I have gone through multiple support cases with this issue and have not gotten a resolution so I figured I’d come here and see if anyone has seen this or experienced this yet. QuestionRazor Naga Pro RZ01-0342The other day I had it on wireless Bluetooth and it ran out of charge. After plugging it in - it doesn’t charge.It’s been almost 2 days now with absolutely no response from the mouse. It doesn’t even get picked up as being plugged in. I’ve tried another wire too.I’ve had absolutely zero issue with it until this point. Anyone know if there is a solution for this or if I’m just dealing with a dead brick?

Hey! i received the recent blackshark v3 pro, I love it, especially after the update. during my first game, people couldn’t hear me or very low, my microphone wasn’t fully plugged.i pushed it to the « clic » sound and it’s work perfectly now, just want to know, can it be dangerous for the material if not plugged 100%? thanks !

I tried using my Hio webcam to scan a QR code. everthing seemed normal until I stated the scan. I was thn asked for connection to another program like Pin or Bing. I do not know what this means?

Case is charged and Shows a green light, When case is opened earbuds do not show up in bluetooth, tried looking for them on all my devices, still no luck, any help will be much appreciated, i haven’t had these that long.

Hello, dear users,When I checked Synapse and went to the Devices section, I could see my mouse (with its picture showing) and my keyboard (although the picture is still loading). However, when I click on the keyboard, it just takes me to a loading screen.So, I can’t change any of my lighting settings or anything like that, I guess.I’ve tried repairing it, uninstalling it, running that frustrating System File Checker tool to fix missing or corrupted files—I even tried restarting my whole life—but nothing seems to work. I need an expert here.Thanks. 

Has anyone had the issue where the kiyo pro was working fine then all of a sudden it’s not focusing and nothing but a a fuzzy image now I’ve unplugged it and tried different usb ports that didn’t work I’ve also tried uninstalling razer apps and reinstalling that didn’t work either I’m at a loss here and the camera isn’t that old I just bought it few months ago 

I was finalizing the payment, when I was asked for two-step authentication by sending an SMS, however, it shows an alert with the following sentence:"There was an unexpected mistake. Reload the page and try again.".I'm Brazilian, I've changed browsers, put private mode, tried also on my cell phone and nothing worked.

My naga trinity scroll up and down do not work (side movements work fine). It was working fine and then the day later it just stopped. Part of me thinks it might be a windows update issue as I remember running that after a holiday (it was working prior to updates). It could also be hardware but the side scrolls work. Tried compressed air, reinstall synapse, tried the other two side attachments etc… The Naga trinity is not listed under drivers so I cannot manually download them, where would these be located? used the windows auto install method for that. Any help would be great thanks

I’d like to know if the Razer Kishi can be remapped to have the buttons emulate keyboard inputs. Particularly on iOS.

Hello. Few weeks ago i bought a Deathadder v4 PRO. I was stunning with the Mouse, however this past few days i found a big issue ( at least for me).The mouse clicks 1 and 2 are so large, they almost reach the middle of the mouse, and sometimes on stress situations, when i grab the mouse harder, sometimes i touch with my palm onthe middle of the mouse,and i randomly activating the click 2 of the mouse. This situation triggers not desired inputs on the game, that caused fail situations. Is anyone having this problem?

I paid R$88 (equivalent to U$17) to an account, which turns out was the wrong one, because previously I paid only R$5 (U$1) to another account so I could get a reward. THE PROBLEM HERE IS: the payment was successful,  but the coins I paid (in a game called “Free Fire”) were delivered to the wrong account, meaning I have the coins, but can’t use them! Is there a solution to that?? (Speaking from Brazil)

I recently bought a Wolverine V2 pro which is outside of warranty. Where can I get the Bluetooth receiver?, I’m currently only able to use it while wired. I'm also unable to update it without the wireless receiver. The controller was bought from an individual, so I’m unable to return it or ask for a replacement. I’ve checked the online store along with Ebay but no where seems to carry them.

I’ve bought new Razer Blackshark V2 X and when i’m trying to registate it on Razer ID i have recieved an error that “Your product is already resistered”.

Here are the 2 cases, If I am at Tier 1 and I spend $2000 in one order, do I only earn 50,000 silver since I am currently at tier one?If I split the purchase, spend $500 on first order and get 12,500 Silver, I would then move to tier 2. The 2nd purchase of $1000 would earn 50,000 Silver being on tier two, and the third purchase of $500 would earn 50,000. Totaling 225,000 Silver

There's no buttons to turn off the  motionsync in viper v2 and v3 pro which it makes me so sad that I have to forever using it. It feels so bad when you turn on the motion sync especially the long ttk fps. You can always feel -2ms to track the movement I can tell. Hope you guys can design a simple button for the sync in the synapse4 . Every other 3395 and 3950 does it. Like sorav2 or lamzu. It's kinda disappointed.

Hello everyone, I have a Razer Opus late 2020, and it won't turn on.When I connect it to the charger, the indicator light shows that it's fully charged, and it connects to my phone and the app.When I disconnect the cable, the indicator light turns off and doesn't respond to the power button.I removed the panel from the left earbuds, disconnected the battery, and reconnected it, but it didn't work.The app shows a 100% charge, but what else can I do?

Good Day,I have a Razer Viper Ultimate that isnt working for a few days now. When plugging in the receiver/dock, Synapse detects it, but not the mouse. When I plug directly to the mouse, it still doesnt get detected, and no power goes to the mouse. I have opened the mouse and cleaned it, disconnected and reseated all the wires, but still nothing happens.I have also tested it on multiple other devices and the same happens there.Could the PCB be the problem in this case?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
