Razer has shown their partner yeelight and their Immersive lights but I have bulbs 1S and it does not work. I have done everything that they say on their video tutorial but I only can modify chroma effect like wave, fire etc but on Overwatch and apex legends does not work. Does someone know anything about it?

This week I'll change it up. I'll host a pseudo AMA here on Insider. I say pseudo because it will take place throughout the week. There will be a few rules in place and it will be controlled, because I'd rather not get yelled at because I went off the rails and I like my job! A few things: I am not a qualified spokesperson for Razer (Yes, that's a thing), so I can't give any insight nor speak in an official capacity regarding any Razer related product releases. So please don't ask me about anything new that may or may not be coming out. As to not give PR (Public Relations) a headache, I will not speak negatively about our products, nor will I accept any negative communications. i recently ordered from razer and the shipment has been held at customs for about 4 days now. Has anyone else experienced this and if so , how was the issue resolved? update: package cleared customs and was delivered 2 days past scheduled delivery date. large shipments (mine was in a shipment of 90 other orders) are held at customs for longer due to the clearance process.

Who's the cutest little mouse? Yes you are! Surprisingly, the mouse that brought me into the wireless world was the Atheris. I say surprisingly because this was before Razer™ HyperSpeed Wireless. Don't get me wrong, it was still our tech, but it was unassuming like the mouse was; powered by batteries, great for travel, no Chroma. But it showed me that having a wireless mouse wasn't an issue when it came to gaming. I'm no pro gamer, and I certainly didn't notice any issues with lag. So when we started dropping new mice with wireless tech, Razer™ HyperSpeed Wireless tech to be exact, I was already on board. I would miss my mouse bungee terribly, but it was worth the new Chroma mouse dock and wireless gaming. Are you still wired? Is it a choice? Have you encountered any problems? Most of us by now are living in a quarantine of sorts. Many of us are practicing work-from-home and safer-at-home policies. For us here at the office, it's been a week. So far, the team in Irvine has been stellar and we've been quite the rock stars. We chat often, still play games together and sometimes hang out with our cameras on as if we're just hanging out and working together. We're strong, we're keeping it together. I, personally am curious how everyone else is doing? These are some challenging times. We can joke all we want about how this lifestyle is not so different from the usual gamer life, but when you're put in a situation where you don't have too much of a choice, it changes things. I can't meet up with friends for drinks, but we've managed to do it over video chat. Isolation for a lot of people is terrifying, while to others, it's a gift. I hope you're doing well. I hope you're all being safe. I'd love to know how you're doing.
Although I, myself do my best to help whenever possible, I am not support. I do not and cannot do the incredible job our support staff can do. They kick ass. I got the mouse about 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly fine. yesterday I tried to connect it to my pc using Bluetooth and it kept saying to try connecting again I tried to connect it with my mac and same thing it just would not connect. I tried to replace the battery with no success and updating the firmware. nothing worked. 2.4 works fine but no matter what I do it just won't connect using BT. can someone help please? thanks!
Hello Insiders! I have a little notice about the broken achievements here on Insider, that do not activate on their own and require manual activation from us. We can only manually activate those what should be renewing achievements once, per achievement, for each user. Examples of those achievements include: "Who's Next, You Decide" "That's The Stuff" "Mod Nod" There are also Insider Achievements that are not renewable, but which are also broken and don't activate on their own. We can also activate those for you as well, once per user, per achievement, as they would normally. If you require any achievements to be registered manually that you have not received once before, feel free to send me or one of the other Vanguards a PM with proof of the achievement requirements completed, and we can get it sorted out for you. Joe Rogan has a hot take on gaming saying that it's a waste of time. His point being that gaming is a fun experience but isn't productive. He's pretty much stating that gaming has a terrible ROI (Return on Investment) and while I do see what he is trying to say, I disagree with him and I do think it's more nuanced than that. It really all depends on what your KPI is (Key Performance Indicator). Some people simply want to have fun, fill in the gaps of boredom or entertain themselves. Gaming is perfect for that. I don't think that it's necessary for anyone to walk away from their experience with something tangible to show for it. If it was such a waste of time, I would think that listening to his podcast or watching a movie would fall along the same lines. You're consuming it. Hi, i just got my Razer Nari Wireless today. i realized that my left ear didnt produced any sound when i plug in my wireless usb + aux 3.5mm chord. I already check the Left and Right volume on the sound, but still not working. i also tried to use 3.5mm aux chord with my phone. still only the right side that produced sound. the left still dead quiet. Do you guys have any suggestion what i can do to fix this? **PS* this is my first expensive gaming headset.
