Hello, i saw that a year ago one guy made a thread talking about how his razer viper ultimate holds click and only works without wireless, so i would like to get help. I saw on other threads to restar the mouse holding the left, center and right click for 10 seconds and it works, but in 5 mins it goes bad again. I dont know what to do, i tried removing razer synapse and reinstalling it again but the problem stils.

Hey everyone,I was just curious — is anyone here still using the Razer Phone 2 as their daily driver in 2025? I recently found mine in a drawer and fired it up again, and honestly, the 120Hz screen still feels smooth compared to many newer budget phones. I know it’s a bit outdated spec-wise, but the build quality and speakers still hold up pretty well.Anyone else still rocking it? Or have you all moved on to newer gaming phones like the RedMagic or ASUS ROG series? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

Razer Blade LifespanI’m trying to get a general idea about the lifespan of the Razer Blade. If there was an estimate, how many years would the components of a Razer Blade (18) last with everyday use. Half of the time gaming and the other half internet browsing / school work.• CPU• GPU• RAM• Battery• Fans

i bought a Razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed headset 3 months ago but today the sound is really low even when i turn the volume up on everywhere its still very low please help me

I bought the Razer Nommo V2 Xcool speaker overall, ngl, quality stuff, and I like the size. But I keep having to stand up and push power on to use them every some 10minutes or smth sound is not coming out of my computerThe nommos power off at a certain point. I must stand up and get my hand behind my second monitor to press the power buttonIs there another way around?

Im waiting for the code that sent to me but there is no one coming text code from razer I cant buy an Item that need a code and the problem is Im still waiting for the code 

I bought razer gold pin on the 16th of march 2025. It has still not arrived and is still pending after 8 days! I am so dissapointed and i am going to miss out on the special promo i wanted to participate in. How does this even happen? waste of my money and my time!

Hey, I was using the Deathadder Essential mouse and all of a sudden the right mouse key stopped working. All the software is updated and the is no debris. Does anyone know how to fix this?

My headphones keeps beeping on and off like it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting right away, I figured maybe a firmware update will fix any issues with it. I downloaded the Nari Firmware update tool but it’s not detecting my USB Dongle as inserted for some reason. It’s really frustrating, this has been my worse headphone I’ve ever gotten and I can’t really get a new one right now.

The left trigger gets stuck in the down position when the trigger stops are off and when I turn them on the trigger won't go down at all. Any ideas on how to fix it?

It was working, now it isn’t. The cycle button on the mouse does nothing at all now.Although not as important, the  chroma settings are gone - I can set color cycle, but unlike when I first installed the SW (Synapse + Chroma) I can’t set color zones. They actually work in a static way but nothing is settable-changeable. This is frustrating (like the black widow v4 media keys don’t work, and that’s a common problem since v2 so I posted a negative review on Amazon where I bought all these things).Let’s at least get the mouse speed settings working again. Then fix the other problems. I’m a software engineer, and we never let things get this bad or we’d have our contracts (gov) cancelled. I’m not sure how to re-install the driver SW, that doesn’t seem to happen since it’s there and not an “app” so it isn’t un-installable. I think if I remove it in devices and immediately restart it might come back up, but that would be the Microsoft default. This is a new WIndows 11 system with all updates

I’ve upgraded to a Razer Blade 16 - 2024.There is a firmware update available to enable Hyperboost support.Razer Blade 16" (2024) | RZ09-0510 EC, Keyboard, and vBIOS Firmware UpdaterFor those of you who have applied the update, do you find yourself using Hyperboost often?  Is it good?  How hot does the laptop get?I prefer not to apply firmware updates unless there is a benefit. I own the Razer Laptop Cooling pad as well.

Hey everyone,I recently got the Razer Huntsman V2 and I love the sound and feel of the optical switches, but I’ve noticed that some of the keycaps feel slightly wobbly when I press them from the sides. Is that normal for this keyboard, or could it be a build issue with my unit? It’s not affecting performance, but I just want to make sure I didn’t get a faulty one. Appreciate any insight from other users!

It looks like there are no more right handed wired Nagas available in the line up. I have no use for a wireless mouse, it’s actively encouraging me to look elsewhere for a replacement. The magnetic side panels are also a pain point. Is there any chance we’ll be seeing an update line up soon?

I’m searching for some kind of program that I can use to record a visualizer for my razer tartarus. I don’t need anything particularly fancy, but I’m trying to find a solution to be able to show my inputs along with gameplay. The chroma lighting is too slow to accurately capture the inputs from, so I cant really use that. I feel like I’m the only person who has ever tried to find this because I can’t seem to find any leads, so I came here. Any ideas? Thanks.

So without any review watching I went and brought this control thinking it had virtual controller support, little did I know after reading that’s only support on android phones…. So the controller to me is useless… why was/is this not mentioned anywhere that virtual controller isn’t support for iOS devices.. now I have the hassle of returning…

hii have only 1 type с port and now it is connected to monitor. Later I used type с dongle without problemnow i have problems with connection via cable that goes in box. it connects for 5 sec and disconnect again.
