Hello Razer Support,I’m reaching out because my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) headset no longer connects to its original dongle (Model No: RC30-026902, Rev. BV2P).The dongle shows no LED light when plugged into any USB port, and it is no longer recognized by Windows Device Manager. I’ve also tested it on another computer with no success.I have tried updating the firmware using the official Razer Firmware Updater for RZ04-03220, but the dongle is not detected at all by the updater.Because the dongle has no physical pairing button, I cannot reset or re-pair the headset manually. The headset itself still charges and powers on properly.Would it be possible to request a replacement dongle? Took my armrests off my Iskur V1- Black version and can’t find the bolts to put them back on. Searched online and saw a random page that gave me the size of 8Mx20mm. Got that size from Ace but it sums like it’s too big. Anyone know the correct size/thread to replace them. Thank you!

Hello, I'm writing this message to ask for help. I have a razer raiju mobile controller. When I try to connect it to my PC, either via bluetooth or usb, it crashes with a blue screen with different messages but the one that comes up the most at the moment is ‘WDF_Violation’.My windows is up to date, I've looked at everything but nothing works. I usually plug it in via USB C and then my PC crashes, I leave it plugged in during the reboot and it's fine. I’ve been using a Blackwidow V4 for about half a year now and I’ve never had any issues with it up until today, I turned on my pc and it said that there was no keyboard detected and the keyboard wouldn’t even light up. I tried using different cables and different computers and have concluded that the issue is with the keyboard itself. I can’t think of anything that would’ve caused it to just stop working out of nowhere. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hi, After an update of Synapse, All the lateral button (1 to 12) cease to work. Try resetting the mouse, uninstall/reinstall Synapse, reset profil but nothing work. The update simply turn my naga into a basic mouse 3 buttons mouse.Is there anyway to solve this ?

I just updated my firmware today on my hyerpolling dongle and then my mouse would no longer connect. I tried to update the firmware on the mouse then after and I was able to update the mouse firmware, but not the mouse + dongle because it is not showing device manager at all. I’ve tried all the different workarounds I’ve seen on the forum but my original dongle isnt being detected at all it seems like, which means I can’t try repairing or updating anything, however when I have the mouse in a wired connection it is still working and showing in razer synapse.

I’m having problems with a new Razer Naga V2 Pro.Randomly, the buttons on the side, more specifically 2, 5, 8, - in that line, will stop registering. I need to press it really hard for them to start registering normally for a minute or two and it happens again. Read so many good things about this mouse that I left my Logitech G600 for, but it seems that I’ll have to revert back.i tried everything in this support article here, but still the same problem.Kinda sad as I really liked this mouse. Any pointers on what else can be done? Thanks to anyone that can help in advance.

Hi, i've purchased a pair of hammerhead tws around a year ago, and for the past 2 weeks they've just connecting to my phone while in the case or just not unconmecting while putting back inside, I cleaned the contacts with isopropanol but nothing works, before I throw them into oblivion and buy another pair of earbuds, is there anything I can do to fix them? For now I have to open the case 2/4 times before they decide to disconnect

I recently bought Razer Barracuda x (2022) I tried first to connect it to my phone using bluetooth and installed the app but I can’t see it on the app, tried to connect the dongle to the phone and still couldn’t see it.Connected the dongle to my PC as I saw that it might need to get firmware update. I bought a Razer Tomahawk ATX Case from a reseller, so I can only assume it was damaged in transit and sold cheap to me afterwards. My proof of purchase is from this auction reseller site, not an official Razer retailer. The case is also out of warranty, and I do not have Razer Care. One of the magnets for the door does not work anymore to open or close the case, and I was wondering if there’s a way that I could purchase a replacement?The case also did not come with the Accessories Box, so I don’t have any of the hardware that comes with the case. I’m assuming that I can’t get any of this hardware, but would it be possible to get the names and types for the screws and bolts that come with the case?

I have two Razer Thunderbolt 4 Chroma docks (RC21-0169) both used by Macbook Pro M1’s. One dock has firmware version 30.1 and the other (much newer) has firmware version 38.1.I recently purchased a Sandisk USB4 4TB external SSD (SDSSDE82-4T00-G25) and when I connect to the downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports on the docks I have two very different experiences:The dock with firmware version 30.1 recognizes the drive as USB 3.1. Very slow tranfser speed of about 700MB/s. The dock with firmware version 38.1 recognizes the drive as Thunderbolt 4. Much faster transfer speed of 3000MB/s.I obtained the link speed from System Information in MacOS. When the drive is directly connected to either Macbook Pros it is recognized as Thunderbolt/USB4 and gets the maximum 3000MB/s without any issues.Obviously there is a huge performance difference between USB3.1 and USB4, how can I update my earlier Razer TB4 dock to work like the newer one?

I’ve recently been having problems with my DeathAdder mouse doing double-clicks for me, and I originally thought it was a hardware problem, so I was going to scrap Razer, and get a Logitech mouse, but then I found out this could be a firmware problem.  However, there seems to be no way to install new firmware for this mouse.I found an article referencing this file for download:  https://dl.razerzone.com/drivers/DeathAdder2013/win/Razer/DeathAdder2013_FirmwareUpdater_v1.04.03v2.exe  (or close to this… might have a space in it some place… not sure the exact URL)I was able to download the file, but when it is run, it says I have to have Synapse 2.0 installed in order to use the updater. I know the mouse is old, but it was in storage for 6 years before it even got opened, and its been a good mouse up until now.  I’m just wondering if anyone has been able to update the firmware on it, and how is it possible if the firmware file is available, but Synapse 2.0 is not?
