Hi everyone,I’m trying to set up dynamic Razer Chroma lighting profiles that change automatically based on the game I launch, but I’m having trouble getting it to trigger consistently across titles. Has anyone found a reliable way to link Chroma profiles with specific games using Synapse or third-party tools? Hey, i got my Blackwidow v4 75% about 2.5 years ago. I recently stepped on my wristrest on accident. Is there any way to just order the wrist rest? Or am I forced to buy a new keyboard for 200€?  Perhaps there is someone in the community willing to sell me theirs/knowing a reseller. Thanks in advance.

Hi,First, I want to say that Razer Nexus is the best launcher I’ve found on the Google Play Store. It really makes the Razer Kishi feel like I’m holding a Nintendo Switch, which is awesome.However, there’s one big issue: the “Owned Games” layout. The 1:1 square ratio doesn’t look good in handheld mode. When using the Kishi, the experience feels like a console, but the layout breaks that illusion.Why not use a 2:3 aspect ratio like Steam and other platforms? It would look much more like a real game library and feel more premium.Also, it would be amazing if we could: Customize game covers Upload our own cover art Remove games we don’t want displayed Customization would make the app feel much more personal and console-like.I really love the app, but improving the layout would make it perfect.Thank you! 

I would like to ask for a warranty with my razer viper v3 pro. Which I cannot use with a wireless receiver and only works using a type c cable.

So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below. Hi there,The Bluetooth functionality of my ProClick mouse stopped working for no reason.When I move the bottom switch to Bluetooth mode, the LED starts blinking in pairing mode (on, on, pause) but the mouse cannot be detected by any Bluetooth receiver (neither on Windows nor on Linux) The behavior is the same on all three Bluetooth channels (blue, green ,yellow)Mouse works fine in 2.4 GHz (with dongle) and wired mode.Firmware is on version v1.02.00_r1The purchase date was in 2020 so I fear that it is out of warranty. Still it’s pretty disappointing that such an expensive mouse suffers from such a malfunction.Any chance to resurrect Bluetooth functionality? Any tips are welcome.

I can no longer pair my pro-click-mini with my laptop/pc.I tried many laptop’s and pc’s, all work fine with other bluetooth devices, they all fail to see the pro-click-mini.Currently I have to use the usb dongle to use the pro-click-mini, but I need that usb-a slot for other devicesAnybody know how to get the bluetooth working again?Is there a trick to reset the pro-click-mini….For anybody who points to the faq and the manual, or the firmware upgrade ..been there done that, it’s still not working.

Razer Pro click refuses to go into pairing mode / cannot be detected by any devices to perform a pair.Currently:It is impossible to pair it with another new device or previously used device.There is no option hard reset the mouse.Firmware has been updated and is up to date as of today.Flashing previous firmware does not fix the issue or reset the mouse.One of my laptops can connect to the mouse, the behavior is really strange.Upon turning on the mouse - it does not connect.After holding the pairing/switch button for 3 seconds, it connects to the laptop instead of going into pairing mode.Moreover, this happens on all three BT slots, meaning that regardless of which BT slot (blue, green, yellow) I try to enable pairing on, the mouse get connected to the laptop on that slot.This is cursed  behaviour, especially from a premium product from a premium brand,  that has been on the market for over

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

I have a Razer Goliathus Chroma, and I would like to know the best way to clean grime and build up over time where the mouse is located on the mousepad surface. I currently have inverted the mouse mat, so the top is at the bottom lower right vs normal of top on upper left. I've tried normal alcohol wipes like for cleaning keyboard but no success on the mousepad. What do you recommend other than purchasing a new mousemat?

I am considering purchasing the Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-profile keyboard, but I noticed that this model does not seem to have dedicated indicators for Caps Lock and Num Lock (the full-size version should include this feature). Could you please confirm if there are alternative ways (such as lighting effects or Synapse software notifications) to display the status of these functions?As this feature is important for daily use, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide guidance or solutions. Hello, I lost the dongle and jack cable of my razer barracuda x headset, how can I get it from you?

I am considering a Wolverine V3 Pro exclusively for use on my PC. Tried it out at the store and am a big fan of the button layout and their feel. Currently have an Elite Series 2 and while it's really good, the face buttons are mushier than I prefer and the trigger stops are blegh. It has some problems with registering inputs too and I don't wanna get another fussy controller. 

Recently purchcased a Kaira Hyperspeed headset, I found out the dongle doesnt work when the switch is on wireless mode (the pc doesnt even detect it when inserted in the USB port), but works fine on XBOX mode. I doubt the wireless setting is somehow broken because it works fine when connected to my phone. Could it somehow be that the XBOX app I have installed is somehow interfering with wireless mode? Im pretty sure most of my drivers are up to date.This is really annoying me because the audio output works fine, but I cant use the audio slider nor use the microphone.

Does anyone have success in upgrade blade 18 2023 model from Wi-Fi 6E to Wi-Fi 7. Please share supported bios version to make it work.

Hi all!  My new Wolverine PC Tourney controller keeps randomly programming 2 rear buttons to random buttons. Always at the worst time. I tried updating firmware, removing HALO as my game, saving profiles, deleting profiles, and it keeps happening. Is this thing cooked? My PC has two USB 3.0 5GB ports,  two Usb4 10GB ports as well as 4 standard usb ports . I have tried other ports and the same thing happens.   Tried to share some specs below,  any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Heya GuysI've got a big of a strange issues with my Huntsman V3 Pro where the full stop is no longer working!When i go into synapse 4 i can see when i press the key that the actuation is being detected yet i get no output, I've checked my keyboard layout settings and they are correct, i didn't know if anyone had any ideas on how to resolve this!

I turned on my PC and when trying to use the top numerical buttons above the letter keys, I noticed none of the buttons worked. The keypad numerical buttons work but the top keys don't. Is this something in the Razer Synapse profile or does anyone know a fix for this issue? 

Recently my Viper V2 Pro crapped out on me and was still within Warranty. I reached out to razor for a replacement, went through an entire conversation with a representative who approved my RMA and replacement and gave me a shipping label to send off.The day BEFORE my mouse arrived to them the support ticket has been “Denied” and my RMA has been stuck on “In progress” for over 5 days?? 

Where can I buy the Razer THS Case for Hammerhead True Wireless Pro? I can't find a way to buy it from the website. 

I am just wondering whether there will ever be a practical deathadder again.The new deathadder models are cool and all but i would much rather have a 2.4GHz connector slot in the mouse and additional bluetooth connection (like the cobra pro) and with good battery life than things like 8k polling rate.So my question is...will there ever again be new deathadder models that offer such functionality?

So i buy razor viper 8khz a few years back not have any problem until now when it suddenly disconnect from the PC.The light is normal but PC not detect it while other random mouse is working and when i plug razor viper 8khz in laptop it is working normal again ? So what is the problem here
