Hello. Do you know how to solve the problem with the smooth transition of the “wave” effect on the keyboard? My software is up to date, dynamic lighting in Windows is turned off, but during the “wave” effect, the colors still stop at random moments for about 1 second. 

I recently purchased a Razer headset and followed all the setup instructions, including creating a Razer ID. The activation code came with my headset. However, when I try to launch the 7.1 Surround Sound app, it does not run. While I can log into my account by right-clicking on the taskbar icon and selecting "log in," the app itself does not launch and the screen to enter the activation code does not appear as shown in the tutorials I've seen.I have tried several troubleshooting steps: ensuring my software and firmware are up to date, reinstalling the Razer Synapse software, disabled both Firewall and Antivirus.. None of these helpedAny ideas? 

Does anyone know whether there is anyy transfer process for reselling Razer devices such as Naga Pro mouse?it’s under warranty.can the new owner claim warranty w/o using my details?

I wish that it could lock into place so if I wanted the headset smaller/tighter it wouldn't slowly slide off. Also which that i could make it so the buttons wouldn't do anything so they dont accidentally get press and could only be controlled through the software 

When I saw the video about the Razer Sneki Snek reusable tote bag I immediately wanted to purchase it but it doesn’t show up on the Canadian website in the Accessories Category. so is this item available for Canada? cause if it is why is it not in the Canadian website?

bonjour ou bonsoir je lance ce forum car très récemment j’ai acquis des enceintes razer nommo v2x donc j’ai fait les mises a jour et installations des pilotes nécessaires mais lorsque je les met en fonctionnalités par câbles j’entends uniquement des grésillements mais lorsque je le bascules en Bluetooth tout et net le problème étant que je ne peux pas modifier les paramètres audio sur synapse en étant en Bluetooth quelqu’un aurait ils une réponse pour résoudre le problème? merci d’avance

something weird happening with my nommo v2 speakers, I have been using them since middle of January didn't have any issues until about the last month, I work a lot so I don't game as frequently as I would like to. recently they started to lag games and cut audio, it happens with games launched in steam and EA app. I have read online that the synapse app could be culprit so over the last month I feel like I been chasing my tail, uninstall/reinstall, synapse 3 and 4, into sound settings turning off audio enhancements, plugging them into different usb port. I just don't understand it, updated all drivers I could find. I use my steel series headset no issue for hours, switch back to speakers and it starts acting up really no rhyme or reason that I can figure, sometimes happens back-to-back frequently sometimes several minutes apart.  

so i had this mouse for almost 3 year. gonna fix it within this week, the right click start having problem.after closer inspection my mouse using paw3349db, if my mouse that supposed to use paw3328 but using better sensor instead, did razer "limiting" the sensor somehow (beside dpi)?, or they just completely change the sensor for this model ?

Basically i love these headphones and the haptics and how they vibrate, especially when playing warzone and using a sniper. but when playing with friends it picks up their voices and vibrates as they talk. i basically only want the headphones to react to the game and not all other noises. thanks 

I just switched from the naga trinity to the naga v2 pro and I'm trying to adjust the scroll settings on synapse to be as similar as the trinity. Does anyone know what the scroll tension and scroll steps would be on the trinity? 

Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboardModel #: RZ03-0468S/N (date): IO2528FI was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. I bought a razer BASILISK v3 mouse and the scroll wheel flies loosely when i scroll and i don't think it's normal for it to do that, when i tested my friends one who reccomended me to buy one it felt tactile but this mouse feels loose, could i get a return? i got it from currys 

This just started today but my mouse randomly just flicks up and down very fast almost like shaking but I’ve cleaned the reader and I’ve changed mouse pads. I flipped the mouse over as well and no matter what it still does this is there a software update I don’t know about or a simple fix to this bug?

I have a Razer Viper 2 Pro.It was a gift from a friend and is still in good condition, no scratches, and still sealed.But why won't it connect to the receiver/dongle?I tried connecting it directly to the mouse with the cable, and it worked fine, but the dongle didn't respond.Is there a way to fix this?

Okay, so I'm looking to get a new headset in the next day or so and right now Amazon has the Blackshark V2 Pro on sale as well as the Blackshark V3 X, so my question is which to get? Seems as though the obvious choice would be go with the V3 X since it's new and probably has minor bug fixes and what not, but just just wanted to get some opinions on if the V2 Pro is worth getting over the V3 X. Also, I am on Xbox Series X if that helps any. Big thank you to anyone that comments and helps me decide on which to get!

i have RGB keyboards and a 1yo, she is obsessed with the pretty colours on my new keyboard and keeps trying to steal it, as a potential compromise, i pulled out my old blackwidow v2 for her to play with but i cannot get it to light up without a computer present, i read that the keyboard has a demo mode, but even googling explicitly for how to trigger the demo mode only gives solutions for turning it off and people complaining about it being stuck on. i understand from some reading that the device may not light up at all without being connected to a computer, obviously, i dont want to give a 1yo the ability to type random things on my computer but i am in a small house and the computer and the baby must share a room, no other way around it.
