The Razer Armory

That translucent green just screams XBOX.  I know I’d buy a second V3 Pro if it came in that Phantom Green shell. Anybody else think that Phantom Green would be an awesome addition?  Just me?

I don’t know wuite how to describe it, but when audio is being played on two different applications (for example a game and a music player) then the headset has a tendancy to every now and then suddenly drop the volume and then bring it back to normal levels (all in like ¼ of a second), almost like its playing with the EQ on the fly but without any real logical control. It does this regardless of most settings, I’ve tried in stereo and THX both with and without Bass Enhancement at low and high values (and turned off altogether). It almost feels like its getting overwhelmed and solving the problem by just dropping some of the EQ levels, which then brings the whole volume down which is rather frustrating.

Same thing here with a Blackwidow V3 TKL… Wtf is happening. There is very much people with the same problem and no one helps

Hello. I bought Razer BlackShark Special Edition headphones, but the package did not include a THX Spatial activation code. What should I do? From what I understand, there's a significant difference in sound quality between the standalone THX application and Synapse. I specifically purchased these headphones believing they would include an activation code for the separate THX app

I cant get Clio and Nommo V2 to work together in surround mode.Support seems to have no clue.Are there anyone that has succeded to get surround working?How did you do it?

I want to replace the LCD cable of my Razer Blade 15 base 2019 model. I was able to successfully dismantle the lid assembly and remove the screen. I don't know how the remove the LCD cable that runs through the black hinge cover present between the two hinges. I bought two Razer Gold cards, one for $30 and the other for $15. When I charged both of them on my Talabat app, Talabat refused to fulfill my request. This is happening to me occasionally.I’ve fixed it a few times, and it worked for a while, until it just pops up again, and it gets harder to fix as my methods seem to no longer be working.The USB itself is not damaged, or so I presume. It does not look physically damaged.I don’t know what the actual problem is or how I’ll ever get it to work without doing this again.Fyi, I’ve had this since last year September.Don’t know if it’s a razer problem, my PC, or anything else.Help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the BlackShark V2 X headset and I can't select it in the THX Spatial Audio or the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software. I need help because I only get sound when the headset is plugged into the motherboard jack. When I try to select "THX Headset", I hear nothing and the option stays grayed out.  

Q.Can I connect my keyboard and mouse at the same time with the Hyperpolling dongle of the Blackwidow V4 Pro 75% product?Can I connect only the Blackwidow keyboard?Isn't the mouse compatible?Do I need to purchase an additional Hyperpolling dongle to connect the mouse?

I have no idea who thought making people update their controller via PC was a good idea but it isn't. We used to be able to update the controller via the program on xbox but noooooo that's too easy. Now I gotta find 2 things I would never use for anything else and get your buggy app on PC to work. Why would you complicate something that was so easy. Then you have the balls to get mad at people updating it on console via a bug because they didn't jump through the hoops that you wanted them to. Get your priorities straight because this is makes my controller basically useless.

Hello, TL;DRWhy is there a limit to setting ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scroll Right’ on certain mouse actions?Will there be an update on razer synapse 4 that would allow this behavior in the future? If not, why? If so, when? I used to use a razer basilisk v3 pro for everything, and set custom settings on the scroll up and scroll down when using hypershift.The hyper shift button was mapped to the sensitivity clutch button on the basilisk, and the custom settings done on scroll up was  ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ and on scroll down it was set as ‘Repeat Scroll Right’. I liked setting the mouse this way because I didn’t prefer using the til left and right of the scroll wheel, and liked actually scrolling and seeing the scroll on screen.Also, the reason I did not use the ‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Scroll Right’ functions were because they need synapse to be running in the background in order for them to work.(‘Scroll Left’ and ‘Repeat Scroll Left’ are two different functions on the software)Later,

I have been playing CS2 recently and using discord along with it. I have noticed My Razer Huntsman Mini has an issue where I have to double tap my walk and crouch buttons for them to work. Even with discord as well, I have a keybind for deafen, and I have to double tap right control(my deafen keybind) for it to work. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be very helpful. So i came back home after 2 days and i find that on my headset only the right headphone worked so i tried everything including audio balance but I believe it is a hardware issue as when i move the wire close to the left ear I can hear out of it (for extra info i moved the wire left and up) if you have a way to permanently fix this please contact me through discord thanks :Dmattッ#8946

So my Bluetooth Headset recently decided to stop working and I contacted support and they put me in contact with their warranty team, which is asking me to cut the Razer cord, however I lost it long ago since it was a very short cable and it is just a micro USB cable so I didnt think much of it. Will the warranty be denied now? 

When I plug my Baracuda pro headset into the computer, all applications are corrupted and there is no sound, by the way I am using windiws 11 23h2 and all my drivers are up to date

I bought Razer Basilisk Ultimate two days ago and everything works fine except logo and scroll lights. So the problem is if i want to change leds to purple the side lights are purple but logo and scroll are white/orange. Problem is even with blue side light and scroll with logo are turquoise.Thanks for any advice

I have 3 Razer Phone 2's That Are Broken one way or another does razer have a repair service i can pay to have them looked at? i know their obviously is no warranty coverage at this point, it'd just be a shame for the phones to go to waste as pretty coasters.

So my logitech mx master series died on me a few weeks ago and I had been searching for a replacement basically just something ergonomically sized with a good scroll wheel and a couple of side buttons. I came across the Logitech Pro Click v2 and when they came back in stock last week I bought one. My main computer is a custom built PC but my work computer is a macos. I got it in today and unfortunately I didn't realize its not compatible with synapses macOS version. The crazy thing to me is the vertical version is and these are both new mice. I can use a third party app to change the buttons on mac but it won't let me change the DPI. Any advice?
