What is the way to stop the  Razor Black shark V2 hype speed headset  from shutting off and Bluetooth shuts off after i turn it on and pair it. Please advise?

So i bought the headphones yesterday and when i tried them it didn't work the ps5 didn't recognized i plugged in headphones, it's not like they were connected and didn't made a sound, it was like i didn't connect headphones to the ps5. Tried on my pc and it worked fine but not on my ps5. Today i figured out that if i plug it in fully to the dualsense audio jack it will not recognize the headphones, it will only work if they are not fully plugged in into the audio jack. And it annoying to play like that because the audio cable get loose and fall all the time. Anyone knows why the ps5 doesn't recognize them if i fully plugged the audio cable in?

Hi everyone. I’ve been facing this issue with my previous Razer keyboard so I bought a new one. I’ve been using this keyboard for 4 months. I’ve tried cleaning the USB ports, changed some settings, try updating drivers and reinstalling Synapse. The keyboard rgb will flicker so much and I can’t type anything and that also happen when I’m launch a game or trying to launch other software. I bought a new BLACKSHARK  V2 X USB, and I put the USB line into my desk top, but it doesn't appear in my setting at all ,what should I do..?

So, i’ve purchased a battle net balance using razer gold, the transaction was completed, and i’ve got the 19 digits Razer PIN (alphanumerical) and Serial Number; but i cant use it to redeem the Battle Net balance,After searching online everywhere, i cant found any single solution to my problem because it seems that the actual PIN that can be used to redeem the balance is a 14-digits PIN (instead of 19) and/or 16-digits code directly for the Battle.net website or application. Please help if any of you guys encountered similar problems. thank you.

I have a 13” iPad Pro, could I use A Kishi Ultra V2 controller with it through a USB cable as if it was a PC?  Is there another controller you would recommend (either wired usb-c or bluetooth)?

BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed wasn't charging until I pushed the wire hard into the side of the headphones type-c socket. Has anyone faced the same issue? Should I be prepared to change my headset? The wire is fine and I've used multiple wires hence the problem is within the headphones themselves.

Basically, they told me I needed to replace my usb dongle (I don’t have access to the old one), ordered a new dongle from eBay, won’t pair, called and they said that the old dongle is the only one paired to my headset and won’t ever pair to any other dongle ever. Make it make sense please. They also don’t keep a supply of the dongles.
