Ok so for some context I just got a huntsmen pro keyboard and to mess around with the rgb lights I had to download synapse which is whatever I don’t mind but it has added some stat screen to my game and I don’t like it, the colour is bad and it has too much info, but I can’t for my life of me find out where to remove it or change it, any help is appreciated 

Ok so I bought a brand new pair of headphone and when I tried registering the surround sound it didn’t work and needed a activation and I searched the whole box (even roped it apart) and checked my email and nothing. No code

my razer controller setup for xbox hasn’t work since the update, i’m currently using an razer wolverine ultimate, and i can’t map any buttons or change my profiles, even though i tried uninstalling the app

I usually use a static red colour on all keys, but today I noticed the “#” key led was off. When I close the chroma app I can see that the led does work, it is only off when using chroma. When changing the colour of the “#” key in chroma, the “enter” key changed colour. and changing the colour of the “enter” key has no effect (as shown in the images below). I have tried updating and reinstalling drivers as well as doing a clean reinstall of all razer apps but nothing worked. Any ideas? 

So i was able to do a few transaction worth 50 dollars no problem but after that debit card  (Visa) was getting declined paypal was getting declined now all of a sudden any type of payment method i use now is getting declined which to the point that its getting frustrating. Im trying to top up on ragnarok generations btw

Hello!I've been exploring the Razer Europe Store and various local stores here in Portugal in search of a portuguese layout version for the Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro. Unfortunately, I haven't been successful in locating one, as most stores seem to carry only the USA version.Am I overlooking something, or does Razer currently not offer a portuguese layout version for the Deathstalker? I'm genuinely interested in purchasing a high-quality wireless keyboard, and the Deathstalker has caught my attention.Any insights or recommendations regarding where I might find a portuguese layout version would be greatly appreciated. Hi, Does anyone know a KVM that works with BlackWidow V4 X? I have a Startech SV231DPUA KVM (two computers, one monitor) which works until I have switched back and forth a few times then the keyboard no longer responds.My current KVM uses DisplayPort but I guess I could also use HDMI with a new KVM Thanks   

Havent tried yet but would it be possible to  have hypershift key switch, and when you select a hypershift programed  button and then revert to standard settings after the hyper assigned button selection be a possiblity. Or in gamer speak I want a weapon that is assigned to hypershift mouse button keep the weapon and then revert back to the (standard or most used)  buttons so while I’m flying away with the tau I can switch to a crossbow  and kill :-)  

I bought some thumb grips because my controller's left stick lost half of its plastic cover. Point is, despite these being officially compatible with xbox one, they seem too small for the wolverine. Should I completely scrub away the plastic from the stick, or there's another way?

As the Title says my barracuda X suddenly stops working. Everytime a sound is played it just gets disconnected but when there is no sound it gets connected in the pc, i’m using the dongle and i don’t know what is happening.

I bought a new Kaira Hyperspeed headset after my old one broke, i have it connected to my xbox and it picks up audio and my friends voices just fine but not my microphone? I go into the app on the xbox and hit mic monitoring and audio is going through just fine but it won't pick up my voice in on my xbox at all, not in parties, gamechat, discord, nothing. Am i doing something wrong or is something wrong with the headset??? 

Hi, I bought my Razer Hammerhead TWS X for 2 years now. This is happening recently that as soon as I take my left earbuds from the case within 30 seconds to 1 minute the charge hoes away and it shuts off. And my right earbuds volume also is coming as it used to. Please help me fix my Razer Hammerhead TWS X. I would be highly obliged.

Hi, I have two cobra pro. I was playing with one when it turned off and stopped working. It was connected directly to the PC. I’ve tried to connect it to different ports or use the other mouse usb cable without success. The other mouse works fine. What should I do?

I have called around to local gaming stores and can’t find any physical Razr Gold gift cards.  I can find a couple of them at Target, but wanted to buy ones that have higher denominations than $50.  I DO NOT WANT DIGITAL GIFT CARDS!!  How can I find more physical gift cards locally?

Is the Blackwidow v3 customizable? As in, can I change the switches and keycaps to custom ones?

Been reading the manual of my now boxed DeathStalker V2 Pro (with persistent Demo-mode issues) and I have hard time even seeeing a hint of it in said manual. Only after doing a search on the Internet I was made aware if it (notably after my keyboard had itself set into this Demo-mode during a boss fight no less).What’s up with Demo-mode anyway? I clearly do no use of it during normal operation and most certainly not during game play (not at home / in a lan party or at a ternament).I just wonder if I am the only one being baffled with this in my view  markerting feature gimmick even more so since it can act up at anytime if you happen to trigger the combination of keys to set it of.Even the way to get a keyboard out of Demo-mode is troublesome as it involves unplugging and replugging of a USB cable  to reset it.Imagion having to go through that trouble during a boss fight or when your team is killed of like flies during a ternament… (Sorry guys, my keyboard is now in demo-mode so I am g

Hi everyone,I’m looking to replace the original magnetic wrist rest of my Razer Ornata Chroma. The part is damaged and I haven’t been able to find it sold separately anywhere.Most of the wrist rests I’ve found online are for other models (like the BlackWidow or Huntsman) and don’t fit this keyboard.Has anyone here ever managed to buy this exact part, or knows if Razer has ever sold it separately?Thanks a lot for any help or advice!Best regards, 

There was a problem with the Windows 11 volume mixer. Its sliders simply do not change the volume, only turning off the volume completely removes the sound (screenshot 1). Running through all the Windows settings, I found a pattern: turning off one parameter of the headphone settings in Windows itself, the mixer takes on its own meaning and significance (screenshot 2). It feels like somewhere in Razer Synapse there is volume normalization (alignment of all programs to the same volume level), but in the Razer Synapse settings, volume normalization is turned off (screenshot 3). The problem is that when this switch is turned on, all processing and filters from Razer Synapse are turned off
