Creating new thread. Has anyone addressed the RazerEdge battery not charging passed 1%? 

I have been using the Logitech G600 for years and it has been discontinued.  I am very interested in the Naga V2 pro since I am an MMO gamer.  The only issue is I really want a mouse with that ring finger click.  Logitech calls it the G-Shift.  If Razer brought this to the Naga Pro it could bring over a ton of games who are still clutching onto their old G600’s just on account of this button which I got to say is the bees nees.  I have it mapped to control and ca. easily do all my control binds with it. any plans for something like this?  I would buy a V2 pro in a NY minute if you did Razer.

Hi,This might be a long shot, but I’m getting pretty desperate. I lost my USB dongle a few months ago and have been searching everywhere for a replacement. I’ve come across a few standalone options on sites like eBay, but I’m unsure whether they’d even work properly.Is there any way I could get an official replacement dongle from Razer? I’d be more than willing to pay—I just want to get my absolute favorite headphones working again.Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Hello team, I have an Razer Blade Advanced with a 3080 and I face a big issue for some months now.FPS in games (world of warcraft) are very low and tried Heaven fps benchmark to test my theories and fps are around 50…. VERY low as a friend with ASUS TUF has 120….Windows are fully updated and same for razer software - drivers

TL:DR - the keys break quickly with only light use, Razer will not supply replacement keys. Has anyone else had this issue or am I just unlucky? I have been using Razer products for a very long time. This is the fourth or fifth gaming pad I have bought from them.I bought this in late April, and after light use, by late June one key was broken (A) and W and D showed signs of imminenent breakage. I'm a middle aged man with a light touch, not a teenage twitch gamer full of blue pop, so was very disappointed at this failure.I removed the key to examine it, and it was so lightly built there was no chance of rebuilding the spigot, and I then could see that two other keys were failing already.Good point - Amazon Returns and Orders works very well, and I was soon in touch with Razer.I asked if it was possible to get replacement keys. For the past year, I've been monitoring the website, as I am planning on buying a bunch of PC parts in the nearest future. I've been ready to make a purchase for a couple of months already, but some items just seem to be gone and completely unavailable. I am specifically talking about the Tomahawk ATX, 360-mm Hanbo and Kunai. Will they ever be available, or are they discontinued? Maybe some of you has information? Thank you

I’m buying a razer blade 16 2025, with the Ryzen AI 9 365 32 gigs of ram, I’m thinking of buying it with the 5070, but I’m thinking wearther or not its worth to give about 180 euros more (that’s the difference when including discounts, VAT returs and stuff) to get the ti. Im even considering just sticking with a 5060 (for 350 euros less) if the difference is small, but since it only comes with 16 gigs of ram, I consider it unlikely. I’d love to hear your ideas on the topic, any support is appriciated.

So I had recently downloaded the Razer Synapse thingy to change the colour on my keyboard. I’ve had the Razor Huntsman Mini for over a  year now and I’ve never had a problem, until I downloaded the razer synapse software.  After a while the keyboard started not being recognized by my USB port and it wasn’t allowing it to connect, so it wouldn’t turn on. But after a while I tried a hard reset and I thought that worked since the lights started working on it. But I was deceived. The keyboard won’t even type and when I press the keys it just shows a different effect and goes back to the rainbow wave effect. Please help me fix this issue, I really don’t want to get rid of it, I fell in love with this beautiful piece of art and it would break my heart to get rid of it. 

I received this keyboard yesterday (purchased used from eBay), and everything worked fine. I set it up in the Synapse app, played games for a while, and left my computer on overnight to download a game.This morning, the keyboard was seemingly dead: unresponsive, no lights, and not recognized in Windows. I plugged a different keyboard into the same USB port, and it worked fine. I tried the Razer keyboard on several, working USB ports in my gaming PC, and it still did not work. I then plugged the Razer Huntsman into three other other computers, and it did not work on any of them, meaning it has failed to work on four different computers. I tried to factory reset the keyboard several times by unplugging the keyboard, pressing ESC + CAPS LOCK + SPACE BAR, then plugging it back in and releasing the keys. But that does not do anything.I have never had a keyboard randomly die like this. Any thoughts or suggestions, or does it appear the keyboard is simply gone? 

Can somebody help me, how to disable the 2 step authentication. I lost my phone, I don't have access to my authenticator app, and i also changed my mobile number

So I plugged in the razer kiyo pro into Nintendo switch 2. Did camera test i can see my self on screen.   That great news very happy it works.   Just passing message on. 

As I mentioned in the title, I want to use the BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed, which I haven't purchased yet but would like to buy, together with the Viper V2 Pro. For example, can I connect the BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed dongle to the Viper V2 at the same time? (I know that the Viper V3 Pro can be connected.)

I recently purchased the new black shark V3 pro and found that whenever the wireless hyperseed dongle is plugged in it cause really bad and repetitive stuttering once every second. I fear that it might be the high 8k hertz polling rate over whelming my pc as I already own the viper V3 pro that also does 8k polling. Can anyone please suggest a fix or alternative as I really need a wireless headset? 

I turned my keyboard lights off using the keys fn+F10. I want to turn them back on but I’m not sure how to do it.

Does anyone know if/when Razer will be releasing the Blackwidow V4 Pro with Yellow Switch in the UK layout? They only have it available in the US layout as of currently. The only UK layout of that keyboard is available with greens.

razer viper v3 pro need a firmware update please do it. I have issues while spraying in valorant it skips bullet or notmoving when control spray ihave other mouse logitech adn death adder it looks fine its not only my problem my friend also had this problem
