Hi, I am a little confused about the hyperflux mat. If I understand correctly, if I have the wireless puck for the razer naga v2 pro, will this mouse mat charge the mouse without any need of a wire or dock?  

I mistakenly scratched some numbers off from the card 

I've been having this issue for almost a month now and I'm getting a little pissed. I don't know if I'm the only one encountering this issue or not. Whenever I try and change the volume of my headphones with the 7.1 (surround sound) audio device it stays the same volume. It doesn't make sense to me, even if I try and mute it it's the same volume unless I change it by switching to my main headphone device, which is a USB cable. And in case you're wondering, it occurs the same way if I connect my headphones directly into the PC as well. If you can help me I'll be impressed and flattered, thank you!

Good morning,I don't like pre-installed system and software in laptops and I always install Windows and drivers from the beginning. I can't find the software anywhere: "THX Spatial Audio". The only one I found is on Razer's website in addition it is paid. But it is with a green icon, and the original one was with a black THX logo.Razer does not provide drivers for my Razer Blade 18 2024 anywhere - only the Recovery image. Why doesn't it make it available - it makes no sense! I do not want to use Recovery. So, I have two questions:•   Where can I find the installer: "THX Spatial Audio" from THX not from Razer as it originally came with the laptop? I paid $4000 for the laptop and I will not pay an extra $20 for the driver!•   Where can I find others drivers: chipset, WLAN etc? Windows 11 fortunately installed all of them, but I would like to know where I can find them in the futureThank you and Regards

Hello, I'm from Vietnam and I'm using a wired razer da v3 mouse. Currently my mouse feet is having problems with balance, can I replace it myself and not lose the warranty?

I have a Razer Blade 15 2019 and I got a new Crucial P3 1 tb m2 ssd to upgrade my boot drive. I cloned my original boot drive onto it using Macrium reflect without any issues. However, when I replace the old ssd with the new one, the screen gets stuck at the Razer logo and does not boot and does not let me go into recovery mode, change the boot order, or enter the bios.I figured out eventually that when I put the ssd in an external enclosure and leave the old ssd in the sole m2 slot, the computer does let me change the boot order and I was able to boot into the new ssd. This does not work if the old ssd is not in the computer (it just gives me a blue screen error after cycling through the loading circle once).I would like some help figuring out a way to boot with the new ssd in the computer and not relying on the enclosure or the old ssd to let me into the boot menu. These issue were similar to another users problems, but they never found out what the issue was.Also similar to this use

hello, I recently purchased headphones and faced such a problem that I can't find the code in the box, I ordered them in the online store, they came whole and in excellent condition, so I decided to register the headphones on the official website and here the problem is that when filling out all the items, I click register and an error like site error crashes try to restart starnitsk An unexpected error has occurred, please reload the page and try again"to get the activation code 7.1Please help 🥺 rezer 🙏

Hello Razer Support Team, I just got my Razer Kraken X Lite and when i unboxed it, i could find the black card with 7.1 Surround QR code to register. I registered but i cant find any card with an activation code and i need help. I'm gonna attach photos so you can see there is no code. 

Hi all,I have a desktop PC for my own use and a company laptop. On the laptop, I cannot install any drivers. Unfortunately, DeathAdder V3 doesn’t have Bluetooth. If I buy a second dongle, will I be able to connect my mouse to both: PC and laptop? (not at the same time). I don’t want to plug in, plug out every day the dongle, from laptop to PC and the other way around. If I cannot, and I have to operate only on one dongle, will I be able to normally use my mouse without drivers on the laptop? I’m not talking about macros. Turning off RGB, changing DPI, using side buttons - this is what will be needed.Thanks!  

I’m unable to open any Razer software due to this problem, Razer Central shows me the screen above, razer synapse and razer cortex don’t open.

Comprei o fone blackshark v2 x. Fiz o cadastro na razer id e cadastrei o fone para conseguir o código de ativação do 7.1 surround. Mas o código que recebi no meu email da como INEXISTENTE. 

so uh i bought the 2022 barracuda x somewhere between december 2022- february 2023. i dont remember the exact date though. after buying them i put the headset on and just used them. i never really knew that they had 7.1 surround sound, so i just threw the box out like a month after buying them, and now i did realize that. ive been trying to register my headset but i dont remember the exact date that i bought them. any help?

I purchased the Viper V3 Pro last week and it’s been working perfectly, until today when I was playing. I had recently checked the battery to see it was at 85%, and no more than 30 minutes later I had gotten a notification in the bottom right saying the mouse was low battery. When I checked it in Razer Synapse the mouse was at 0%. When I plugged it in and left it for a couple hours it remained at 0%. I tried uninstalling drivers and still nothing.

I just got my kraken v3 hypersense headphonrd but when ever I plug in my windows 11 the volume setting is not saving and going back down to 0 which I have to fix evey time. This is getting annoying for me. what is causing this to happen? I think this could be the THX spatial which is selected evey time I Plug my headphone, I still not understand why this happens.
