I’ve tried pretty hard to find a preowned (only opened, unused) Leviathan V2 Pro.The soundbar works like a charm upon plugging in. Ran a few sound tests, then installed Synapse 4. Synapse told me to restart the PC. I did that and the soundbar refuses to be turned on after that.I tried unplugging the soundbar and keeping it unpowered for several minutes, then plugged in again. It worked for a few seconds, then went dark again.After that, even the depowering trick isn’t working anymore. It just sits there. No response when I press or hold the power button.I’ve tested out the power supply unit with a multimeter and got a 18V+ reading, meaning the power brick is working fine. There has to be something wrong with the soundbar itself. Copilot says it may be the result of corrupted firmware, which should require Razer’s re-flashing tool. I tried starting a service ticket, but the website says Razer doesn’t cover this product anymore.Any idea

Ill get right into it. Not long ago from this post, I stumbled across an issue where I gotten no audio coming from my headset. It took me a moment to notice when I uncheck “enable audio enhancements” in windows settings that the audio returned. However, that disables razer synapse EQ settings. So now I am trying to figure out what happened to have gotten this glitch. What I can remember is this happen when synapse 4 update. So I uninstalled and reinstalled synapse to see if that would fix it which it did not. I then rolled back windows 11 updates to see if that triggered it. That didn't help either. I even updated the firmware on it to the latest one..that still didn't fix it. My theory is something in synapse 4’s recent update must have glitched something out. Though if anyone would know anything else regarding this matter I would love to hear it.

 I’m having a critical issue with my Razer laptop (Razer Pro, around 2019 model). Earlier today, I went into the Synapse app under the Performance tab and switched to dedicated GPU mode to increase GPU power. The laptop immediately restarted, but now the screen stays completely black on boot.Here’s what’s happening and what I’ve tried so far: The keyboard lights up, and I can hear the Windows startup chime and fans, so the system seems to boot normally. The display stays black, and I can’t see BIOS or the Razer logo. I’ve tried connecting to external monitors via HDMI and USB-C, closing the lid, and pressing Windows + P to switch display modes — no signal appears. I also tried the following reset steps: Full power drain (unplugging, holding power button for 30–60 seconds).

I placed an order about a week ago and the product arrived a few days ago (razer cobra pro) but I’ve yet to see any emails regarding redemption of the system override skin

Hi, The dongle for my headset has stopped working, I tried using the pairing utility and connecting the dongle to different ports, but still refused to work. I had the headset for over 3 years now. Is there a way to get a replacement dongle?

I entered the activation code for the 7.1 audio feature of my Razer BarracudaX headset that I bought 2 years ago, and since I formatted my computer, I re-downloaded the app. I want to use the 7.1 audio feature again, but when I log in to my account and install the app, it asks me for the activation code again. When I find the activation code I entered and re-enter it, it doesn't accept it, so I can't use the 7.1 audio feature. Can you help me?

Since the most recent firmware update on my wolverine, it will not connect to the dongle at all and when it does connect it only for a few minutes.i have only had this problem since the newest update, i had no trouble with disconnecting prior to this update, has anyone has had similar issues? If so how did you fix them, im currently having to use my controller permanently wired 

Hello again! So, this is the second one, exact same error. I have had this happen yet again identically since a month after I got it as replacement for my first one but haven't had the energy to reach out for help again.It's so weird, I can play for 4 hours, thrn it suddenly starts disconnecting and becoming extremely sensitive to the dlightest movement.I have never in my life taken this much care in cable management and have eliminated any and all "tugs/yanks"  on the cable. It's so obviously a product flaw as I haven't heard anyone NOT getting this. Latest example: "literally 5 minutes ago my friend sent a party invite, from that moment and until I had joined the party the controller disconnected _6_ TIMES. That's in a  <30 seconds time lapse. Twice I had to unplug/replug the cable or it would not Power On at all (power surge? poor shielding in the contact area?).It has literally ruined Coop Sessions, Boss fights, PvP Duels and m

Good Evening Everyone  I can’t set Eq or use synapse setting  When I plug the usb cable there’s 2 Audio outputs Speakers “Razer Audio Controller Game” Headset Earphone “ Razer Audio Controller Chat”  Thing is the sound runs perfectly loud and clear on headset earphone output device but I can’t use synapse settings like Eq and enhancements  Using the synapse There’s a Box Say “ Default Output Device”  : Set “Razer USB audio controller” as the default output device to configure its audio settings on Razer synapes  This button makes Speakers Razer Audio is the default output but I barely hear anything from it How can I use the headset output with synapse as default out device?  Thanks  

I just got myself the Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition, Leviathan V2 X, and Huntsman Elite to go with my Tartarus V2. All have been working on my Windows 11 setup, except the Huntsman Elite, as when I try to change the Chroma settings, they don’t get applied. While placing the ear buds into pairing mode no sound is made from the buds. These do not show up in the available Bluetooth when searching. While using the razor app they will connect but state there is a firmware update which will state that it can't download while the battery is under 75% but the app shows 100%

Hey everyone,I'm really frustrated with my Razer Kraken V4 headset. I'm experiencing constant static and the audio cuts in and out frequently, making them almost impossible to use. This happens both when I'm using the wireless dongle and when I'm plugged in with the USB cable, but it's significantly worse with the dongle.To make matters worse, I've also tested the headset on my laptop and I'm getting the same problem. This leads me to believe it's an issue with the headset itself, not my PC.Here's what I've already tried:Updated audio drivers: Made sure everything is up to date on my PC. Different USB ports: Tried all the USB ports on my PC. Eliminated interference: Moved away from other electronics, but no improvement. Checked for physical damage: Everything looks fine on the headset and cables. Razer Synapse settings:
