Hi, I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2020) with RTX 2080 Super Max-Q. BIOS version 1.06, running with the original 230W adapter, but without the internal battery (AC-only). The GPU is power-limited to ~80–86W (1100 MHz) even in Synapse “Custom – High Performance” mode. I’ve already updated BIOS/EC, performed EC reset, and confirmed stable CPU boost. Hi, since one week I have very poor quality of sound on my blackshark v2 pro 2023. I hade no changes. Probebly only windows update.Before it worked porfectly well, but since one week the quality is very bad. Just like in other comments. The bass is nealy gone while gaming to compare with one week before. Please help.

So, I bought blackshark v2 x headphones and wanted to activate 7.1 and register my product, but the system says that my product has already been registered. I didn't do it. Is there anything I can do about it or get help?

Are you guys ever going to fix your controller? We go through your steps and it still doesn’t work. I very unsatisfied with this product. I’m on my second one that you replaced and still disconnecting in wireless mode, unreal… for over $300 I’d expect better. Don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything Razer again because of you poor service and not being able to fix your product. DO NOT BUY.. Brutal 

Hello again! So, the second one, exact same error. I have had this happen yet again identically since a month after I got it as replacement for my first one but haven't had the energy to reach out for help again.It's so weird, I can play for 4 hours, thrn it suddenly starts disconnecting and becoming extremely sensitive to the dlightest movement.I have never in my life taken this much care in cable management and have eliminated any and all "tugs/yanks"  on the cable. It's so obviously a product flaw as I haven't heard anyone NOT getting this. Latest example: "literally 5 minutes ago my friend sent a party invite, from that moment and until I had joined the party the controller disconnected _6_ TIMES. That's in a  <30 seconds time lapse. Twice I had to unplug/replug the cable or it would not Power On at all (power surge? poor shielding in the contact area?).It has literally ruined Coop Sessions, Boss fights, PvP Duels and my desire to ever use a controller again or a console has alm

Hi community i recently bought a blade 16 from Razer.com Australia and the price was $7199, after order was placed I noticed there is an option down there says "buy from local retailer", i clicked in and the same model cost $380 cheaper, is there anyway I could do a price match from Razer.com? Hello, I have a Razer Blade 14 2023, the space bar key has been having problems for months regarding that it only works when it wants, I followed the recommended solutions in a post I made to which they responded, currently I have not been able to solve anything but because I cannot be without a computer at this moment what I did was assign the space bar to the "right alt" key, a few weeks ago I updated the computer and the "f4" and "~" keys changed colors to the preselected ones, normally I have the keyboard in "Static" rgb configuration in white but these keys appear yellow, when I apply other rgb configurations these keys turn other colors, I would like to know if you can give me some advice or help me solve these problems, thank you.

Hi, i bought barracuda x model(2022 i guess) and on pc or android i can easly pair it with my devices since razer audio application can see my headphone but cannot connect it.I tried with iphone and application didnt fail, i think its about software stuff, meanwhile im using Poco X7 pro. When i try to pair my headphone it says unable to find device but  in application i can see it its ready to pair! I deffinitely need help. Thanks in advance.

everytime i turn on my computer the rgb on the mouse turns off. I know the rgb on the mouse works fine because if the computer is off then its on but when i log in it turns off i tried disabling dynamic lighting and it didn’t do anything and i also tried reinstalling the mouse drivers by deleting them idk how to fix it

I’ve read quite a bit about the Xbox Cloud gaming “press to start”error when using controller with Cloud games.Essentially just before the game finishes loading there is a button displayed saying press to start.  This button doesn’t respond to controller or touch on the ipad, which makes the game unplayable.Uninstalling Nexus seems to resolve the issue but then I lose the benefit of Nexus for controller config and other game launching etc.

Any idea how to add xbox cloud gaming titles in Nexus, I’m not talking about xbox remote play but native Xbox cloud gaming on ipad Pro M4.  Link just fails when added.

Hi i have this pair of some version of Razer hypersense headset (cant remember which one) it has the option to remove the mic from the headset and is also wireless with one of Razers USB’s but it wont connect and google isnt of anyhelp at all! They all say to ”just go into sound settings and choose it” but its not there and its not findable through bluetooth or any of the other wireless connections. I have razer synapse and they arent showing up there either? 

Hello,  I would like to ask if there are any upcoming drops or restock plans for the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition (White).  I missed the last drop on June 21, 2025, and I’d like to know if there will be another drop in November or sometime soon.  Or has the product been completely discontinued?  Thank you!

My blackshark v2 X was working just fine until i updated my pc to windows 11, i could not fix it no matter what i tried, today i went back to windows 10 and it still does not work.i tried uninstalling my drivers and installing again i just dont know what to do, pls help 

Recently bought a Razer DeathAdder which maybe 1 in 100 clicks, minimises all windows and takes me to my desktop. Extreemely annoying on FPS games. Anyone ever seen this before? Probably just gonna buy a new mouse, but seriously wtf ?

So I recently got this headset and I really like it, but it has a weird problem.Some time after starting the game, the headset begins to make a crackling sound, which stops after closing the game. If I use the headset to play for example a YouTube video, they work just fine. Also, when the problem with the sound appears, the microphone does the same thing whenever I use it. I guess it's a problem with wireless connection but I'm not really sure.I have the latest version of Synapse 3 installed, latest firmware installed on both headset and dongle. I also tried the razer troubleshooting guide and it didn't help. Just in case, I use a Viper V2 Pro mouse in wireless mode (I don't know if this can affect something but it works perfectly).I hope there's a fix for this problem because I really like this headset ​​​​

Has anyone had issues with the number buttons on the side continuously spamming either the 1 or 9 buttons? This has just started happening to me and it is getting very annoying. Tried to contact the support about the issue but it is out of warranty. 

I am writing to express my deep frustration with Razer’s customer support.I purchased a Razer Seiren Mini microphone, which suddenly stopped working without any physical damage or misuse. It is now recognized as “Unknown USB Device” on every computer I try. I contacted Razer support multiple times, provided all the requested details, and even sent proof of purchase — yet my issue still hasn’t been resolved.Despite clearly stating many times that my microphone is defective, I keep receiving irrelevant replies about a mouse. This shows a serious lack of attention and professionalism in handling customer cases.I was then told that my country (Turkey) is not covered by Razer’s shipping or warranty support, even though the product is officially sold here. That’s simply unacceptable for a global company.So far, I’ve spent weeks trying to get a basic response, and I’m still left without a working product or a clear solution.This experience has been deeply disappointing. I will no longer purch

I’ve had to replace my Wolverine V3 twice for disconnecting issues in the few months that I’ve owned it. Razer refuses to acknowledge the issue or address it. So I’ve taken things into my own hands. I designed and 3D printed a piece to lock the cable into place. I used museum putty as the adhesive so I will be able to take it off for warranty claim or if any other reason arises. I will keep y’all updated as I use it. Hopefully this is the fix we need. I have the design if anybody else wants to give it a try. 

Macro key setting on these keys(F1-F12) is not working correctly on Synapse 4. I have been trying to assign macro on those keys which the program does allow me to do but  it does not work correctly on different program.
