Every time I press the power button on my Razer 17” 2022, it does not charge. So I have to reach down to power source to switch the power off and on again. The problem is the same whether it is plugged in to the power brick or through USB charger. What could be wrong and how may I solve this annoying problem ?

I bought the new headset from a reseller (MediaMarkt, Germany) but I somehow didn’t get an activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound system and I can’t request one online because the serial number doesn’t get detected.

Hi,I had problems with synapse 3, in which my mouse and keyboard disappeared (support didn't know how to help me) and now I installed the v4 beta, which works fine for now but keeps the computer awake all the time and when the monitor wants to turn off, after 3 seconds it turn on again.When I uninstall synapse v4, the monitor normally turns off automatically (goes to sleep) if I'm not using the computer.How to make synapse not ping the computer constantly?

i bought a Razer Deathadder v3 Pro and i cant find a higher pulling rate than 1000, but people are talking about 8000 and 4000.

Will there be any rubber grips for the V3? Or will other Razer grips fit (partulary down the right hand side of the mouse).

I changed my phone number already but i cam changed the phone number on my razer id cause it send the codes to my previous phone number. And i dont have access to my backup codes anymore. Please help

Hello!Yesterday I bought a Razer mouse. When I enter the 15 digit alphanumeric serial number via /razercare/warranty page I get an error:  "We are unable to locate your serial number in our database."I have not purchased my mouse directly from Razer. I just need to know my mouse is original or fake. How can I figure it out the originality of my mouse?

I’ve had my blackshark v2 for more than a year ago and as far as i remember I had access to THX. Now it’s claiming for a code and I cant reach support because when I select the product the system says it is not elegible for THX code??????? There might be an issue I’m not aware of, if so, please let me know, because I feel scammed. 

Is it a product from Singapore? Why are the products shipped from Hong Kong?  

I was wondering if the Blackshark v2 pro 2020 edition work on mobile by connecting through Bluetooth.

I have been using the Basilisk Ultimate for more than three years and I admit that it is a very good mouse and I love using it, but since 2023 I have this problem when using it: the mouse will suddenly disconnect and after 1-2 minutes it will reconnect to my computer, or it will not connect( This is manifested by the chroma light effect on the mouse suddenly going out, and the mouse cannot control the computer's cursor ), I need to turn the mouse back on or off or reseat the 2.4G receiver, and sometimes I can see the mouse displayed in the driver in synapse, but I can't control the mouse through synapse (at this time, synapse shows that the mouse battery is 0%). This happens almost every day, I've played a lot of games, I'm sure it's not a problem caused by the game program, and even the link breaks in daily use, I'm sure it has something to do with the latest driver of the mouse or synapse3, I hope to fix this problem sooner

My DeathAdder V2 serial number has faded out from it’s long use and I was gonna look into the warranty on it since it hasn’t been a full 2 years yet since I’ve been having issues with it lately and I was wondering if there are any other ways I can get the serial number of it at this point

I cannot connect to my wi-fi when using 2.4G mode, but can connect when using Bluetooth mode. What i suppose to do fix problem?

As the picture shown, the sensitivity range for DeathAdder V3 is 20000 instead of 30000.

My keyboard is getting stiff after using it for nearly 2 years so i was wondering if there is way to decrease/remove the stiffness of it.the atmosphere in my country is pretty much dusty so there might be some dust stuck in there and i am clueless about how to clean it well.and im not sure if the stiffness or due to the dust or over usage over time

So I have a blackshark v2 that I bought on March 21, 2024 and yesterday when I went to register with my account, I couldn't and I was surprised to learn that the product had already been registered to an unknown account, which is strange because I bought the sealed headset and I didn't register it in my account, so I tried to contact support, but without success and so far I haven't heard from them, so I was hoping to contact Razer support here and ask for help so I I can finally link my headset to my personal account.

First of all, I apologize for my bad English, I want to ask a short question, there is a problem with my keyboard and I want to contact razer, I contacted razer assist at the time, "Elaiza C" took care of me, now I want to contact support again, I think there is a problem with the switches on my keyboard, and the reason for this is that I am seriously experiencing this problem on the "space-e-n-m-r" keys, especially when I write these problems quickly and when solving bombs in games like csgo valorant.
