I have two Razer devices that I have been testing using the multi-device feature for the 2.4Ghz Hyperspeed USB connection. They are both on the supported list of devices, but when I connect them together I lose keystrokes if I am simultaneously mousing. The devices I am using are: Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed (on the latest firmware v2.01.01_r1) Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (on the latest firmware v1.01.01_r1) To reproduce this, you have to do the following: Connect the DeathAdder as a second device on the BlackWidow's 2.4Ghz USB dongle. Open a text editor (e.g. notepad). Type a few letters repeatedly while simultaneously moving the mouse in circles. You will notice many keystrokes get missed. Also, key down events get lost so the keys appear stuck "down" and will auto-repeat once you stop typing. The reason why this is important is if you are playing a game and using the mouse for aim while using the WASD keys for movement, you will notice your movement is unresponsive and glit

i want to know how to set up the 8-directional . im able to set up the the 4-way directional but not the 8 way. Can you guys send me instructions on how to set it up? thank you

Can anyone confirm whether the third fan between the battery is working for them? I’ve noticed that mine has never turned on – there isn’t even any dust on the mesh. I checked more closely under the back cover and it doesn’t work. Is this fan fake?

Hi, as soon as I set up any wallpaper with AXON on both monitors (either the same or different wallpaper) with the setting different wallpapers or duplicate it will only show on one display at random.Stretching works, but is not what I want. Graphics card is RX 9070 XT, resolution on display 1 1440, display 2 1080, already tried both with 1080, but this did not help. Any ideas how it will work on both screens?

I recently got a new dongle for the viper ultimate as I lost my old one but when I try to pair the new dongle to the mouse with the pairing software it just says failed, try again, the pairing software finds both mouse and dongle but can’t pair them

Hi all, I’ve had my Razer Kiyo RZ19-02320 c.a. 2020 or 2021. Tonight, I had issues with streaming to twitch using OBS. It started with the preview of my Razer Kiyo being extremely laggy and blurry, and it had 3 lines across my screen,  like an old CRTV. After updating the drivers for  OBS, Synapse and for the Razer Kiyo, OBS doesn’t display what Kiyo shows, and Windows 10 Home Camera App is telling me another app is using my Razer Kiyo when nothing else is. I see no preview in OBS and I don’t have the option to change any settings for configuring a video device. I’ve noticed that when my razer kiyo ring light is on, synapse is unable to identify the device. My mouse shows up with no issues in synapse, but my kiyo only shows up if the ring light is off.  I’ve tried Microsoft support, and they said it was a hardware issue that they cannot diagnose. What can I do to make my Razer Kiyo functional again? Let me know if there are more specs to my PC you need to know.  Stats:Razer Kiyo Model

I'll try to be brief but this problem has been troubling me for about 8 hours now, so an explanation is necessary. I apologize in advance if the text seems awkward; English isn't my native language.The issue is that when I connect the headset via USB Sound Card, it doesn't produce any sound at all, while the microphone works only briefly after turning it on (for about 10–20 seconds) before stopping as well. After spending 8 hours trying to resolve this issue, here are some conclusions I've reached, listed point by point for your convenience:1. The headphones themselves are fully functional. They passed certification without issues on the official website and work perfectly fine when connected directly through a 3.5 mm jack. It's worth noting that the Sound Card itself also appears to be working properly because when it's plugged into another Windows 10 PC (mine runs Windows 11), the headset reproduces audio through the USB port with no additional settings required.2. Hi,My Razer Kiyo Ultra 4k stopped working after a few months of use. I’ve tried plugging it directly into my MacBook, Windows, updated the firmware, but nothing solved the problem. The “on” light keeps on even if I turn off my computer. I cannot see the Kiyo listed under the “camera” option in Photo Booth, Webcam settings (paid app), Zoom, Teams, etc.Any ideas?

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer Kraken V4.  After setting it up, there are two new sound devices in Windows.  One sound device is “Razer Kraken V4 - Chat”, the other is “Razer Kraken V4 - Game” (There are two additional sound devices when the headset is plugged in.Yesterday, using the headset in wireless mode, the “Razer Kraken V4 - Game” sound device was working fine.  Today, however, that sound device produces no sound.  The “Razer Kraken V4 - Chat” sound device works fine.  Additionally, when the headset is plugged in, all four of the “Razer Kraken V4” sound devices work fine.Does anyone know how to get the “Razer Kraken V4 - Game” sound device to produce sound?  Is there something that I’m doing wrong or a setting somewhere that I’m missing?  I’ve scoured through the Razer Synapse software and don’t see anything that could re-enable the sound.Thanks in advance!

After using my laptop for a while with the Lenovo Thunderbolt 3 dockstation suddently everything stopped working with the dockstation, it only receives power. I can still charge my laptop but all the other usb/display/ethernet functions dont work anymore. I checked my razer synapse for the firmware version of my laptop and it says v1.1.0.0 which is fucking outdated (I guess after i reinstalled windows a while ago it resetted the firmware?) But when i try to install the new version from the website it just says everything is up to date.I tried other dockstations or thundebolt cables and no luck so far. is something related to my laptop.I can see all the USB4 ports on device manager, and a small usb c hub from anker still works, its just the dock station with thunderbolt that doesnt work anymore.Any help??

Recently got the much awaited Blackshark V3 for PlayStation (non-pro) RZ04-054103. Checked that I’ve got the latest firmware installed, already came with latest out of the box.The microphone appears to be super quiet on PlayStation 5. Using the PS settings, I turn the mic vol to maximum, but speaking with the mic in the correct place barely gets into the ‘good’ zone.I’ve tried on the Synapse testing feature and it sounds better but hard to be sure.People in PS party chats have commented how my mic sounds quiet. Reluctant to return the headset as the sound is great and I had a V1 Blackshark for years

I recently had to try reinstalling Synapse for issues with a Razer headset, and ever since doing so my custom Hypershift key (caps lock) no longer activates hypershift functions on my mouse, however the default Function key does.Using a Huntsman Mini and Deathadder V3 Pro, I’ve already tried remaking the profiles from scratch as well as updating the firmware (both are on newest version)Since reinstalling my huntsman mini also sporadically drops inputs so if anyone knows a fix for that, that would be helpful as well. 

Whenever I use the dongle, the volume randomly drops and rises like the sound fades out and then suddenly becomes loud again. The system volume bar doesn’t move so it’s not an actual volume adjustment. The problem doesn’t happen when I connect with Bluetooth or when I use my computer’s speakers. I’ve already checked my synapse settings and turned off all audio enhancements but its still a problem.

 I recently purchased a Razer headset, but there was no 7.1 Surround Sound activation code included in the box. I entered my product information on the Razer website, but even after completing the registration process, I still haven’t received the activation code. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I have a razor 15 base model and when I go to put my laptop into gaming mode, I am unable to because synapse is telling me that the laptop is receiving inadequate power which is stunting my performance. I have no every changed charging adapters and my laptop came with a 180W adapter. I also checked my battery life and it is at 96 percent, and have noticed zero swelling. I was wondering what I can do to fix this inorder to get the maximum performance out of my laptop.

Hello,Both plastic parts are cracked (the ones with “HYPERSENSE” logo). I’am very disappointed about that, because I used them with so much caution. Is is obviously that the plastic is subdimmensioned and in time will brake without any abusive usage. There are a lot of people with cracked plastic parts…Is there any chance to buy and replace those plastic parts (or maybe receive them as warranty)?Thank you!

Macro synapse 4 different from 3 ? When I update my synapse it is not usable and sometime it also causing lag and button stuck even when I wont hold  for like 4 sec. Quiet annoy when I play games

So, as the title says, i have crisp sound when i just turn on my pc and everything’s running fine, as soon as i shutdown the pc, when i turn it on again the audio starts to crackle. One thing to mention, my 7.1 surround it’s not working properly, as it is not showing the 7.1 surround app to configure it, it’s just displays the “login” and that’s it.  Below what i mentioned attached.Razer Blackshark V2X
