My mouse grip tape has worn out, and now I can’t find where to buy a new one. Any ideas where I could get it?

Hello,I purchased the Razer Kraken Multi-Platform Black headset on April 17, 2025.After registering the included code, I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. However, I was unaware that the code only works for one software. I was hoping to use the activation for THX Spatial Audio instead.As this is my first experience with Razer headphones, I didn’t realize that the activation is limited to one option.Could you please assist me with activating THX Spatial Audio instead? I’d really appreciate your help.Thank you!

Pretty much the title. I recently got a new one since the last one I had was having that issue. I thought since it was older it was just the headset dying but now that I have a new one it's still occurring. Same exact issue. Turning the volume nob on my headset all the way to the max fixes this issue but it makes everything unbearably loud, I have to turn applications down to 5 just to hear normally and I don't want to have my ears blasted every time I launch a new game or talk to a new person.I know the solution "Adjust the levels so the right side is lower". I don't like doing this because clips I take will make them always sound louder in the left ear then.I really don't know what to do. I reinstalled drivers, reinstalled synapse, tried without synapse. I feel like i've tried everything and nothing works. Would appreciate any help on this issue, thanks!

just open the side up with the usb connection.. and volume control. disconnect the cable that goes from pcb board of volume control to the rest.. then turn up and down volume.. and make sure its all thew ay down when u plug the board back in. and then test.. should fix most as long as all your solder points are still in tact.. thought mine were screwed up but did this and they work again and it was so easy everyone could do it . a few screws and disconnect cable only do not need to take pcb boards out or move anything.

I bought a viper v2 pro about a year and a half ago. Within 4 months, the mouse wheel started rolling the opposite direct that was input sporadically. It progressively got worse to the point of being unusable.I RMAd it after it was about 6 months old. Been using this new one for the last year. 3 months ago, I ordered new grips and skates for it. Not cheap. And within a few weeks, this one also started rebounding on mouse wheel scrolls. And its now currently getting to the point of being unusable (it scrolls in the wrong direction more than the right).What the hell is the flaw in this mouse? Im not hard on it. I take care of my shit. I would never have dropped money on the 8k dongle if I knew this was a common manufacturing issue with the mouse. 

i want to upgrade to the new white kitty headset, but my current pink one has a audio jack… i need the audio jack for my PC and NOT the usb… it doesnt work with my streaming. Is there an adapter i can get to make my usb a aux?  i need help. 

I am trying to activate the 7.1 sound. So, I bought my Razer Blackshark V2 X from a marketplace. When I try to register it, it just said “Uhh sorry your product is already registered uhhh ummm yea”. How do I get the code?? (there was no activation code for it in the package either)

i have an razer hyperspeed v3 i bought it about 6-7 months ago but the problem is it stopped working the battary is  brand new  its not detected by software even when i try to update the firmware the usb ports working fine also its not blinking green thats all

The controller stoped working but it works with another usb-c cable. The strage thing is that the cable that failed just does that when I connect the controller, if I connect my phone it works correctly. Can somebody tell me what is happening? 

I bought this blckwidow v4 pro keyboard months ago from the official razer uk site. I did opened some cases but they wanted me to reset the keyboard etc after months of testing it never gone away. The odd thing is my T key were missclicking or double clicking 2 months ago but now. My A,J,COMA buttons have the same issue. T Key is fixed somehow. But others are gone. How do I fix this issue?

Will there be a way to calibrate the thumbsticks on the Wolverine V3 TE to remove stick drift like there now is on the Pro version?

Is there any chance for Razer to release a Cyberpunk 2077 model like they did for the Viper Ultimate for their best mouse, the Viper V3 Pro at all or anytime soon? 

Hello!They already sent me the 3rd controller back, but the same problem. It keeps disconnecting even during gameplay. So it's unplayable! It's been doing this since the firmware update, but the previous one can't be reinstalled... When are they going to do something about this?!!! I can't believe it would be such a big job to fix this! 😤😤😤

I updating my Wolverine V3 PRO and it's dongle to latest firmware and I downloaded the Synapse 4 app  but when connected via wireless the unique polling rate option is 250Hz although n the firmware change log on the razer support it's written: Added 500 Hz polling rate mode target for wireless dongle without headphones connected.Do you see the 500 Hz option in Synapse 4 app?

Hello! Recently, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support" , which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. and its original from amazon. 

I registered my headphones, they show up, but I didn't receive an activation code to my email and I can't do 7.1, what should I do?

I have been actively using Razer TE for about 4 years. Yesterday I formatted my computer and started to install the drivers one by one. However, when I installed Razer Synapse, I saw that the equalizer settings did not work. When I did research on this, I did all the solutions I saw on theforums, but it is still the same. None of them work and my headphones are crap, I can't even listen to music. When I install THX Spatial Audio, the equalizer works stably, but it also has a 15-day trial period. Dear Razer team, please help me.

Why does Razer run so many programs?  I only wanted the multi-button mouse for Audocad.  The only couputer game I play is Solitaire.  Now I got 10  background apps named Razer running.  Can I just use Revo on these or what?  Why does Razer do this?  They make  the best multi-function mouse out there, so I am even thinking about a Razer laptop and desktop now.  And maybe a keyboard.  Easy to program.  No instructions necessary.  What is the deal?  Do they just not like having good stuff?  They have to garbage it up with some spyware or something?I like to be able to change the mouse buttons at-will, so like Synapse running.  Or should I close everything, uninstall everything, and just load Synapse when I need to change my mouse buttons?Btw.  Anyone says they’ll never use Razer again hasn’t tried enough software .  Ever use Microsoft?

hello Razer support. Ive recently encountered a issue regarding the choosing of griptape for my mouse. My little brother ruined the left mouse button griptape for my razer viper v3 pro and i was wondering 1.  which griptape should i buy for the mouse? Ive noticed you have a few different options.2. Is it possible to buy js one piece of griptape for the one button that im missing? or do i need to buy a whole “bundle” at a time?
