My Blade Stealth RZ09-0231 4k touchscreen has some sort of vertical lines appearing on the screen. They are more visible across white lines or white colored text and are messing up the clarity of small text. I am guessing it's should be the hardware (screen or cable) it starts immediately I boot up. I have done pixel tests (everything is perfect). I opened the back panel and disconnected the LCD cable from the motherboardand connected it back firmly...still no change. Anyone experienced this or any solutions?

I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder, but unfortunately, I have not received any email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.I have also visited the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service page (https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound) and entered my headset's serial number, but I still wasn’t able to obtain the activation code through the system.My headset model is Razer BlackShark V2 X (3.5mm version), and there was no scratch card included in the product packaging. I added a macro to one of my mouse buttons and when I restarted the PC suddenly Windows did not recognize my Viper 8k anymore. Even when I removed every driver and software with the tool, the Viper 8k remains corrupted. When I plug it into the USB slot, there is no device added sound, but the DPI Light flashes blue/white rapidly. When I press all 3 mouse buttons, the device added sound pops up, but the flashing DPI light turns off. RGB always off. I can’t reset the mouse to factory settings, it is not recognized as a mouse, it is not recognized in synapse, it is not recognized by the firmware updater software and Razer support refuses to hear about the problem because my warranty ran out.
About two weeks ago, the performance of my Razer Blade 15 (2022) rz09-0421 suddenly rapidly dropped and booting (from shutdown and hibernate) takes up to 4 minutes. In my Windows system logs, I can see that Windows Defender is timing out after 30 seconds during booting. Tried to reinstall Windows Security. Updated all bios/firmware/windows 11. Tested my SSDs. Noticed my CPUs were heating up unevenly so I cleaned heatsink and reapplied thermal paste and that solved overheating I had for years. I also had random blue screens for a few months and I think someone on this forum described that issue without a solution but the boot lag is new to my machine. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

It was working when I left the house but when I came back home it just suddenly does not work I have tried updating driver and it says its up to date. Anyone else has this issue?
Hello, I am trying to customize my Ornata v3 X keybaord in the chroma studio and I cannot select individual keys. Is this due to the model of the keybaord, or is it a setting that I need to turn off in order to ungroup the keys? Any information (or solutions if it is a bug) is appreciated

Hi, is there a way to get a replacement for the little dongle this keyboard comes with? it seems to be the only wireless adapter compatible with this keyboard, i lost the one that came with my keyboard and have been using it wired since i bought it last December, but I’m actually needing to use the keyboard wireless now. I try to pair the keyboard using my Razer Mouse Dock Pro but it doesn’t seem to find the keyboard while trying to pair it, and i also was able to get a Razer Hyperpolling Wireless Dongle on eBay from a seller (since the Razer Store had it always out of stock when i got it), but even though the dongle works correctly with my nephew’s Razer Viper V3 Pro and its documentation says it’s compatible with the kayboard, it’s not able to pair it. It pretty much seems like the keyboard exclusively works with the one it comes with.
I recently got my new keyboard and i wanna use the snaptap feature but when i open the Synapse the snap tap feature is not there. The solution i saw was to download the latest firmware which is what ik did but it still did not pop up so im kinda lost rn, can some 1 help
anytime I join a discord call or launch a game that uses voice chat, the audio quality takes a significant decrease in quality, also razer synapse wont recognize the headset connected via blue tooth so I cant change anything in there.
My battery is starting to die and am looking for a replacement.

I’ve been experiencing something odd in the New Microsoft Teams under Windows 11 (last version). Usually when I join a meeting with a lot of participants (not sure if that’s a factor), and someone shares their screen or I share mine, everyone's camera feed freezes, including mine. The only way to fix it is to restart the Teams client. And the only recent hardware change is that I'm now using a Kiyo Pro Ultra. Is anyone else experiencing the same or a similar issue lately?
I recently purchased the thunderbolt 4 dock chroma and it was working fine for about a month. I went to go turn on my laptop yesterday and it wasn't being charged any longer. I've tried different outlets and different cables but nothing seems to make a difference. It just will not turn on and it will not charge anything. I've submitted a support case as well, but wondering if anybody has any ideas or if I just got a lemon dock. Thanks!

Hi,Used my kishi V2 without issue for some time - but now all the buttons are being recognised but the D pad and joysticks are not being recognised in the nexus app or in games. If I disconnect and reconnect it works for a few seconds, but then after that only buttons work. In game it shows connected, like on Real racing and 1v1 lol but again, after a few seconds the analogue sticks and dpad just sre not recognised. When I press the nexus button it goes back to the nexus app, but again analogue and dpad not working.… Any suggestions? Many thanks
so i recently broke my usb dongle for my razor kraken v3 pro and as i was trying to buy a replacement, the website doesn’t have them.I don’t have proof of purchase because I bought them from best buy by trading in a pair i already had on my account. The account shows the pair i purchased as returned, but doesn't show my purchase of these headphones as their replacement. I really need the bluetooth feature on my headphones and can't afford to buy another pair right now. What can I do?

Hello. I recently purchased a Razer Kraken V3 with Model # RZ04-0375. There was also a number with R-R-RAZ-RZ04-0375 but says invalid.
I just bought a new Razer Blackshark v2x on Amazon, but I cannot register it. The website tells me it was already registered, but it is brand new. The support chat is totally unresponsive too. How can I register this headset so I can activate surround 7.1?
