Default Profiles can´t change color (FIXED)

    I dont know if its my Keyboard or the Software but when i want to edit the color of some Default Profiles it wont change it and for some reason 2 error windows come up and say: Synapse ran into an error, please restart it"(Or something in that direction at least) and when i restart it didnt do anything same again and again.

    Please need some help

    Systeminfo:
    Windows 10 home 64x
    16GB Ram
    Intel i7 6700 3.4GhZ
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB

    Heyhey!

    Have you guys tried repairing or reinstalling Synapse?

    Instruction How to Fix!


    You can fix the Synapse by following a LONG but simple instruction:


    1. Please uninstall Synapse 2.0 and 3.0. Both are listed as "Razer Synapse" in the Windows Uninstaller. In addition, please also uninstall "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components"


    2. Please delete all content from the following folders: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Razer \ Synapse C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Razer Chroma SDK C: \ Program Data \ Razer \ Synapse The ProgramData folder is usually hidden. To view the folder follow these steps: Windows 10: Search and open "Show hidden files and folders" in the Windows search bar. In the advanced settings, select "Show hidden files, folders and drives" and confirm with OK.


    3. To make sure that no data backlog can cause problems, please restart your PC.


    4. Open the Device Manager and uninstall the drivers of your Razer keyboard under keyboards. The Razer drivers are listed under the following categories: Audio, video and game controller mice and other pointing device audio inputs and outputs (Human Interface Devices). Be sure to uninstall the devices and drivers, and then restart your PC.

    5. Temporarily disable all anti-virus and firewall programs to prevent possible conflicts.


    6. Make sure you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed. You can download the .NET Framework here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653


    7. Download the Razer Synapse installer and install the program with admin rights. You can download Synapse from the following link: Synapse 3.0: https://www.razer.com/en-us/Synapse-3


    8. Run synapse with admin rights. Synapse should now detect your devices and download and install the required drivers.


    9. Restart your antivirus and firewall programs.

    Look Closely at the Explorers path because i forgot to "cut" them apart.
