Hello. I logged into my Razor account after at least 10 years. Upon changing password because I could log in, I find a strange Razor Id associated with my account. I never set this up and think my account was hacked?! The Razor Id I see under my account is “frontRazzmicBerrycast411” which I never created! How do I get My Razor Id fixed. And was anything else screwed with my account?

My Blackwidow Mini V3 Hyperspeed issue is that it has worked great until now.  The letter U acts as SPACE OR TAB.  I don’t know how to get it back or, how this happened in the first place. 

i need a replacement cord for my deathadder v3 wired, i do not have the serial number anymore since i took off the bottom sticker and it was a gift 2 years ago. I just need to know whether i can buy one or not

I just bought a razer kaira pro and for some reason i cant turn it onto bluetooth mode i searched up eberything and tried everything someone help me please

I have the Kraken Kitty V2 and whenever i go to register them it tells me my product number is invalid and when I went to the warranty support and typed in my serial number it said that my headphones werent eligible for surround sound and to look at the website to see which ones are included and it is literally listed on there and in the pamphlet my headset came with it tells me to scan the qr code and so I can get surround sound so I’m just confused. I typed the 0’s in as O’s and nothing. Please help.

I bought a razer huntsman mini v3 hyperspeed and the fn key is not working the buttons light up but when i go to lets say switch volume nothing happens and this is getting very frustrating and I have restarted the keyboard and everything and it doesnt work and it is just becoming frustrating as I heard that razer is the best company to buy things but at this rate i might switch to logitech or something as this is getting very frustrating as this keyboard was about 130 dollars i have been told to run it with synapse closed and i run it closed and it still doesnt work and I really just dont know what to do as i bought it from Walmart and dont even know if i can return it cause it has been like 3-4 months.

Hi i’m trying to purchase using razer gold but when i proceed to check out it doesnt send a code, instead it always appear “unexpected error please reload the page and try again” pls help.  

The mouse started, today, to not show properly the ligths. They are set as white in the Razer Chroma app, however, it becomes orange and becomes red for a moment when the smart-reel is activated. Plus, the key binding does no more works (but I verified the latter only on my main PC). Adding to this, as soon as I lift the mouse it becomes even darker orange.I tried different ways to solve the problem:> Modifing the settings of the smart-reel and of the smart tracking> Inserting the mouse on another machine with the same Synapse 4, newly installed; like a sort of clean reinstallation> Deleting drivers and reinstalling the mouse to reset the mouse> Modifing the profile and the setting of the lights in the Chroma app> Manually updating the software of the mouse> Disabling Chroma apps> Disabling the Windows’ RGB control in customizationNothing of these worked, it is like the mouse decided that white isn’t of his pleasure.

i just purchased a razer mouse dock pro and the razer basilisk v3 pro 35k and the mouse dock refuses to charge it, i've done every single suggestion there is on the internet. from resetting software, to changing the usb port. and after ten minutes the mouse dock pro starts blinking orange for no reason at all. is there any other thing i could try to fix this before i return it?

Hi I updated my Razer Blade 14 (2021) BIOS today, and after installing I now am greeted with “ Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected Check secure boot policy in setup” And i cannot boot in to windows unless I disable secure boot in the BIOS. Any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks! :)

Bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset in February last year, and it was working perfectly fine at first. But recently I’ve started facing some serious issues.The microphone is barely picking up my voice (sometimes not working at all), and the sound quality has noticeably dropped audio feels unclear and distorted during gaming and calls and nose suppression ain't working I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting:• Checked different devices• Reinstalled audio drivers• Tested different ports• Adjusted sound settingsBut the issue still persists.

So I have a very weird situation.I recently bought the Razer Barracuda headset (not Pro or X) and Synapse refuses to find them. I can connect the headphones to the PC no problem, with cable and without, but to the Synapse app it’s like they don’t exist.I updated Synapse to the newest version, restarted my PC multiple times, connected headset with cable and without in different ports, tried installing and using the drives that are meant for the headset (they didn’t recognize the headset either) and also tried connecting the headset to the mobile app (didn’t connect to the app but connected to the phone). NOTHING WORKS.And to add to the issue of the headphones being practically invisible to the Razer apps and drives, I can’t register it as a device on my profile either.I tried searching for fixes online and all I see is support telling people with similar issues to do the things I already tried. If ANYONE has a fix to my problem (even if it’s to return them and just never buy them again)

Hi Razer Support, So I am using a wireless Razer DeathAdder V2 X Hyperspeed since 2023 and it was working fine until yesterday , since the mouse started failing and had connect and immediate disconnect sounds on my Asus laptop with either using 2.4GHz or the bluetooth mode. What I ‘ve tried  so far and according to the internet arethe following: Restart my laptop  Remove the tongle, changing usb ports  Uninstall in the Task Manager (Windows lapotp) the USB ROOT HUB and restart  Check in other PCs/laptops whether it works and it does not  Downloaded the drivers again (Synapse 4)  Even old school by blowing the dust inside the tongle I suspect and random drivers update but since it does not work in other PC/laptop., but I am thinking that it’s a dongle failure. The SN is 632221H22504836. Please tell me what do you thin and if there are more things to try. Kind regards 

 I am experiencing a "Secure Boot Violation" error on my Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model (Early 2021). I would like to resolve this while keeping Secure Boot enabled, but I am stuck with the following issues:1. The Issue: I get a red warning screen saying "Secure Boot Violation" upon startup.
