Razer Support

In Pc mode the touchpad works as a mouse with left and right click, I cant find anyway to remap the left and right clicks to another function in the Razer Synapse software ie as ctrl+1 or to F key for example, is there a way to do it at all as i just use my actual mouse if i need it.

 Hello Razer Support,I own a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I cannot find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code that should have been included in the box. Additionally, the serial number on the headset is partially worn off and difficult to read.I purchased the product from Noon, and I can provide proof of purchase if needed.I would appreciate your help in retrieving my activation code or verifying my device so I can activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.Please let me know what information or photos you need from me.Thank you. 

i own the keyboard for 5 months with no issues, but today the battery died and it won´t charge up. I already updated the firmware and swicth power sources, notihing solve the problem. What should i do?

The camera is support to store settings in the camera, so that you can use it without having to have software running.  i.e., I store a setting using synapse, and when I run the camera app, those settings are applied there as well.why does this not happen.  I’m on latest Synapse. I’m on latest firmware.  What is going on.  The “syncing profiles” dial just keeps spinning, spinning, spinning.

When I use the Razer software Thx on my PC, there is some noise 

ive had my Enki X’s Chair for quite some time now, almost all the legs have broken, and i can no longer use it. The top is still completely fine so I just wished to get a new base. How would I go about purchasing just that part? I know the chair is out of warranty at this point but I do have pictures of the broken legs and the serial number.

I have a Razer Book 13, and last week, my battery swelled.I've been trying to find a Razer Care Center to purchase a new battery (not a third-party one), but it seems to be an impossible task. How can I find the locations of Razer Care Centers?I live in munich (germany). I tried a third party battery but after replacing the battery is not recognized and not charged by the laptop. I have tried with BIOS update and CMOS reset but not success. Hi, i have problem with my Viper V2 ProRegardless of the connection: USB or 2.4GHz my mouse can simply stop moving the cursor mid-session. The mouse is charged, but the same thing happens when connected via wired connection.But mouse clicks are processedI also noticed the mouse's LED blinking a couple of times.

I’m trying to install synapse 4 on a newer Windows 11 PC. I have used Synapse 3 previously but not on this box. I ran the installation and the Razer Gaming Software app says Synapse 4 is installed, but when I go to launch all I get is a white panel with a black border at the top the says Razer. In the white panel in the upper left hand corner it says v1.26.77. I’m assuming this is the login screen, but there is no place to login. I have run through all the trouble shooting steps 3 times including all the updates available. I have also tried to submit a ticket and that failed as well. I would love to install Synapse 3 again but I can’t find a download for it. I could use some help. I use my Tartarus keyboard for work and have other PC’s running Synapse 3. Now very reluctant to upgrade those systems. Thanks for any help.

Hello to everyone in razer insiders A razer gold gift card Malaysia 7/11 store 50rm was bought and sent to me the card in physical card but could not redeemed due to invalid code or not activated code, I contacted razer support but was ask to contact the vendor or merchant but I did and and received a mail from the 7/11 costumer support that they had try and resolve my complaint and I should  try redeem pin again but still the same error of invalid code What can be done next in such case were a voucher is an active voucher but not being activated by a gift card store staff and no refund or exchange 🤔

Good Evening Everyone  I can’t set Eq or use synapse setting  When I plug the usb cable there’s 2 Audio outputs Speakers “Razer Audio Controller Game” Headset Earphone “ Razer Audio Controller Chat”  Thing is the sound runs perfectly loud and clear on headset earphone output device but I can’t use synapse settings like Eq and enhancements  Using the synapse There’s a Box Say “ Default Output Device”  : Set “Razer USB audio controller” as the default output device to configure its audio settings on Razer synapes  This button makes Speakers Razer Audio is the default output but I barely hear anything from it How can I use the headset output with synapse as default out device?  Thanks

I’ve had my basilisk ultimate for nearly 2 years and I’ve never had an issue with it until today when it randomly stopped working. I had been using it fine as it was plugged in i the morning but when I tried to use it wirelessly it would flash on and work for a couple seconds before the lights faded and the mouse stopped working and this repeated every few seconds. I tried plugging the mouse in and it didn’t work at all while wired so then I tried moving the dongle to different usb ports before trying it both wirelessly and wired on my laptop but the same thing happened each time. I had been using it just fine right up until the moment it stopped working so I have no idea what the issue could be please help

I have razer kraken v3 pro with wireless usb dongle. it works fine sound is good. but some times weird sounds and poor quality sound coming with wireless using. when i playing games poor quality sound very disturbing me. is it from usb dongle? should i change my usb dongle?

iPads only have 1 USB-type-C port. What is the compatible adapter that works for connecting the BS V3 Pro wireless dongle adapter / receiver base (HyperSpeed transmitter) to an iPad Pro so that you can simultaneously connect it to the iPad while charging the iPad? I would really appreciate your suggestion. 

My Razer Deathadder V2 X is not connecting to my Mac anymore. If I remove the 2.4 GHz dongle, it shows two quick green flashes in succession, indicating a paring request with the dongle. If I insert the dongle into the USB hub attached to my Mac, the indicator changes to long (1-2 sec) flashes with short pauses in between. The mouse does not work. What does that mean?I have had intermittend connection issues with the dongle already. I needed to use a different USB hub because my mouse kept disconnecting from the one I was using. Now it does not connect at all.Bluetooth is not an option. The polling rate is too low and the mouse feel imprecise. What is more, the Bluetooth pairing also does not seem to work anymore.Is there anything I can do?
