Hi, I was about to buy these headphones on amazon, and i know Bluetooth is in the items title so this question might be a given, but im wondering if these headphones would connect to my Samsung 21. It doesnt have a headphone jack by the way 

Hi all, I can only apologise if this question has been asked many times before, I have tried to register my headset, but the product number is not being recognised, i have tried to make contact with razer on their chat facility, but the button is greyed out so i cannot, i am trying to setup up the headset to use the pc dashboard  so i can  changes settings etc, I have the app setup on my iphone., is there anything else i can do please.

My understanding from the text on the left side of the THX window is there are supposed to be more profiles for supported games but all I ever get is “Stereo” and “THX Spatial Audio”.Why?Where do I find the game profiles?Headset is a Barracuda X (2022) 

Купил данный наушники год назад, за время эксплуатации почти через месяц сломался провод который лежал в комплекте для зарядки type-c, через раз срабатывает регулировка громкости, последняя капля моя была после чего я решил написать в поддержку так это лопнул пластик в 2 местах и я не знаю где достать запчасти на замену лопнутых (в местах держания колонок) помогите чем сможете 

Hey guys, didnt see this problem at my search so i open this thread here. I just bought the Blackshark v2 Pro 2023 and everything is fine so far except for one thing.If i turn of the Headset, the windows audio output doesnt switch automaticly back to speakers.I just tryed things to solves this problem and realized that the headset output dont turn of in windows settings if i turn the headset of. it just turn of if i pull out the dongle and THEN the sound also switch like it should.But i really dont want to always pull out the dongle tbh, does anyone have an idea to solves this issue?Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,I’ve been buying Razer gear for 10+ years—overall I’m happy and I really love their haptics. On a side note, I still consider the Kaira Pro almost ideal in terms of HyperSense feel, but my right yoke cracked. If I can’t get my Kraken V3 Pro working reliably, I’ll probably look for a used Kaira Pro.Now to the Kraken V3 Pro issue.I found similar user reports and read that a firmware update might help. After a bunch of attempts (the updater was finicky), I actually managed to bring them back to life used them for one day, and today they shut off again and won’t power on. Reflashing doesn’t help anymore. I paid (~$279); the warranty expired a month ago, and there’s no official support in my country.What’s frustrating: I haven’t seen any official comment from Razer on this apparently widespread problem—only the standard firmware steps (including the Power + HyperSense ~9s hold) and generic “charge and try again.” Meanwhile I keep seeing forum/Reddit posts about won’t power on /

Did they fix the mic on the v3 pro? I heard even with the new EQ it still doesnt sound as good as the v2 pro (2023)Anyone upgraded from this headset? 

 When I select the Razer USB sound card from the Windows 11 settings and select the device default effect from the sound enhancements, there is no sound from the headphones, and when I try to watch any video, the video does not even start.

Just thought I'd  share, but since Razer and XBox won't allow me to unpair my Kaira Pro headset from my console unless I do a hard reset on my console, I'm done with Razer products.  Good bye.

Having issues with my G16 laptop I got recently. Lots of overheating, performance a downgrade from similar thin laptops.The one good thing is it can run on a 100w charger with reduced performance, but still pretty capable (80, 90 fps on red dead 2, 1600p, medium/high graphics). Recent updates to Nvidia have borked this though.Anyone with a Razer, preferably with a 5080, able to run it on 100w? My preference is to have it for travel. Huge power bricks make travel hard. 

I am not able to register my DeathadderV2X for Warranty. I bought it from Amazon, and it says my serial number is not recognized.

Were to buy ???? Razer Deathadder V2 pro wireless ( im in Canada ) i love the design of the Deathadder but i want the V2 because of the 2 top buttons. help

I have some friends that I would like to introduce to video games and they have never played so they don’t know anything about video games, not how to move, not what a quest is, not how to look around, you get the idea. They don’t know anything and I want them to learn and have fun.Anyway, what games do you think would be a good introduction to video games?

I’d like to extended my Aether light strip to cover two desks. The two desks sit side by side with a half meter gap in between. Question is, if I buy an extender, how can I bridge the gap between the two desks / light strips. I’m aware the Razer Aether light strips use 5 pins.  Thanks  

Hello, I bought a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed and I love it. While there is nothing wrong with the mouse usually I try to keep my things updated. The mouse firmware appears to be on 1.0.5.0. The “Software and Firmware Updates for Razer Peripherals” page does not list the V3 X Hyperspeed firmware currently. Is that a mistake? How can you update the firmware for it?

I am looking to buy some new wireless headphones and was somewhat sold om the blackshark v3 pro, had the v2 for some time and was really happy with them.However after looking around a bit I found out about the audeze maxwell which from what I see so far everyone praises as sounding better and being overall the better choice. My problem however, I can't for the life of me find a somewhat good comparison between these 2.So I was just curious if there was anyone here who tried both and what you thought.I am mainly going to be using the headphones for gaming and music (but mostly gaming).

Hello! After using SmartSwitch, when the Razer Barracuda switched from the phone back to the 2.4G USB modem, Windows loaded its driver over the Razer driver, and now the USB modem is detected as a regular USB device, and the sound is terrible. I tried everything: uninstalling these drivers through the task manager, using CleanupRazerDrivers, reinstalling Synapse, turning it on and off, updating the drivers for the Razer Barracuda, but they did not update because the latest version (2.4.1.0) was already installed. I have not yet reinstalled the Windows operating system itself. Synapse still controls the sound/equalizer/enhancements, and audio enhancements are enabled in the Windows sound settings, the music sounds fine but in games the sound is terrible, completely broken. Tell me how to restore the driver (Razer Control Device)? Thank you.

Am I the only one that has lag on their keyboard when Synapse is on? I'm using a Blackwidow TKL and when I'm writing for work I have to turn the software off since it's slowing down my keyboard and sometimes even some keys don't work well... I updated Synapse 3 to 4 but the problem remains lol Synapse is so useful while playing videogames but it sucks for other tasks. Yeah, my keyboard is clean and its firmware is updated to the last version, but it's already 3 years old  

For context: I ended up going from Synapse 3 over to 4. When I did, my Razer Naga X started to disconnect randomly. Long story short, I ended up fixing the problem by disabling the lighting settings for the mouse(when I could actually use it long enough before a disconnect). But now the issue persists after a temporary lull.Is there a another solution to this issue that is out there? At this time, I can’t even use the mouse anymore. Seems like the earlier fix isn’t working anymore.Any advice is appreciated.

hi ı have a firmware error issue on my kraken v3 hypersense  ı tried every solution on the internet to fix that issue but none of these doesnt fix  . what should ı do ?  ı bought that headphones 1 day ago and having that issue should ı go with rma ? need a help 

 Can i ask for help cause i lost my phone that hat has access to my old 2FA password, i cant get authentication from app due to this problem.. Can i ask if its possible to to reset my 2FA passcode thanks
