I reload razer gold on my account using Gcash and the amount was already deducted on my Gcash account but I still haven’t received the razer gold.My plan is to use the razer gold to recharge on one of the games I played because there is an event. The event is nearing its end, 23 hours as of the transaction and less than 12 hours as of the writing of this.Please process my transaction already because time is of the essence. I already made a ticket but still no response.To all staff, please escalate this matter.Thank you.

Hi, my microphone is no longer able to detect any sound made. Tried recording and on discord but no sound output. But I can still hear on my headset via the usb sound card. I have tried to reinstall all software and driver to no avail, even use this headset on another computer but no audio is being picked up. 

I bought the Blackshark V2 + USB soundcard, 2 days ago. I followed the instructions, plugged them in and let synapse install.Upon trying to use it with discord the microphone wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t pick up any sound. After about 10 restarts the microphone started working perfectly in discord BUT there was no audio output ie they wouldn't work as headphones.After that I haven’t been able to make the microphone work at all.It doesn’t even work on microsofts mic setup program (I get error code 0x800706BE).I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse 5 times.How the hell do I get these to work properly?! I just want them to work as both a microphone AND headphones AT THE SAME TIME. This is a ridiculous problem to be having with a 120 euro headset.Nothing works. I am at my wits end.

Something to note that is some movies/shows I have locally and playthrough jellyfin/vlc/etc. have no audio while others do.  If you’re experiencing this issue too, here’s how to solve it: Go to windows sound settings and disable “Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device” and “Enable audio enhancements”. Disable THX mode on the headphones in synapse.You’ll be able to hear all audio now. Ideally, this shouldn’t be an issue, and you shouldn’t have to have THX on sometimes. I suspect this is a bug.

I made a mistake and scratch those numbers off the card 

My Hyperspeed Wireless dongle does not seem to be activating. I have moved to different USB ports, I have tried different cables. The dongle light turns on for a second when I am plugging or unplugging it in, but it turns off immediately.My headset keeps tells me it is trying to connect, but it isn’t able to.I think my dongle is dead.

My card pin was badly scratch and I can't get 4 digit pin correctly

razer cynosa v2 is bad because of the switches that is used in it i used it for less than 5 months and the switches suck don't buy it I'm in Iran ok the price is 5,000,000 tomans till 10,000,000 or sometimes 12,000,000 tomans! its crazy yeah?! but instead of paying 12,000,000 toamans and using your keyboard for 3 months u can pay 23,000,000 tomans and have a Logitech and use it for 20 years 

I use headphones a lot throughout the day, and I have some design suggestions that could lead to a revolutionary product: The part that rests on the head can cause hair loss, especially if the headphones are heavy. My suggestion is to design headphones that only rest on the ears. This way, the weight of the headphones can be reduced since the part that goes over the head is eliminated. I have oily hair, which means I often have to clean my headphones when they get greasy. I propose that the headphones come with a removable cover or "clothing." When using the headphones, we can put this cover on. When it gets greasy, we can simply wash the cover with soap. The cables of the headphones are not springy, which means they can get stretched and damaged if we’re not careful. I suggest adding a spring-like feature to the cables.

Hello,Since yesterday, my Razer Viper Ultimate dongle keeps constantly connecting and disconnecting, and I can no longer use my mouse wirelessly. My question is whether there is a place where I can purchase a new dongle, because I saw that Razer has released a program that allows you to pair the new dongle with the mouse. I see that there are no longer any available in the official store, and I don’t know where to look.

I bought this device about a year ago, and now the connector no longer works. I can only hear on one side of the headset. I'm requesting a repair or replacement. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Since I am still under warranty Lukas

Hi, I’m a new Razer user and I own a Razer Joro and a Basilisk V3 Pro.I’d like to ask if in the future it will be possible to add an Fn Lock option and allow full remapping of all function keys (F1–F12), including the Bluetooth ones.The Joro is a fantastic keyboard, but this limitation slightly reduces flexibility for gaming.

My Keyboard shows me different stuff then what it actually is when I type it.What do I need to do?

Issue started around the 7th of August. I’ve seen a few people post about it with no fix. Speakers do not work correctly in any application. They continuously cut in and out. I’ve troubleshooted about everything I could think of, including uninstalling. Only work around seems to be using them in Bluetooth mode which defeats the purposes of the spatial audio. Please help.

Hi everyone, I'm currently in a dilemma choosing between these 2 mice as the price difference in my region is around $30 with discounts. Also, I'm adding the Mouse Dock Pro as a bundle.I like the shape and prefer to just choose between these 2, so please avoid recommending another models/brands. 

I've encountered the same problem as the rest with my Razer Baraccuda base version just recently while I was playing a game with my friends, it first showed the cracks a few days ago and suddenly it exploded during our game, the warranty is still available along with the receipt. 

I know it was posted a few moments ago, but how do I fix the disconnecting issue on my Razer V3 Tournament Edition controller for Xbox? can't even play as normal for one minute. Got it 2 weeks ago. Can't return it.

I already have Gold, but I cannot buy a product because the system is asking for Step 2 Authentication (two-step verification). I don’t know how to access this authentication, and I cannot continue with my purchase.Can you please help me set up or reset my Step 2 Authentication so I can complete my purchase?
