I lost the USB receiver for my Razer Basilisk Ultimate and would like to know if I can connect my mouse with the "Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle" (I only want to connect one device to the dongle). Additionally, I would like to know if I can also connect my mouse with another dongle, such as the one from the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed.

Well I'm in total shock. Will razer hardware and synapses support new laptop with Snapdragon cpu.   I'm not sure what to think about. Asus walked away from INTEL and AMD support.  Now running Snapdragon cpu.  So will razer hardware run on asus Snapdragon cpu and windows android version of software.    Just in shock today.  Was not expecting that at all.  Who doing testing??

I bought the blackshark v2 x shaving headset microphone and the microphone is not detected, unlike the headset which is and works, and the microphone built into the PC which also works (Intel). I'm using Windows 11 and a Dell g16 laptop. I have updated the drivers but when I launch realtek audio console an error message is displayed ‘impossible to connect to the RPC service’ I have updated the RPC service but the same problem is displayed. I have an idea for a razer product and app:The Razer Liaison(the word liaison meaning link)The app would allow to use your razer nexus/kishi as a wireless controller that you could use for a ps5/xbox/pcThe product would be a small connector thing that you could put in place of where your phone would go; it would make you razer kishi/nexus look like the average gaming controller. It could either be powered by batteries or a wire. Just bought it around April period. Tons of problems right now. Had the first version of BlackWidow and it lasted me for 6 years. Now? It is worst off.

Hi, I was shopping for a Razer Blade 14 and I found something weird about the prices.Basically if I connect to my student account then the price is higher than with a non student account.As you can see, the first screenshot is with a normal account and the second one is with a student account.

On my Razer Basilik v3 mouse, the button located to the left of the left mouse button began to shake. I looked at it and it looked like it had fallen out of its mount, but it still worked. Is there any way to put it back? The mouse came already with a button inserted.

Hello,recently I’ve been having lots of audio problems due to latency with my gaming laptop.I’ve finally found the issue and it’s the 2.4 usb wireless connector from my new Deathadder V3 Pro. Double checked this info with LatencyMon on Win 11. I’ve tried different ports, so the problem seems to be related to this wireless piece.Has anyone found this issue too? Does anyone have any clue as why is this happening or how could this be fixed?Thank you all!

i have a problem with the circle button top right on razer blackwidow v3, it is lagging and presses by itself, i cant watch a video without my hand pressing that button, and the thing is i cant remap it from razer synapes because it tells me (this key cannot be remapped) for some reason every key is remapped except the one i have a problem with. i just want it disabled ):

My deathadder v3 Dongle had broke and now i have to play wired. So I was browsing the razer store and dont know which dongle I should buy since there isnt a specific one for deathadder V3
