This *beep* sound with brief audio cut is annoying and disturbs a lot. I play many games and use Discord using open mic - previously used Barracuda headset and it’s very convinient for me to use it that way, instead of voice activation or push-to-talk - especially during long game sessions and when needing constant input from keyboard for game. Where is the option to disable it? If not - please add it.

Razer's software doesn't recognize my Bluetooth headphones, what should I do to make them appear?

Hi all,I'm facing an annoying delay when I press a button on my Tartarus Pro to temporary switch to another keymap. I use the thumb button but it happens with any button I set.I didn't have this issue before. This thing make the switching function useless because I need to wait to press a button from the keymap 2.I think it could be the last update of Synapse 4 that introduced this problem.Am I the only one?Thank you.

Hello, I am using the razer Basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and it recently started to not track user input anymore. Instead whenever I connect the mouse, the cursor is slowly moving down. So far I have tried:Restart of PC a different Usb Port a new battery a different Computer different Operating System (MacOS) Reset of the mouse Reinstalling synapseSince I am running out of options on how to fix it on my own I wanted to ask for some help. 

Hi everyone,Looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has run into this issue with their Razer Seiren V3 Chroma.My mic used to record completely clean audio with zero static. Recently, I traveled with it stored safely in my bag (unused during the trip, no drops or physical hits). Ever since I got back and plugged it back into my setup, there’s a persistent background static/buzzing sound.Here’s what I’ve already tried to isolate the issue: Tested with different USB cables. Updated firmware. Tested on different devices (laptop and mobile phone). Confirmed the issue happens in the exact same room/setup where it worked perfectly before. Since the static follows the microphone across different cables, devices, and ports, it seems like an internal issue started after travel.Has anyone experienced similar static issues with the Seiren V3 Chroma, or is this a sign to push forward with an RMA/support replacement?Appreciate any insight!

Hello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed for PlayStation earbuds and was hoping someone could help.I purchased them from Amazon, and I've been experiencing this problem since I first took them out of the box. When I connect using the USB-C dongle connected to my PS5, I hear the game audio for about half a second before the sound cuts out completely.Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried: Confirmed the earbuds are fully charged (the charging case shows a green light). Verified that the HyperSpeed USB dongle is connected properly. Checked the PS5 audio settings and set the audio output to the connected headphones. The PS5 recognizes the earbuds as connected, but I still don't get any audio. When I go into the PS5 microphone test, the microphone works and my voice is detected correctly, but I still have no audio output through the earbuds. my soundbar stays on all the time all of a sudden. it has sound it just wont turn off. i have tried reset but nothing. when i start pc it starts up to. and it wont switch to headphones. i have to use windows to switch from one to the other. levithan v2 update it powers on and statys on and none of the buttons work,volume switching to headset nothing all buttons are dead.

Why don’t you give Norway a version of Razer Ornata V3 Tenkeyless - Espeon & Umbreon Edition? Like.. I would Love to have that keyboard but it’s hard when it doesn’t have the 3 additional letters…

Hello,I have an issue with my Razer Naga V2 Pro.When I rotate the mouse wheel in one direction, the scroll wheel resistance changes on its own, even though I have set it to a fixed value in the settings. If I selected a fixed resistance, why does the scroll wheel tension keep changing by itself?Please provide a solution and an explanation as soon as possible. If your response is simply going to be that this is a known issue and that I have to live with it, then I will return the mouse.I expect a proper fix or a clear explanation of why this is happening.Thank you.

Is it normal that, upon receiving my V4 Pro and opening it for the first time, I found the mouse slightly out of the mold where it is supposed to be perfectly seated? Also, when removing the protective film from the bottom of the mouse, I noticed a slight spiral-shaped scratch on one of the skates. It is worth noting that I didn't find any fingerprints or signs of use on the mouse itself, but receiving it in that condition really confused me. Should I request a return? I bought this mouse from Amazon USA, though the box was sealed with the proper plastic wrap on the sides.

In the title, I’m wondering how everyone’s thermal performance is on the razor blade 16 2026 particularly the 5080 model but whatever model you have? I’ve seen some Reddit posts here that the thermal performance was actually better and the fans didn’t kick in as much and on the 2025 model they were on all the time and annoying people, but I’m curious what were people impressions? Another reviewer was saying that it ran a bit hotter so I’m not sure what to think…..Thanks!

my razer viper 8k sometimes stops working on the right click is there anyway to fix it? 

i was looking at razer’s mice recently in anticipation of getting an updated razer trinity, as my old (wired) naga trinity is aging. i noticed that razer now only offers the razer naga trinity as a wireless mouse, the only wired versions of the naga being a naga with fixed 12 buttons and the left hand edition of the mouse. why is razer only offering the best edition of the naga (and i imagine many of their other models are doing the same thing now), the naga trinity, with only wireless connectivity and not wired? dear razer, wireless peripherals are a major security vulnerability. please continue to offer the trinity version of the razer naga with a wired version. not everyone wants to use insecure peripherals that do nothing but provide a majorly insecure attack vector for cyber attacks for literally no logical reason whatsoever; wireless peripherals are not only useless, they’re literally detrimental.

I have 3 Razer Tartaruses (Tarari?) and after the windows update that rolled out last night Synapse 3 would no longer display any of my razer devices.  I stopped and started razer services, turned off core memory isolation in windows security, tried different USB ports and nothing worked.  I updated Synapse to 4 which I really didn’t want to do.  Now my Naga Pro Wireless is appearing but my Tartarus is not.  Windows 11 Version 25H2 Build 26200.8875AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT 8-Core Processor (3.90 GHz)Memory 32GBRTX 5060 Ti (16 GB)
