Hey, recently in my deathadder v3 wired, i started facing this issue where the side buttons are really wobbly and sometimes they even go inside the mouse and you cant press them till you do some weird clicking then it comes out. is there any fix for this? both of my side buttons are affected by this

I have black widow v3 pro and it spamming the keys not  specific ones sometimes when i press it not responding or want a hard press and sometime spamming it I've tried all the ways and Tutorials on the internet and they doesn't work .. i also downgrade the firmware and the same problem stays any one can help me 🥺 

Hi Razer and Community,is it possible to connect a RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 PRO (2023) with two dongles. (not at the same time)In example:I have two PCs and I don’t want to switch the usb from one PC to the other. If PC1 is on, PC2 is allways off. And if PC2 is on, PC1 is off.And if, where can I order a second USB dongle?At the moment I have PC1 with the dongle connected and PC2 via Bluetooth. But Bluetooth is very buggy. It often is crashing. Exspecialy in MS Teams.

I am having a problem with my Razer Basilisk v3 pro. The click scroll is not responsive, so when I use applications that require me to use the click scroll, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Can anyone help me find a solution?

I prefer wired mice because they are just more convenient as you don’t have to charge them, and I rarely have enough batteries and I can’t be bothered to pay for the dock. Is it possible to use the basisilsk V3 Pro as a wired mouse? Are there any downsides? As far as I’m aware, the V3 Pro has some superior hardware/software to the V3, and is not just a wireless version. Any advice please? Thanks in advance.

I was playing Path of Exile 2 yesterday when I thought that it would be the perfect game to play with my old Tartarus V2 I got back when I used to play WoW and FFXIV. It was a pretty useful tool back then and I feel like hardly anyone was using them at the time despite how awesome it was. I looked up reviews for it and I was surprised to see that it was a lot more popular than I remember, many people were using it for video editing or art programs as well thanks to its abundance of programmable keys and its high level of comfort when using it.Anyways, I plugged it in and set it up similar to how I remember for those other MMOs, but it just wasn’t working. My thumb was getting really cramped from how far my fingers were stretching to reach the top buttons while also working the d-pad. Also there’s a dodge button in PoE 2, so I had to put that button among the ones near the top and it was throwing me off. Hello Razer Support,My Razer Viper Ultimate is currently only detected when I hold the left click + right click + scroll wheel buttons during USB connection. This puts the device into firmware update (bootloader) mode.I attempted to update the firmware using your official tool. It reaches 100% and then the mouse disconnects. After this, it no longer functions normally and only works in bootloader mode.Steps I've tried:- Multiple USB ports and cables- Running updater as administrator- Disabling antivirus/firewall- Using different PCsIt seems like the update doesn’t complete properly. I was looking to buy Deathstalker V2 TKL non-pro (as I don't need wireless connection), but it seems it will never happen, even though full-size version has wired only model.So now I was looking at Huntsman V3 TKL, and as I don't want linear or analog keyboard, only clicky, I found model X.On site it has either Portugese (ES-Design) or Greek layout. But both QWERTY.I looked at different sites and from the pictures on Razer website it seems that this keyboard has US layout, not ES. So what is the difference?Most websites show ES has short SHIFT key, but here it's long as in US layout.Can someone please clarify?Thank you

Hi! I have the Naga Trinity RZ01-02410100 and have installed the newest synapse 3 Software. I want to personalize the lightning by Win 11 Pro, because i want configure the lightning by Aura Crate (and NOT by Synapse 3), , but the Mice dont show up in my Personalize/lightning in Win 11 Pro. Uninstall Synapse 3, same Problem. Win 11 Pro 23H2 with latest Updates, Aura Crate with latest updates also. Mice is shown in System but not for lightning in Win 11 Pro. Razer Wolverine V2 I can't access the key change option, I have a gray screen! Do you have a solution?

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. While the microphone is being detected by my PC, it does not transmit any sound. However, when I connect a different earphone with a mic to the same port, the microphone works perfectly. Additionally, I have tested the Razer headset on another computer, and the microphone works fine there as well. Here’s a summary of the issue: The headset mic is detected by my PC but does not produce any audio. Other earphone mics work fine on the same port. The Razer headset mic works properly on a different computer. I have tried updating drivers, checking privacy settings, verifying the default input device, and adjusting microphone levels – but the problem persists.

On a laptop without Razer Synapse installed (and I can’t install it), the macros often don’t work or function differently.I have two macros set up on my current and only profile with the mouse:Button 4 (inner side button) - left clicks at 20 cpsButton 5 (outer side button) - right clicks at 20 cpsOrdinarily on my gaming computer, the macros function as they should and click once every 0.05s. However, on my laptop or any other device, the macros function quite differently. Whenever I have multiple other input buttons held down, like keys on my keyboard, the macro stutters and will only function for about half of every second.Additionally, if I hold both buttons down at the same time, on my gaming computer with synapse installed, neither of them function, with 0 cps for both left and right click (I’d like to specify, this is not a problem I’m perfectly fine with this), however, if I hold down both buttons on any other device I instead click both left and right click at 40 cps. Every couple minutes my Blackshark Pro V2 headset audio on my pc becomes robotic and distorted really bad and lasts about 10-20 seconds at a time. Firmware is up to date and pc drivers up to date. I had to remove the key cap from the space bar from my Ornata 2 to clean under it, but I don’t seem to be able to reattach it properly. I didn’t notice any springs or anything when I removed the key, but when I reattached it it had lost it’s ‘springiness’ - it feels like it is stuck in the ‘pressed’ state, and I have to bang it to get a space character. Sometimes it sticks and the cursor runs away with space characters.Have I missed (and lost) a spring of some sort, or have I just incorrectly re-attached the key cap? I have tried looking for videos on the method of re-attachment, but haven’t been able to find anything.

Hello everyone! I am writing from a translator, so please do not judge. My situation is very interesting. And I really want to achieve what I want. All the time I played on a mouse Razer deathadder ellite, and no mouse I have not seen such a sensor! Let me explain, the standard dpi change goes from 100 to 50 in 99% of mice (for example 400,450,500) BUT! ELITE has one feature, in it you can set ANY DPI!!! i.e. 401 dpi,405 dpi,555 dpi. and this is only in this mouse! There is one more thing! All this time I was using synapse 3 software, but in version 4 of the software to set any dpi is not possible! Then I realized that the software has limitations dpi, and I read that the software is open source and it can be changed to suit your needs! Is there anyone among you who can tell me how to bypass this limitation in the code? I'm not a programmer, but I'm a great shooter thanks to the advantages that RD ellite gives me, it's not cheats I play like all other players with standard dpi values,
