doesn’t even detect it. and does not connect after restarting

Hello, I am in need of a replacement cable for the Razer Leviathan’s Sub-Woofer as the prongs have broken so that the cord is unusable. Product Leviathan should be Model: RC30-012602, Product No.: RZ05-012260, 30W, 4 Ohms  

 firmware updater just stuck there and doesn't get the versions  

After updating the BIOS to updater v2.06 (previously it was v2.02), after rebooting the system, an error message appeared on the screen: "Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected. Check Security Boot Policy in Setup." If I disable Secure Boot, the system boots fine. Please help me solve this problem and enable Secure Boot.Razer Blade 15 RZ09-0421NGC3-R3G1 

Wired Razer Wolverine v2 (not wireless), is blinking twice even when following the guide. It was working fine until for some reason it just stopped working. Pressing/holding the  Xbox button isn’t working, Windows device manager isn’t recognizing it. It just died for some reason. Is for a update, missing drivers?

hi razer communitycan somebody help me please?i am trying to register my deathadder mouse but the registration process will not recognise the difference between the zero and the o .i have sat here for 45 mins and it keeps telling me that the serial number  and the pn number is wrong.i have tried replacing and moving between the 0 o .

I’ve had this mouse for almost 2 years now and it was going strong until about a year ago when the wireless dongle all of a sudden just stopped working. I’ve been using the mouse wired since then and have tried various different “fixes” for the wireless adapter and none seem to work.I’ve plugged the wireless adapter into every single usb port on my computer, and theres still nothing. I don’t even hear the connect sound you get when you plug a device into a port. Please help.

Cannot use the mouse at all. It keeps reconnecting constantly.It’s connected directly to the motherboard. I’ve tried different USB ports and tested other devices. USB ports are fine. I can’t try another PC because I don’t have one.I tried to find some sort of live chat with Razer or a way to contact someone since I bought the mouse 3 months ago, but their interface is terrible.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Were you able to contact support?

So I recently got given a the v3 pro , with only the mouse and the original cable . I don’t have the dongle however . I was wondering if I was able to buy and replace that dongle through razer? I know the hyperpolling thing exists , but I’m not sure if it requires me to have the USB thing to connect it too . 

I experienced some interference with the 2.4 GHz dongle. i was wondering if I can use the controller wired all the time and not degrade my battery overtime. I don’t want interference but I also don’t want to slowly ruin my controller battery. I wanted to be wireless occasionally when I’m not playing competitive games. I like having the flexibility of being able to be wireless, but I’ve been pretty paranoid after that interference. Especially with Astro a50’s on the way. I didn’t want those to clash with each other.thank you

I updated the firmware from your official website. After reboot the system froze, and now the laptop is completely dead — no fans, no lights, no response to power button. EC reset did not help. I need the Crisis Recovery procedure and files for Razer Blade Pro 17 2021. [removed by moderator]

merhaba 3 ay oldu alalı kablo ile kullanıyorum. ama bazen kullanılmıyor bağlanmıyor hata veriyor. şimdi ise bağlandığında cızırtılı ses fln geliyor çözemedim. kabloda sıkıntı var . kablosuz takıncada aynı cızırtı geliyor. neden acaba?

Hello, I am having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3. The horizontal scroll tilt of the wheel (left/right) works correctly when Synapse is completely closed, but as soon as Synapse is opened, the tilt left/right stops working. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse, created new profiles, tested both Standard and Hypershift modes, and even reassigned tilt left/right to keyboard keys such as A and D. With Synapse open, those inputs are not detected at all; with Synapse closed, they work again. This suggests the hardware is working properly and the problem is caused by Synapse interfering with the wheel tilt input.

Hi!  Ive been looking into getting a new gaming laptop. But one that has touch screen. Because i also use my laptop for stage Lightning applications where touch screen would be a nice additive.  But as far as i can tell i cant find any razer laptops around today which has touchscreens.  Did razer stop having touchscreens in their laptops??  Because i could not find a single thread about them stopping using touchscreens in their gaming laptops but it seams like it.   And im looking for an 17 Inch and up

Hi.Can anyone explain to me how it is work all now ? Last my mouse is Basilisk Ultimate.If I have paired Basilisk with Hyperflux v2 I can choose only 1k pulling rate and can’t pair 8k dongle and docking pro.It is correct or I miss something ?If it’s ok the pairing is a little hard because unparing with mat causes disconnect with mouse and i need other mouse or have bt.
