I have had my razer headset ( Razer Blackshark v2 pro) for around 2 years and a half and a couple months ago the bluetooth and mic just stopped working and no matter what I tried it wouldn't help. Something similar just happened recently to my mouse which I bought around 3 years ago - the cable dosnt work anymore, when I plug it in it just dosnt turn on anymore. I trusted Razer as I have been buying all my gaming stuff off them since 2017 and its really unfortunate I spent over 460NZD on these products and they just randomly stop working right when the warranty ends. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems?

My mouse isn’t moving but all the other buttons are working fine on it  but the cursor wont move  and Razer synapse doesn’t detect it aswell on a Razer death adder essential 2021

 Everytime I restart my PC the macro commands stay however, the keybinds on the right do not. I have to assigne the key binds every time i turn on my PC, it is so annoying! Razer can you fix your shit and save my keybinds please? I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times and deleted my user files to do with razer.  Any ideas on what else i can do or is it simply a bad software issue? My keyboard is Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL thanks   

will the devices be disconnected from razer id if I delete the razer id account? And will I be able to connect these devices to razer id again?

Hi, I’m trying to get support for my Razer mouse, the scroll wheel has stopped working, cleaned, updated firmware, tried different ports and PC’s to no avail. I was able to to enter my serial number and it’s covered under warranty, less than a year old.  Is there a way to contact support here? Thanks (:

Hello! The left ALT key stopped working. The problem had also appeared when I first bought the keyboard (about 2–3 years ago). I sent the keyboard to the store’s service department where I bought it, and they told me they didn’t find any issue, so they returned it to me. Since then, it had been working without any problems. Suddenly, a few days ago, it stopped working again, and after pressing it several times, it would start working again. But after 2–3 days, it completely stopped working. Could this be a software issue, or is the key itself physically broken? p.s. I’m using synapse 4 and I have tried to repair it.

So I brought Razer BlackShark V2 Pro wireless headphone 9 months ago and I was using carefully. But all of sudden left hinge broke off when I took of from my head. I tried to contact the amazon about warranty but they suggested reaching out to RAZER itself. Please get it replaced, fixed, or refunded. It’s unfair that I brought such expensive headset to see easily getting broken.I even couldn’t find email for razer customer service... 

Bought these Blackshark V2 pro (2023) headphones in May and they already broke. I imagine the warranty doesn't cover it but i'm hoping it does. Is it possible to order new hinges? Couldn't find any spareparts for the model. 

I've been trying to find the serial number on my razer blackshark v2 x to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature because i lost the original code, so where can i find the serial number on my headphones

Hello,I have received as a gift a Razer Obelisk mouse something like 5 years ago I think. From the very beggining I have encountered an issue with the device so I have never enjoyed it as well as I would like. The scroll wheel jumps randomly so I don’t have the control on what I see on the screen.I have read that also other people had encountered this issue and I have already tried with the air can and also blow with my mouth but it is not working (maybe a little better but not good anyway).I know it is not in warranty anymore but I would like to know if there is a way to solve this issue. I can send it to te repairing center as well but first I want to know how much I will have to pay for it.. If it’s expensive I will directly change the target and buy something else that works fine. Please let me know. Thanks and regards,Daniel

Good afternoon, I ordered a Razer Firefly V2 Pro on October 17th and it included the free promotional skin for battlefield 6. The order shows that the free skin will be delivered by email and it shows the delivery in progress. I was wondering if there were any issue on the time frame?

After about an hour of use running Unreal Engine 5 or nearly any game my power adapter gets REALLY hot. It reached almost 130 degrees and it was sitting by itself on a hardwood floor. Is this a normal temp range for Razer’s power adapters? 

I own a Razer Kraken V3 Hypersense.When I try to update the firmware, I get the error “Please reconnect your device and click retry.” Can you help me find a solution?Also, you can see my Synapse app in the image, but it looks like a tab related to 7.1 is missing. Can you tell me how to fix it or if it's normal?

My computer doesn’t recognize the Blackshard V2 Hyperspeed dongles. Since it doesn’t recognize them, I can’t perform a firmware update.

I upgraded from a Blackshark V2 to a Blackshark V2 pro, and have had a consistent issue. When I connect my headphones wirelessly or with a cord, my computer all but becomes non-functional.The audio driver seems to disconnect, and I no longer have any ability to change audio devices. The audio symbol in the system pane shows “X” and becomes nonselectable. In the sound settings window, no other connected device is listed and it appears as empty.The network driver does the same. Both wired and wireless internet disconnects and disappears off of the system tray and in the PC settings.I’ve spent several hours conducting every type of troubleshooting I could think of. I’ve updated my windows and drivers for all installed hardware as well as uninstalled and clean installed all softwares that are even loosely related to audio such as Dolby, Razer, realtek, etc.I am able to have the headphones produce audio if i connect them through bluetooth while avoiding any other software, but my microphone

 I am experiencing an issue with my Razer DeathAdder mouse on a new ASRock H610M motherboard running Windows 11. The problem is that the mouse does not start or initialize when the PC is powered on. It only starts working after I unplug and replug the USB cable.Here’s what I have already tried to troubleshoot the issue:    1.    Connected the mouse to the rear USB 2.0 port.    2.    Disabled Fast Boot in BIOS and enabled Legacy USB Support and XHCI Hand-off.    3.    Tried both the Razer driver (via Synapse) and the default Windows HID driver.    4.    Tested the mouse on another PC with Windows 11 — it works perfectly there.    5.    Connected a different USB mouse to the same PC — it works correctly on startup.Based on this, it seems the issue is specific to Razer DeathAdder and the H610M motherboard during cold boot.Could you please advise if there is a firmware update for the mouse or any known workaround to make it work immediately at PC startup?

I already talk with an agent and after a while he ask me to send an email about my case to razer@grupomultilaser.com.br but they answer my e-mal saying that my problem need to be solved by the international team!I purchase my stream controller from razer in amazon.com  and the quality of the product is so bad… after days of use some buttons are are cracking and peeling.! I need know who can help me in this case? I'm tired of being redirected and no one solving my problem.

The new black shark v2 hyperspeed wireless I bought was working normally for the past few days, but yesterday when I started to connect it to the computer, it showed an unrecognized USB device, whether I connected it directly to the computer or through a hub. But when I connect the headset directly with USB, it can be used. Only when the USB is connected to the adapter, it shows that it cannot be recognized. Please tell me how to solve it, thank you.

 Hi, I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but my box only had a QR code and no activation card. I cannot register the product or get the 7.1 Surround Sound code. it says its registered before.
