Good afternoon!I have a Leviathan 2 pro speaker, Ornata V3 keyboard, Naga X mouse. Not so long ago updated programs and after that began to occur glitches incomprehensible. While watching a movie or listening to music, the sound periodically disappears. To be more precise, for a second or two the sound switches from the speaker to the headphones connected to the monitor. At the same time the backlight on the keyboard, mouse and speaker blinks. Reinstalling drivers and Rizer programs did nothing. How can I fix it?

Hi! Trying to pair the app with my headset and it keeps failing. It can see them initially, but then fails to connect to them. Please help, I'm going crazy!

I bought the mouse and it arrived and I connected it but it does not work wirelessly. I connected it with the dongle and it does not work. There is a green light on the mouse and on the dongle.

I recently got my PC back from abroad and wanted to test out my headset on it. Everything works fine and I also updated the firmware on the blackshark v2, the audio is fine, the mic itself is fine but for some reason the “mic preview” doesn’t work. I get no audio feedback. I can use the sidetone and it works, but that shows the pure mic output without the enhancements on synapse. If I go to sounds and recording I can check the “Listen to this device” tick and that works fine, it shows the enhanced/customised audio that I’d normally hear from the mic preview, but the preview again just doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse and restarted several times but still won’t work. I’m not sure what the problem is because the preview WAS working on my laptop. After I switched to PC, it did ask to import settings from either cloud or local settings, and I think I picked local because it said it was the most updated version. So i bought my huntsman mini 2 weeks ago and my ctrl keeps on his config that i just need to press once in my game to activate him but i want to keep pressing to keep activated because if i only press once it kerps activated and i only want him to activate when i keep pressing ir 

so my brand new keyboard is working fine but when i plug my pc into hdmi, theres parts of the keyboard that electrocutes me, i think its the metal part which is most of the keyboard. i tried with another pc, another plug, another hdmi cable, another monitor, with and without synapse. So the problem is with the hardware of the keyboard. does anyone have any idea about this ?

I really don't know where to find authenticator, I don't remember putting 2 step authentication to this. How to fix this?

I will plug it in and will apply the chroma advanced effect but after some time it will switch back to spectrum cycling and its quite annoying as the only fix I have found is it unplug and replug, it happens across different firefly V2 pros as well, tried on my white and black one with different cables and it persists. have tried a clean install (including driver cleaner) and removing the device via device manager too.

Hello.I'm trying to resolve this problem for hours looking for answer on the internet, but nothing works by now.my Razer App Engine 7.1 surround sound was working fine until a problem happened to my pc and i reinstalled the app but when i open it the application minimise to tray with "log in to get started". When i click it, login again, it minimise again. I tried:- Reinstall application (also clean one)- Close it via task manager and run again- Reboot PC- Log in as guest Nothing works. It only minimise to tray with "log in to start" again.Any solutions?

Built a new computer. Since then been having issues with my lighting for my Huntsman V2 responding to any lighting changes about 30 seconds late. If I change the colors in chroma, everything else will change immediately but the keyboard will change later. When using reactive keys (blue as the solid always on and changes to red with key presses), the key colors will change significantly later.The odd thing is that it does this on any regular USB 3.0 port (computer has no USB 2.0 ports). If I plug it into my 10gbps USB port, lightning works perfect. The issue then is that the keyboard will no longer start pre-OS and allow me into the BIOS if it’s plugged into the 10gbps port. At a loss. Every other razer peripheral (mouse, mouse pad, tartarus, wireless mouse station) are plugged into usb 3.0 ports. On Synapse 4 if that makes a difference. Not sure if rolling back to Synapse 3 would help.

whenever i try to refund this new headset i just bought, it keeps saying the order number is incorrect, and won’t let me submit a refund, even though i verified multiple times the right information was in.
