Hello, I have been running into an issue with the left joystick of my Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma where as I play games like Destiny, Halo, and Modern Warfare 3, my movement will  randomly slow down or totally stop despite holding the joystick forward.I have to go so far as pressing the joystick forward quite hard  to the point it hurts my thumb to maintain movement. I had tried to adjust the controller deadzones to be more sensitive to offset the issue, but this did not work either. It also seems to be made worse by controller vibration which can cause movement to stop as well. This has been a very sudden issue and I am unsure of what is damaged or how to go about repairing it in any way, any help would be greatly appreciated.  

My basilisk v3 was working normally all day but suddenly just shut off and hasn’t worked at all. Not on the Bluetooth or 2.4 mode. No response as well when connecting manually with usb c to usb c and usb a to usb c on any device. I’ve tried the factory reset and see no way to update the firmware without the mouse actually working. I’ve also made sure windows is updated fully. Is this simply just mechanical failure and is it done for good? I received this mouse as a replacement 7 months ago and since then it has failed to charge wirelessly to my charger and occasionally freezes up in game which can be fixed by pressing the scroll wheel. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey there! Recently i ve encountered an issue with my blackshark’s v2 microphone and i think its software related since it started right after i firmware updated it, and when i use its mic without its razer usb sound card connected, it works fine, but whenever i use razer usb sound card to connect it to my pc, for example to have a discord call, its quality just drops to the floor. Does anyone have any insight on this issue?

I have a problem with my razer barracuda x , I lost my USB-C to USB-A adapter and buying a replacement takes 2 months from my country, can I use a generic USB-C to USB-A adapter to use on my motherboard? Or does it not work unless it is the Razer one? someone please help me

I just bought this 6 months ago, and it stopped working suddenly. There is a little light at the sensor though but the pc doesn't detect it, and yes I already tried different usb ports and even tried to use it on a different pc. Any help? 

Dont let the Circular positioning of the thumb buttons slowly fade away!!I have played with the Hex formation on Razer Naga Hex and Razer Naga Trinity for ages now and i fear the day that I have to change to a different thumb pattern….!! Because there are no other mice on the market that provides this.It’s PERFECT for my MMO and Moba gaming. #SaveHex

sup guys i just got my first ever razer product v3 pro tkli always used a full sized corsair keyboard never was a techy one but decided to get a comp keyboard does switching out they keys to clicky ones defeat the purpose of the keyboard or is it some technology that make the actuation point so delicate cause i love the fast response but i always liked the clicky stuff my last keyboard was plain no sound or anything 

I recently updated to win 11 from win 10. During the first start up of the system the headphones were working properly without issues, after the first restart and upon some drivers updates from win the headphones stopped playing. The system recognizes the headphones are available in the list of speakers as well as the microphone when i press the test button the test fails and no sound is audible. I check with regards to firmware update and did download relevant software. When i try to run the firmware the update fails. The first step that say plug-in the wirless USB dongle… is executed, then i press the update button and the software request to unplug and replug the dongle. At this point the update freeze and nothing happens after 2-3 mins a fail warning appears that say make sure dongle is connected and retry. I did a couple of times without success. Looking forward to some feedback . Thanks in advance.

Has anyone here verified that the Connecting the Barracuda X 2022 in Razer Audio App would show its battery percentage? First time I’ve used the headset it was on 85% on the Audio app, and on PC when connected via BT. I’ve left it charging for over 3hrs with various methods, using Razer Cable, third-party cable, power-adapter and plugged into USB A on PC, but it still shows 85% on Audio App and in PC.I factory reset the headset, and now it shows at 100% on audio app and PC, but not sure if that reflects the actual percentage, since I’ve been using if for 3hrs nonstop and it’s still at 100%. PS: Charging indicator never turned static green when charging, and was blinking green all the time, and I think this is a common bug across the barracuda x, I’m more concerned on monitoring  the actual battery % so I’d know when to charge and when to stop charging. 

Software for battery level Barracuda X 2022 Hi there!I am baffled not to find a software from RAZER which can be used to toggle the Barracuda X Headset. I would have imagined there would be a small application that could not only show the level of the battery charge, but its health and toggle other aspects of the headset. For example, I have one ear hearing more than the other, and it would be cool to be able to adjust the level of the volume differently on one side rather than the other.Does anyone have a solution to the above? How on earth can I know how much battery I have left on the headset?Thanks to all!

is razer huntsman v2 tkl switch hot swappable?

Hi! 1 year ago i bought Razer Headphones, and in box there were a 7.1 Surround code that i have activated, and all was fine until a few days ago i saw a big problem: When i’m having a «Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)» output, the sound is transmitted with glitches, BUT (!) when i’m having a normal «Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio)» output without 7.1 Surround Sound, i don’t have any glitches. Don’t you know why is this? I really want to play games with 7.1 Surround Sound, but not with glitches. If there is solution, please let me know and write down below . Thank you so much! 

Hello, I have a problem, I spent the whole evening today looking through all the programs, reading all the forums, but nothing helped me connect the Razar barracuda x rz04-0380 via Bluetooth and on the iPhone, I tried both on Android and on a laptop and I couldn't connect them, they constantly flash the blue indicator and I could barely connect to the dongle.

I win my headset through Google play when collecting play points.  I thought it was fake but it was mailed to me with the hanging headset rest too!  Only problem the only "computer" i have is my phone.  Does everything i need but no windows or 10 or 11 on it.  So I'm going to create a virtual environment and run a compatible program to act like windows 10 or 11.  Should be quite the experience all from my phone.  I do have external monitor, keyboard and mouse.  If this works I'll be sure to let you know.  I'm still viewing 3rd party software to install.  BTW I'm glad I got the headset for free.  $399 is a bit pricey but well worth it.

In the home page it is advertised that with the purchase of a wolverine v3 pro you will also receive a skin for it.However,that’s nowhere to be seen in the eu site.Then I looked it up and the same advertisement comes up in the us website too,but this time around the skin is actually there

I am trying to purchase a welkin moon, yet it has been 2 days that there is a problem with OTP code. It gives me the below error. I cannot use my backup codes either because again I need to verify myself by OTP to be able to open Settings>Security>2-step verification. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this issue? I tried different devices and my mobile data too.

I understand that the PlayStation licenced set comes with the needed software and UCB C for use on the PS5, however I'm unsure if there is any negatives buying this headset for use on the PC? Intend to use it on both.... Thanks!

I recently bought the Death Stalker V2 Pro and i have to say it's a lot lot more interesting in person, The YouTube reviews that I've seen just don't do it enough justice, but at the same time, that hefty price hits a lot harder than what those reviews on YouTube made to appear.I Just got they keyboard today so i have to see how it works out moving forward, but man….the keybaord is so silent and so compact….i have a lot of hopes for this.
