Sometimes, when I'm just typing or playing games, inputs won't get registered or will be extremely delayed. But the most frustrating thing is that sometimes keys are still 'held' even though I let go of them seconds ago, and remain pressed until I press them again. I tried killing all Razer services running on my PC (Synapse, etc.), which solved the problem, but the keyboard was no longer usable because of the Razer software not running.

Hello,I bought the license for THX Spatial Audio but during update to synapse 4, i had to reinstall the software in free version and i don’t know where i must to enter the Key code.The software seems not to work (no sound in my headphone Blackshark V2 when i select THX spacial device). Please, help me. My blackshark hyperspeed headphones is not connecting to the dongle for my PS5, after connected via Bluetooth to another device. How can I fix that?  

I’ve tried every variation that I can think of, but nothing seems to work when registering, the serial number says invalid. Can someone provide any tips here?

I went to activate my 7.1 surround sound, but it says the product is already registered, even though I received and unpacked them today. Microless is a legit site from what I've heard from countless individuals. Please assist me in this matter.

Hello! This problem started out of the blue this morning.My mouse wheel has started changing itself between tactical and free spin.I’m not pressing any buttons or holding it while it happens. It literally lays to my right and just clicks constantly like the switch just keeps going.I’ve already tried cleaning it and switching USB port but it keeps going. Is this the end of my mouse or is there anything else I can try?

Hello,I’m hoping to get some help with an issue I’m having with my Razer Viper Mini SE. It was working perfectly until today, but this morning I discovered the battery is stuck at 0% and will not charge. Here’s all the relevant information:What happens:When plugged in via USB-cable (wired mode), the mouse works normally and shows up in Razer Synapse.But wirelessly, it does not charge: battery remains at 0%, no increase no matter what I try.Once I disconnect the wired connection, the mouse powers off immediately.What I’ve already tried:Updated both the mouse and the wireless receiver to the latest firmware (v1.05).Running the latest version of Razer Synapse.Checked cable, ports, etc.Before the issue, I used the original factory data cable: I unplugged it from the receiver and plugged into the mouse (as usual) to charge — that was the only change recently.Thanks in advance for any help. I use a gaming laptop. The usb dongle literally melt inside the port of my laptop when I was gaming. I can’t find replacements anywhere. 

My Razer Basilisk V3 Pro works fine in wired mode, but in wireless (dongle and Bluetooth) it keeps disconnecting every second, making it unusable. I have already reinstalled the firmware using the official updater, but the issue persists on multiple PCs and dongles. I also tried a hardware reset (LMB+RMB+Scroll Wheel) but it did not help.Could some one please advise if there is any way to fix this issueAny help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.Product: Razer Basilisk V3 Pro

Hi guys. Loving my blackshark v3 pro headset. However i’m getting audio glitches when playing le mans ultimate sim racing title. The audio starts out fine, but tten after say 15 minutes, i start to get drop outs and glitches. I’ve been advised to drop to 16/48000 (from 24/48000) which doesn’t work. Also all the game and windows drivers are all up to date. Any ideas what it could be or what else icould check? Thanks

I’ve been trying to create a RMA ticket for the longest time but for some reason there is no instant link to create one and since Razer’s support page is so slow nothing ever loads.

Hello,I have recently started using my Razer Kraken Ultimate Headset. I’ve had it for a while, but I only started using it. Whenever I use it now however, (it started after like a week + of use ), it randomly pops on and off. When the headset is plugged in, ( USB cable ), it randomly creates like a popping sound, and disconnects for a short period of time. Furthermore, It does this continuously sometimes, popping off continuously after reconnecting for milliseconds. After re-plugging in, it can be prevented for a bit, but then it resumes. If I am watching media while this happens ( YouTube ), the video pauses and loads, i have to go back 10 seconds then go forward 10 seconds for it to resume with audio. Sometimes, it can go without happening for an hour then resumes, sometimes the second I boot my PC it starts to do it. I’m running ReviOS 24.12, Windows 11. 12th Gen i5-12400F, 4060 Ventus 2X Black 8G. OS build - 26100.3624, version - 24H2.  Audio Inputs and outputs I have - DELL S2721H

But i should be able to pre-order neverthless, am i? Preordering for the keyboard is available. Is it an error on my side? I already set up an email notification, but the announcement was already like 2 or 3 weeks ago, i’m starting to get anxious that i won’t be able to pre-order the mouse + pad combo. Hi everyone,About a month ago, my Razer Blade 14 (purchased in January 2023) suddenly shut down with a loud pop and a significant amount of smoke pouring out from the bottom of the laptop.When I opened it a couple of days later, I discovered the battery had swollen massively. The rest of the components looked intact, so I replaced the battery with a new one — but the laptop still won’t power on at all.This has me very concerned for two reasons: Safety: If I had been using it on my lap at the time, the smoke and potential fire could have caused serious injury. Durability: It seems highly unusual (and worrying) for a laptop battery to fail this catastrophically in less than three years. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is there any chance Razer can investigate or provide guidance here?Thanks in advance — this was a very alarming experience, and I’d really like to understand what went wrong.

I recently had to remove the battery from my Razer Blade 15 due to swelling, and am not able to ship it to Razer support to replace the battery, as I use it for remote work. Would it be possible to have a battery for the Blade 15 Base model (late 2020) shipped to me directly to replace myself?

Hi!My name is Elijah. This is my first time posting a question on the Forum, so I’ll do my best. My current issue is that I can't install Razer Synapse, and there is no Razer program files left, so it doesn't appear as an application.When I run the "RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.14.0.500.exe”, it shows the prompt, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" I click yes. After that, a prompt opens up for a split second on my screen, and then disappears. Then I see a .err file created, with the text "Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)" written in the error file.I've taken multiple steps to try and solve the problem. First, I tried to open an admin command prompt and run the following commands:System File Checker (SFC) Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM)All of these yielded no information.
