I've been investing (stocks) in razer for a while.  Recently, I recommended a razer head set in a 500 plus female gaming community/forum. It seems like a particular ad has angered quite a few and a lot were swearing off razer products. I viewed the ad and normally I would have taken it lightheartedly. BUT in 30 years of off/on gaming and 15 years of more hard core gaming, within the past 2 years I have run into way more misogyny then ever before. Women are turning away from games where mics are required or just not playing as seriously in those games because they refuse to mic up without a voice changer. So the environment with female gamers has become worse and this ad is not helping;. It is alienating female gamers even more and I cannot recommend razer products now within those groups. There needs to be some serious PR work. In light of todays environment razer could have just as easily made an ad with a black gamer noise canceling the chirp from the fire alarm. Can anyone recommend a new battery for Naga Pro V2? I know only that original battery is Li-Ion 3,7V 1000 mAh.My mouse's warranty is already over and battery has degraded significantly so I have to charge it every 2 days with all RGB off. Originally, once per full week was enough. 

I have a Razer Viper 8K and I am happy with the mouse, but the Synapse software is JUNK, today I learnt it takes up to 6 SERVICES running on Windows, dude wtf. Now I understand couple of things.Since I don't care about lightning and random shit. Can I just uninstall this. I always use 3200dpi on every game and desktop.

Bonjour a tous,j'ai telechargé synapse 4 sur mon PC, et quand je connecte le dongle a ma tour (via adaptateur USB A pour le dongle USB C) rien ne se passe, le casque est bien repertorié sur window et ca marche, mais sur razer rien du tout, du coup je peux modifier aucun parametre et surtout le parametre qui m'interesse c'est le fait d'avoir le retour voix dans mon casque.Quoi faire ?

Im new to Razer and have been loving my products so far. Just wondering why there’s so much hate behind Razer products and then why there’s so much hate behind Synapse 4, I thought the UI and functionality is solid.

If you are using Synapse 4, it will not tell you that your Dock Pro requires an update from firmware 1.xx to firmware 2.xx.You've gotta manually download from their official website by searching on google for "Razer Mouse Dock Pro Firmware".Once you have updated to firmware 2.xx, head over to Razer Synapse 4 to do the pairing process again. And this time it should pair and you should be able to move your mouse.Enjoy your 8k polling.

Hello,I recently purchased brand new Razer headphones. When I tried to register the product, I received a message saying that the product is already activated. I was normally using my Razer laptop, which I’ve had for six years, when it suddenly started emitting a large amount of thick smoke along with a very strong burnt smell. What could have caused this? How should I handle it right now? I have never modified any parts or replaced the battery. Is this kind of situation normal? I nearly burned down my house!

While playing CS 2, while walking while holding down the W key, it suddenly stops, continues backwards after 1 second, and sometimes I experience a lag when changing weapons. I was playing a Xbox game (2k25) and ordered some pizza. When it was ready I left everything connected and went to pick it up. I came back and my monitor was screen was dim due to being afk. I tried unpausing the game and nothing happened. I restarted my Xbox one and tried selecting my profile but the controller isn’t responding to anything. It still lights up and I can turn it off by holding the Xbox button on the controller but it isn’t responsive with my Xbox? I’ve tried wired and the dongle and still nothing. Any suggestions? 

Hey everyone,I’m having a problem with my Razer Chroma (Studio). Two keys on my keyboard won’t light up, and I can’t select them separately in the Chroma Studio because the design/layout is based on the US layout, but my physical keyboard uses the CH layout (Swiss).Here’s the interesting part: when I completely close Chroma (including background processes), the keys light up with the default settings. So the keys are not broken—they just don’t respond properly when using Chroma Studio.I’ve already tried reinstalling Razer Synapse and Chroma Studio, along with other troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work.Has anyone faced this issue before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance! 

Same issue as here and here. I plug the dongle into my PC, the mouse reconnects every second. I plug it into my laptop, same issue. I put it into bluetooth mode, the mouse works fine, but the polling rate is too low for playing FPS. Bought the mouse roughly a year ago, but the support page says that my mouse is out of warranty and I can’t even start a chat with the support. Tried reinstalling firmware and drivers, restarting the PC, using the pair utility, moving the mouse into the direct sight of the dongle. Nothing works, the mouse is, for now, unusable. Had to buy a cheap wired mouse for the time being and I’m not happy with my situation. If there is anything that can fix the issue, I would very much appreciate sharing that. If not, I’m saving up for a different mouse and probably not a Razer one.

I lost my Hyperpolling Wireless dongle of Viper V3 pro, and I bought a new Hyperpolling Wireless dongle from Amazon, but it cannot connect with my mouse, And I find that Viper V3 pro can only It can only be connected with the wireless dongle it comes with, I bought it from China, can I just claim the warranty and get a new one?

I’m using a Razer Viper V3 Pro. My mouse has an issue — when I connect the Razer cable to either the dongle or the mouse, neither of them is detected, and I can’t move my mouse. The Razer cable only charges it. However, when I plug my dongle into an iPhone charging cable, the mouse works and I can move it normally.

A few days ago my laptop has been stuck at the lowest brightness after I turned it on. I tried updating, uninstalling drivers, resetting pc to factory default. Nothing worked for me. I assumed it may have to do with connecting to an external monitor. Since then my brightness has been stuck at the lowest and I can barely see anything on the screen. Also tried shaking the screen rapidly to see if it was a hardware issue, but it seems it isn't. Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
