Any support can tell me what time will restock in SG or MY?

Anybody know when does Razer Leviathan V2 Pro going to restocked in Singapore? 

I try to connect it but it keeps saying "USB device not recognized".When I go into device manager, I've tried disabling and uninstalling the "Unknown USB device (configuration descriptor request failed)", I've tried disabling and uninstalling the USB root hubs too, but nothing seems to be working. I've pretty much tried any other method under the sun too.I connected the headphones into another laptop and it seems to work just fine there so it's not an issue with the headphones themselves.

My Razer V2 X Hyperspeed is lagging,like screen stuttering how can i repair it i used to play valorant and while moving my mouse it is like lagging idk what is happening i need a solution for it

Have you encountered the issue where after some time, a static noise (scratches/knaxing) occurs in a random application, such as Spotify or a game, while the rest of the audio continues to sound normal? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all the software, and the drivers are up-to-date.

I have a problem with updating my Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense Driver. When i try it always goes to “Please reconnect your device and click retry”. Also i let u know that i followed this link to update my software. 

I could see a detachable mic for Razer Barracuda X Chroma edition. Does the headset have an inbuilt mic as well and i can use the detached mic only when i need ? If so is the quality of built in mic good for making calls ?

Every time I load Synapse 4 and try to mute my headset it turns on the sidetone and blocks the mics input completely until i turn of my computer or the headset. This doesnt happen with Synapse 4 closed.

I would like to know if a controller is better than a keyboard for Rocket League.

When i activate the dynamic sensitivity it works good but when i turn off my pc and on again it feels different idk why 

Does anyone have a supplier for Naga V2 Pro side panels (or side panel PCBs)? Razer doesn’t want to sell any and they just keep breaking for no discernible reason. I really don’t want to reverse engineer the PCB… I don’t even know if pcbway can cut  PCBs in that shape or sells these specific switches. And I *really* don’t want to pay 200€ again to fix a 5€ part Edit: OK the solution was solution. Or rather 10ml of isopropanol *directly* into the switches of the sidepanel. To do this first void your warranty, then carefully remove the sticker on the inside of the side panel that surrounds the contacts. Next unscrew the 4 tiny screws that are screwed into plastic to *ensure* that they cannot be unscrewed and screwed back in any more than a handful of times before wearing out the threading. Next step take the entire button assembly out of the side panel. Then remove the PCB from the button assembly and absolutely ***drench*** it in isopropanol or better yet an electrical contact cleaner w

Hey everyone,Is it just me, or have the Razer Cortex rewards gotten a lot worse lately? The amount of Silver you earn feels lower, the tasks don’t pay as much as they used to, and some of the better rewards seem to be gone or way more expensive.Did something change in the system recently, or am I missing something?

I noticed that the Achievements on Razer Insider are gone, and I can’t seem to find any official explanation. Does anyone know why they were removed? Were they replaced with something else, or is this just temporary?If there was an announcement or update about the achivements, please let me know.

Apparently there’s an update for it from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1. The Razer support website doesn’t show it, but it does indeed exists. Has anyone been able to find or update theirs? 

I purchased the blackshark v2x recently the 7.1 surround sound worked fine but whenever i restart my laptop the surround sound output gives out 0 audio whereas other outputs work fine,even reinstalling works only until the restart takes place,please help me.

Was playing apex and synapse started updating in the middle of a game. Restarted the PC when I was prompted and now I can’t log into windows because none of my USB ports are working. I have no mouse or keyboard connectivity. Was able to get into BIOS but as soon as windows login screen shows I can’t enter my passcode. Unplug and replug keyboard and lights will come on for a few seconds and then shut off. No input. What the heck do I do? 

I can’t think of any reason other than stupidity that on-board memory doesn’t save Chroma settings as well as synapse. There are threads going back years on this same issue. Why do I need on board memory for synapse, when I HAVE to open synapse for the chroma effects to take place? When your room is dark, and you can hardly see your desk I bet the last thing you want to do is have to turn on a light to see your RGB keyboard… well have fear and maintain caution because Razor will keep you guessing as to why an RGB keyboard with onboard memory needs software (or to be accurate malware) to keep the lights, yes the lights… on. If I could nominate one reason no one should purchase their keyboards, it would be that the only thing they do on their own is type. Is this all an opinion? Yes. Do I intend to purchase Razor products in the future? No, the price in no way justifies itself, not with their product and especially not with their software. So yeah, now I am even more pissed with Razer. About 2 months ago, my Blackwidow V3 started doing the double tapping randomly. Over the course of a week, it got progressively worse. Long story short, my $180 “high quality” keyboard died after about 3 ½ years. Razer basically told me to go pound sand and buy a new one. And now, as of last night, my Goliathus mat’s LEDs are going out. Only the top left corner where the cable is is glowing. The rest of it is dark. My mat is only 2 ½ years old. WTF RAZER!!!!! I had been using 3 Razer products. 2 have died in arguably a very short time. Shall I expect my Deathadder to keel over soon? Razer is a joke now.

Is there a way to turn of the ‘’delay’’ audio tune in?for example watching movie and rewind or going forward the audio takes 3 sec before its back to normal.

Hello everyone, I am considering buying razer Iskur v2, but I am not sure if it is suitable for 193cm tall and 117kg guy. Does someone has experience using it with similar height/weight parameters? 

I know the regular Kishi V3 doesn’t have a vibration motor or anything like that.My question is whether my iPhone will vibrate while this controller is connected during gameplay, somehow compensating for the fact that it doesn’t detect a vibration motor on the gamepad.Or should I just forget about that feature altogether?
