Why on earth do all the recent and modern Razer products have drivers & firmware updates on this support page but not the Deathadder V3 (non-Pro) and the Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless (non-Analogue)? https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/~/software-and-firmware-updates-for-razer-peripherals Looking at Razer Synapse, my Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless firmware version is 1.0.4.0 while my Deathadder V3 firmware version is 1.1.0.0. Do I have the latest firmware for both products or not?Help is highly appreciated !!

I have a Deathadder v3 pro mouse and Deathstalker V2 Pro tkl keyboard, both using there own dongle.  Since the update in November the mouse usually will not connect wirelessly when starting my PC.  I have to unplug the keyboard dongle then it will connect.  I then plug the dongle for the keyboard back in and everything is fine.   Taking the mouse dongle out doesn’t solve the issue, it seems to maybe be trying to connect to the wrong dongle?  I have verified the firmware is up to date for both.  Keyboard:  1.5.1.0 and the mouse is on 2.0.3.0.  Is this a known issue with the latest driver or is there anything I can do to fix this?

HelloI bought a razer barracuda x headphone, when I wanted to use this program, I went through the steps to get the activation code and a code was sent to my email, but when I entered the code, it gave an invalid code error. after a year when I tried again I received a similar one,what should I do?

Hey im using my Basilisk V3 for about 2 years now and recently one of the mouse feet started to get damaged. Now the mouse is slow and doesnt fell good to play with. I would like to ask if it is possible to replace the mouse feet so i can use the mouse and dont have to buy a new one. I realy like all the Razer products i used so far and i would be sad to throw away a good working product just because of one dabaged part.

Hi all,I was playing Cyberpunk when my Razer Blade 14 2023 - Mercury suddenly shut down. I thought that the system automatically shut reaching the temp security level.Now trying to reboot a few minutes later, my computer now keep on shutting down and rebooting before getting to windows, and sometimes even before getting to recovery mode.A couple of times, I have reached Windows 11 desktop, but the system shuts again even before all app are loaded.It's been like this now for a couple of hours so temperature shouldn't be a problem anymore.I have tried several options listed on the different pages: unplugged/replugged battery, passed a SSD test in BIOS, press 15 seconds start button... The problem remains the same.Would any of you have an idea of how I could solve this issue?

tried setting up a different set of profile for chroma and synapse and link it on games but it does not auto switch if i open up the game

Everything was fine last night, today I boot up my pc and razer asks me to login, but it doesn’t let me even though I know my password.I tried resetting my password, reinstalling the app, restarting the internet but nothing has worked so far. Since I cant login with my Razer ID that means I cant use the 7.1 surround sound, which I have been using for years now so everything sounds weird.I’ve gotten 3 different errors so far:Server access unavailable. Please check your internet connection.then I got a weird “TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503” errorand the third error just said try again later, now it keeps giving me the internet connection error.

Hi, since an Icue update my Corsair RAMs no longer work, I was running them with Synapase from Razer Control.Unable to get Icue working again, I decided to install "OpenRGB".TERRIBLE ERROR, now the colors of my motherboard (and everything connected to it) are reversed…My PC is completely Cyan, but there only the motherboard is purple...When I launch Diablo 4, the turn, the keyboard, the mouse, the Tartarus, the mouse pad, the AIO turn red, but the motherboard and the two fans as well as the Razer power supply are... Green.I already "repaired" then installed and reinstalled Synapase, without much effect... Please help me > _ < Sorry for my bad english i’m a french haha

I have Razer Synapse V3 loaded on my Windows 10 system and a Razer Deathadder mouse.The profiles I have setup are working as they should, but it is a PIT:A to have to open Synapse every time I want to use a different profile.My question is:   Can I use a keyboard shortcut (that I can set-up) to switch between my 2 profiles ? Thanks in advance for any assistance.Frost

Hello there!Before a went on vacation (a month ago)  razer cortex allowed me to adjust the digital vibrance, hue, etc.but when I came back the feature said it wasnt allowed anymore. I have some settings changed already but cant change it back.I have two graphics cards on my laptop ; AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 

I have a Blade 15 advanced that is about 5 months old that "died" today. I was working as usual when suddenly the computer shuts down. I tried to turn it on without any response. I noticed that the computer was really hot and since I was only running some basic programs and no games etc that was a bit surprising. I waited sometime in case it was some kind of overheating but nothing changed. The charger led is on but nothing at all happens when trying to turn the computer on. I have tried all the recommendations I could find but without success. Since I use the computer in my work as a developer I have some code etc on the SSD that I need to get hold of but as far as I understand I am not allowed to open the laptop and remove the SSD to backup the data without breaking the warranty? If I send the laptop to get a repair but you need to replace it could I somehow get the SSD from my machine?

After updating my razer blade stealth 13 (2019 model) to windows 11, I have two consistent issues regarding display. First, I cannot connect to external monitors. Here is what I have tried so far:Multiple adapters (USB C to HDMI) on both ports on laptop, multiple cables, and verified the external monitor works because I use my work laptop connected to it. Display drivers uninstalled, reinstalled, and fully updated. (Not sure this helps) Restored BIOS defaults.Second, I cannot adjust the brightness of my screen anymore. I adjust the brightness slider, but it doesn’t change.There has also been a consistent update in Windows update regarding Intel Display, that never can install (Intel Corporation - Display - 26.20.100.7463 - Install error - 0x80070103). I have a feeling this is related to the issue. Please, anyone that can help or have ideas outside of “your drivers are out of date”, typical YouTube solution nonsense. Early February my barracuda x wireless transmitor broke. So I decided to buy a new one at razer's website. I was told that my package would come on the 15th Little did I know that my package would not arrive. I thought it would be delayed since my area was currently going through a snow storm. I waited & waited and still nothing. If I could I would contact them via email since there support team doesn't really help with these kind of problems. But they don't have one. I at least want my money back or the product I ordered.(Removed attached order number for security purposes.)

i have been using the deathadder v2 pro for 2 years, and now im facing a problem which is that my mouse keep disconnecting and reconnecting, i searched the web and found out i have to update the firmware to fix that.but while updating the firmware, its leading to another problem. i found out that i need the dongle to update the firmware, and i lost it and now i cannot solve these two problem.is there a way to update it without my dongle… because i can’t even play games normally right now.

Fedex delievered my package to the wrong adress twice, but on the razer website it says it was delievered on the fourth. Ive contacted fedex more than ten times and they inevitably returned my package back to razer. Hello Razer Community!I got my headset yesterday and tried to install synapse v3 but it doesn't Detect my headset, I tried many things... I updated my driver / reinstalled / also tried version 2 / v3 beta / I watched many youtube videos but nothing works. I dont know how to fix this we cant use razer synapse with blackshark v2x ? 

The logitech G502X has the concept down packed. The only thing they did better than Razer lol. Guys cant you just make the button be able to be changed with a longer button for players with smaller hands. That way the mouse is for everyone I sadly had to go to G502X because there button situation is way better. Does anyone feel this way to?h
