I found the problem, whenever i play a game and speak with my mic, it makes it become muffled, even after i stop speaking it continues being this distorted muffled sound, but i don't know the solution, in chrome and desktop sound is fine, in games it isnt, and when i call in whatsapp it isnt,(PC)

I ran Cinebench briefly once while Synapse had Turbo mode enabled. In the Synapse system monitor, I also noticed a CPU max power of 170.9W, so I disabled Cinebench. Is this possible because the i9 Ultra 275HX declares a max power of 150W? I brought a used wolverine ultimate and the person says it worked when he had it, I got it it worked for about 5 minutes then turnt off is there any way to fix this? The wire is working with my elite series 1 fine

Hi Razer, i’ve gotten into your Inspectiv Bug Catching Program. I had two very excellent catches. “Ultimate Suspence Unfolds!!” Anyway, they were rejected, and hours later, the bugs were fixed. I have Screenshots and videos before and after my report. You know, this makes for an incredible court case. Just Kidding I won’t go that far. Or will I? 

The tilt function of my chair is not working. I want to get it repaired even if I have to pay for it. Is there any way to do it?

Hey everyone,I bought a brand-new Razer Kiyo about a year and a half ago, and recently it started flickering heavily for a few seconds and then disconnects completely from my PC. It’s unusable now.I’ve tried everything: multiple USB ports, different cables, disabling USB power saving, reinstalling drivers, no Razer Synapse, and testing it on another device (iPad), but it still doesn’t work.I suspect a hardware failure, but I’m really hoping to find a solution or at least get guidance on next steps.I want to add that I’m a loyal Razer customer with a full setup — speakers, keyboard, two mice, mousepad, headset — so I’m seriously counting on Razer’s support here. The Kiyo wasn’t cheap, and I’ve taken really good care of it.I really hope to get quick and effective help from the support team, because I’m at a loss and I need this resolved ASAP.Thanks so much in advance.

Hi. Recently I've noticed small grey pixelation or noise appearing in my webcam feed, especially in darker or shadowed areas of the image. Even with good lighting, the issue persists and lowers the overall video quality. I’ve updated the drivers and tried different USB ports, but the problem remains. It shows up in OBS, Discord, and other software as well. Is there any solution or setting adjustment that could fix this?

Hello,My Blackshark v2 hyperspeed headset does not work unless its connected to the pc via the usb. When I remove the usb from the headset it stops working, I can’t turn it on if the usb is connected to the dongle.The battery is stuck on 35%, but I am guessing that its actually at 0% and the battery could be dead.I have tried charging it with a adapter and a different cable, but the battery % does not change. 

I’ve been having an issue with my mouse since earlier today. I just wanted to charge it and use it while watching anime, but it keeps disconnecting. The light flickers white twice, then shows the charging light, flickers white twice again, and keeps repeating the same thing. It keeps disconnecting. I already tried plugging it in properly and even changed the socket where it’s plugged into on my laptop, but the problem still happens. Also earlier i noticed that the light turned blue idk what that means but yeah pls help me.

Hi, I have my Blackshark V2 (and in very good condition mind you) and since new, synapse has given me problems, which are a headache, but I must admit, razer support has been very efficient, quick and kind, so kudos to all of you! right now I mi mic is not even working, and I can’t access my microphone options of the soundcard in synapse, they are greyed out, these two things happened at the same time, and I honestly think it has something to do with synapse since I use this headset with playstation and it works perfectly fine. thanks in advance!

I just bought the Razer Ornata V3 X keyboard and after trying it out the first few hours was great. then suddenly it started spamming random key from letters to F11, F12 and others (Caps, Win) it just random even when im not pressing anything. I try looking up the problem and most of what I found pointed toward driver problem. I tried troubleshoot and everything and lastly uninstalling the driver let it install itself back. After reinstalling the driver it fixes the problem during normal condition like googling and everything but the problem still persist when playing games. It doesnt start right after opening game but after a few minutes of opening games. I tried on multiple games like CS2 and War Thunder both games does the same thing. I tried reinstalling the driver again but it does not fix it. I tried disabling overlay and stuff that in some web says could cause software problem but still does not fix it. I also tried resetting it on synapse and still not fixed. I just Bought the

While using my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model on a dual-screen setup, my laptop screen suddenly turned off and cannot get it to work again.  When it boots, there is no backlight and cannot see the logo, the only way to see the screen is to connect an external monitor.  I have reseated the RAM and tried different RAM but nothing has worked.  The connections on the ribbon cable are seated properly as well.  Does this model have issues with screens going out?  Seems like a problem from the internet, never had a screen go blank in 10 past laptops.  Any guidance as i am out of warranty would be appreciated.

Hi, I think I may have damaged the cable of my Audio control pod on my original Nommo Pro as it doesn’t seem to be switching on.I think it’s the cable because it was the day after I fell asleep and woke up with my foot tangled in it. I was hoping to get a replacement Audio control pod even if I have to pay.

I am not receiving any SMS OTP for my 2FA, I have tried using different devices, browsers, resetting my network, and it still won’t let me. If there is any Razer Support that could help me, I would like to change my 2FA from SMS OTP to an Authenticator. I have already loaded my Razer Gold Wallet not knowing that this issue has been happening from quite some time now. I have seen a few cases about this issue recently in my region. ive had my nari for about 3 years and it has serveral issues like the volume and game-chat wheels not stopping and audio popping, ive bought other headsets like blackshark v2 pro and kraken v4 but neither of them sound as good or work as well for me, is there any way to get it fixed by razer?

everything else is working perfectly, the knobs, the extra 3 buttons, but the keyboard itself is not responding
