Hello,I have a problem with my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro Xbox/PC due to some hardware problems. Below is a full summary of the issue and the troubleshooting steps I have already completed:The headset powers on normally and you can hear the voice saying power on. But the device does not say connect or respond. It does automatically powers off after a short while when I am trying to get it to connect. It is not detected via PC Blootooth It does not connect to my PC via USB‑C or through the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle. On PC, the dongle is detected, but the headset will not pair with it. The Razer Audio/Controller software does not recognize the device. I have tested several USB ports and different cables, including the original one. The headset receives power but is not detected by the system and provides no input or audio functionality. I have had if from Oct/25 and it started to have intermitant connection problems that an on off on again reset seemed to solve, but now its just not w

Recently my arm rest detached after having the razor enki for 5 years. There seems to be no way to rescrew the armrest on without destroying the rest of it. Is there any way just to buy the whole arm assembly? 

Hello Razer Support, I’m reaching out regarding a Razer Gold gift card I recently purchased, but unfortunately the code became partially damaged while scratching off the protective layer. Some digits in the middle section are no longer visible, making it impossible for me to redeem the card. However, other parts of the code and the barcode/serial number are still clearly visible. Here are the details: Visible code parts: 307 584 **** 2062 Barcode number: (removed) Issue: Code scratched off unintentionally during normal use  I have attached a clear image of the card showing its current condition. I would really appreciate your assistance in recovering or verifying the full code so I can redeem the value of the card. When overlay is on it kills my fps, drops it like 10 fps. Some times more. Any fix? I would really like to use it.

Hello devs, synapse 3 stoped working 2 days ago , so i decided to update to synapse 4 but its not really working , i deleted all old razer files and drivers still didnt help , the peoblem is that when i try to install synapse 4 its preparing very long time , and when its done the window is just half empty like some of the buttons or ad , its just never loads properly , cant install new drivers and customize my razer keaybord((( plz help …. Regards , Russian user 

Hi, I am trying to run two monitors through my Thunderbolt 5 docking station. However only one monitor boots up at a time.If I plug both monitors in, one of the monitors will boot up and the other one remains turned off. If I turn off the booted up monitor, the other one boots up.All cables seem to work really well individually, supporting 4K resolution at high refresh rates. I’ve also tried using the thunderbolt 5 cable that came with the docking station, but it isn’t helping. What I’ve tried so far (with my laptop closed so it doesn’t have to run the laptop monitor + the external ones at the same time):-Turning down the resolution on both displays to 1920x1080 and refresh rate down to 60 Hz - still not detecting both monitors.-Switching between all 3 downstream ports on the docking station.-Updated my Nvidia drivers and checked for updates in Razer Synapse.-Plugging monitor 2 directly into my laptop’s HDMI port - this works. I.e. the laptop itself supports both monitors.-Plugging my

Please help me. I am looking for the System Recovery Image file. The model is a 15-inch 2023 laptop equipped with the RTX 40 series. When I try to download it from the website, it says that the product is not registered. However, when I go to the product registration page, it says the product is already registered. How can I fix this issue?

Just picked up a deathadder v4 pro and i allready  regret not buying a mouse from logitech ?  wtf is this joke . the app was not even working first time after installing it , i had to uninstall , restart my pc, install it again AND NOT WORKING ?  made it work and now the MOUSE IS NOT DETECTED ON UR SOFTWARE ? REINSTALLED AGAIN ,UNPLUGGED THE MOUSE ,CONNECTED VIA DONGLE VIA CABLE AND STILL NOT GETTING DETECTED ? IS THIS A JOKE ? HOW DO I MAKE MY MOUSE APPEAR ON THIS  SOFTWARE ?

Hi everyone,I just received my Razer Blade 16 (2026) today, but I’m having a major issue. When I press the power button, the keyboard and the Razer logo on the lid light up, but the screen stays completely black. I’ve tried a few basic restarts but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this with the 2026 model? For a €4,700 machine, this is incredibly frustrating. Any advice before I start the RMA process

I have 2 accounts with Razer, and I am wanting to merge them together. How can I get these merged together so I don’t have to bounce between an active and somewhat inactive email address? This is my main account, so any correspondence goes to an old email and is a challenge to pull up and check.

The microphone on the headphones doesn't work. I have some RAZER Kraken V3 HyperSense headphones that have a microphone but the microphone doesn't work in games. I've done everything I know, I'm waiting for a response from you. Thank you!

I got a old razer blade pro (with switchblade? side screen/ button keyboard thingy) in windows 10 and the FN key wont work at all. Cant change volume, play/pause/next/prev. brightness ect. Diagnostics dont fix it, updating / reinstalling synapses, fn lock even re installing the keyboard. Totally clean this brick is old but well taken care of. its sort of a small thing to not make me have to tab every time I need to pause a song while working or etc. help is appreciated 

This started about a week ago when ever I have the dongle hooked up to use the mouse wirelessly it stutters I thought I had it fixed by updating everything and it was working fine then but now when I try the stuttering is even worse then it was before even with synapse closed fully

Hello Is RZ09-0281 able to connect to external monitor, preferably to Apple Display? Does anyone know? Afaik it has TB3 as a port, so it could be able to connect to the display, but I have no idea if UHD 620 version supports DPalt mode. PS: I did already try also: it does connect sound and camera, but no picture. R

okayyy so i have a problem with surround sound as i did not get an activation code with my headset and when i tried to get a new one it said that my product is already registered and when i tried opening up surround sound it told me that u needed a code so in a nutshell im stuck neither can i get a code nor can i open the surround sound application

 Hi, yesterday I received a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 headphones as a gift. When I try to install the software for 7.1 surround sound, I'm having trouble registering my product and getting my activation code. On the page where I'm supposed to do that, I see a message saying that my product has already been registered and that I should contact support, but I can't find a way to reach someone to resolve the issue. Please help.

I have thought of getting the THX Spatial Audio for a while and until a while ago, I was just fine without it. However, I bought the Barracuda headset recently and I like to have surround sound. While trying to purchase it, the billing page would only let me input billing information from Singapore. I don't live there, so I was confused and checked my billing address. I reset all of them just in case, but it won't change. I was wondering if this was a common problem and if anyone knows how to fix this?
