Hi there,I am overall satisfied with the product but however I noticed that my Barracuda X has broken plastic parts. Just to note that I care about my stuff and I still have old gadgets that look almost in mint condition, so not sure what happened here as i was really handling them with care. My warranty ran out like 4 months ago and I do not seek the replacement, rather advice to help me resolve my issue.  Here are the pictures of broken plastic parts, first is the left earpiece, the second is the right earpiecesince those are still working and all i see is that plastic will continue to break, I just want to know is there a way to buy this part, i will change it mysel

My Viper v2 pro’s wireless dongle was broken, and I was looking online and couldn't find an in-stock replacement. Are they still for sale?(Europe, the netherlands)

I just can’t decide between the 18 and the 16.Situation: I’m upgrading from a 2021 Blade 17 which I’ve used pretty much every day for general gaming, with a bit of work here and there.I use it 90% of the time from my sofa on a lap tray to game most days, so not on a desk. Next to my wife watching the tv, so noise is a factor. I travel average of once a month for work but am unable to take it currently as it’s so heavy.I really like the big immersive screen of the 18, and that it’s cooler and quieter. I’m not super bothered about the difference in performance as I’ll be using DLSS/FG.But I also really like the portability and form factor of the 16 and being able to take it around when I travel for work, which I’m unable to at the moment with the 17. And I love an oled screen and the use that’s opened up with a bigger battery.Concerned about the screen size going from 17 to 16 being a bit small, or do you think the difference will be negligible? Edit:My mouse now works and is connected to wallpaper engine but my keyboard isnt and I have no idea why it's not using the same lights as my other razer products 

When I am connected to my pc I often connect the Bluetooth to my phone just to listen to music/tiktok that nonsense and every 10-15 minutes the headset disconnects and reconnects and this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact the woman talk and says that the connection has changed, any way to turn her off or fix the Bluetooth error ?

Hello :) As the title says, I’m looking for someone better qualified than I am to help me decide on the right Razer headset for me. For context, I’ve been using the Razer Nari ever since I got it 5 years ago all the way back in 2020 and it is by far the best headset I’ve ever used both in terms of performance and comfort, and it breaks my heart that I happened to be careless enough one day that led me to accidentally letting it fall from a significant height that resulted in one side of the swivel part of the ear to snap off. Even still, this headset is so dear to me that I have been trying to keep it somewhat together with some tape, because it still works and sounds perfectly well apart from the fact that it’s hanging on by a wire on one side, though I understand that is no permanent solution by any means. Honestly, I’ve been poring over reviews across multiple platforms trying to figure out which headset to invest in, but I’

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

Hey allI currently have a old Glorious mouse and keyboard is a Asus Rog Falchon low profile white wireless versionMy monitor is black, speaker are black with RGB ( logiterch g560) , 8bitdo ultimate controller is black , all my pc components are blackhowever my Asus Rog Falchon seems to work well with RGB on and looks better on white peripherals and not to mention its a wireless keyboard which i also want my mouse to be wireless as well since it just looks much cleaner on the tableI noticed there is a ASUS ROG Falchion Ace HFX which is basically the black version but its only wired, so if i wanted a black deathadder i would also switch my keyboard to match but im not sure if i want a wireless keyboard again :(

Hi, I am thinking about purchasing razor blade 18 2025 with gtx 5080 32gb. Planning to change ram on my own because via razer its +1500eur for just another 32gb up to 64gb 6400mhz.All I need is stability, I dont play games but will connect multiple full hd displays via dock. SADLY NO THUNDERBOLT 5 AT BACK OF LAPTOP TO HIDE ALL CABLES but thats not the major issue. Have 3 additonal hardwares from different brands that I ll use. Basically want thin 18 inch workstation with win 11 pro. I cant afford instability of system, crashing, mouse freezing when going to other display...  Heres my concerns:SYNAPSE - I am reading multiple problems with stability, issues with the latest drivers, keyboard, touch pad.All I need is using specs of this laptop to its full potential without overheating, high performance, balanced when I am afk. Light on keyboard, one colour, fast start of laptop and synapse. Everything else that synapse offer is meaningless to me

Been looking around for an answer but I booted up my PC and the KB isn’t working with only the G button lit green above the number pad area.  The KB isn’t responding as the first thing I tried was holding the FN button with F11 to try to turn it off, but no go.  Attempted the holding Esc + M5 and plugging it in and release like one post said and that didn’t work and a few other posts I found didn’t have a reply for it, or one was going to just be in DMs to help. Anyone have any suggestions as what I can do?  Had to use my KB from another PC to type up this message! Appreciate any help!  =)

Hello. I just bought a new Blackshark v2 X USB headset, and I can’t get the mute toggle and volume knobs to work. I had searched online and one suggested disabling Synapse. I did that and it worked (at least with the volume knob. I had noticed an issue with the mic at that point). I tried that again last night and it didn’t work. I noticed there are a lot of posts about this on these forums, but they are all locked without showing a solution. If there is a solution, please let me know. Otherwise I’ll have to return it.  Thank you!

I picked up a BlackWidow V4 Pro Full Size about a month or two ago. About 2 weeks ago, my left shit key stopped working fully and now only works every 1 out of 4 presses or so and even when it does work, it will stop working about 50% of the time. Nothing has been spilt on it and I have removed the key to see if something was stuck under it but I didn't see anything. I also have an issue with certain keys activating twice with one click like my N and my S key, but that's not as much of an issue as the shift issue.Does anyone know how to either fix it or am I going to have to sadly replace my keyboard as I use my left shift key all the time?

I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?

Hello! I'm thinking about buying the Razer BlackShark V3 X and wanted to know if anyone has tried them. I'm looking for something comfortable, with good sound and a microphone to play Are they worth the price or are there better options in that range? Thanks for any recommendations. 

Just curious when the official page with all the details be released about this, as the box has some but likely not everything about it - Wouldn’t hurt to have a bit more details about it being I have it now on a few setups.
