Tried every solution on the internet but my device didnt show up in Razer Synapse 4. Appreciate for the helps

Hey,tried everything:reinstalled synapse updated firmware to 2.2.0.0 used RazerUSBHyperspeedDongleUtility_v1.00.16_r1 removed every device from device manager that was named Deathadder and HID-compliant  restarted the pc, the mouse tried different usb portsThe mouse worked yesterday fine, and my blackshark v2 works fine too. Generally don’t know what other troubleshooting steps to take - any suggestions?

Hello,The wireless dongle for my Razer V2 pro won’t detect on any device. I’ve tried several devices and different usb ports I think it’s dead. My mouse works perfectly if I connect it via usb and cable. Where can I purchase a replacement dongle. 

All the keys are repeating sporadically when I type. Sometimes it has no response when depressed, such as the arrow keys or punctuation keys. I have to spend a lot of time checkingg the spelling and missing letters.If there is any typo here it is because I gogt fed uup on correction.

Hi everyone,After about 4 years of loyal service, my Razer mouse is finally starting to show some battle scars. I am using the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound software with my headset on Windows 11. However, I am experiencing a persistent issue where background recording applications like NVIDIA ShadowPlay and Medal.tv fail to capture desktop/game audio.When the playback device is set to "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)" as required by the software, recording software captures my microphone audio, but desktop/game sound is completely silent in clips.

I’m sick and tired of this damn controller constantly disconnecting. I got new USB C cables and even trying to play wirelessly, it just keeps like, disconnecting and reconnecting mid game. My camera in game wanders off and I can’t do anything about it. Usually, I play ranked multiplayer games and it completely ruins it for me. I’ve looked up this issue and there’s countless amounts of posts regarding this, so does anyone have another alternative? I love using the paddles but it’s just too frustrating at this point. 

This conversation is in relation to the memory leak I have been experiencing on my Strix G16 laptop. For over 2 weeks I have been going crazy, trying EVERY solution mentioned out there:Some of the solutions I have already tried were:Disabling all audio enhancements (e.g. Razer 7.1 Surround Sound) Disabling all sound effects/ e.g. Spatial Sound etc. Uninstalling/ Installing Windows drivers ALL the updates you can imagine…. Cancelling the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process directly from the task manager.… and couple of others I cant remember. I have been watching countless videos on YouTube and relentlessly reading all the Forums for an answer. My problem has never been the spike in CPU usage, but simply a memory leak. The Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation would start at 1GB and slowly (but surely) creep up to 8 - 9GB. Hello, last time i encountered that issue i created a new account which let me start the software, good enough for me, i recreated my macros, job done .This time, no luck with the same method, i do not care about anything online, all i would like is to be able to access the configuration page for my tartarus, why it needs to be connected to the internet for that is something i just cannot grasp, anyway …i already uninstalled and reinstalled, opened my firewall (never needed to do that), all those operations didn’t help.All of this is happening on an Intel mac running Ventura 13.7.8thx in advance

This isn’t a criticism of your brand or work, but rather the generic shape all controllers have. It’s poorly designed, at least for my smallish hands. I have paddles on the back, so the only way to hold the razer and have as many fingers on buttons as possible without removing the thumbs from the sticks is such that there’s literally only an very, very narrow range of holding that just barely (doesn’t really) works. My pinky is too short to comfortably reach the lower paddles. The general shape of the controller is vague, is it to be held this way or the way most grab it, though most also remove their thumbs from the sticks to hit A, B, X and Y?  I absolutely hate how gaming hasn’t innovated controllers beyond some refinements and paddles, the fact that KnM (keyboard & mouse) is used at all is ridiculous. My question is mostly aimed at users who have experience with the Naga Pro, Naga V2 Pro, and the V3.The 12 button side panel on my V3 is mushy compared to the clickier feeling of the previous versions. The V3 pros side buttons (especially the bottom two rows) feel like they barely make that same loud click noise when pressed. They feel like they’re also much looser than previous models as well. Is this just my mouse and I got unlucky, or are others having this same experience? 

I’m on my second pair of this headset. Primary use is Xbox series x with some pc use. At the store both sets worked fine when I tried them. Get home, set them up on my Xbox, razer app, synapse on pc, updates, and upon initial power on, sound is super tinny, far away, and awful UNTIL I tap the EQ button then I gain full sound back. This happens EVERY power on. Razer support couldn’t help, the demos at the store didn’t experience this either. The issue is very clearly software related. The only thing Razer support wanted to worry about was pc. I bought them as they are the only Xbox compatible set Razer makes that’s wireless. For $250 this issue is unacceptable and it should load full volume on power on without me needing to do a single thing. I’ve done 4 factory resets and that doesn’t fix it either. It’s clear this headset isn’t ready for market.  otherwise the headset is comfy and sounds good. Battery life is great. But cannot recommend these whatsoever at this time. 

Hi all Just bought a Razer Kishi V3 Pro XL, and have found that the passthrough charging does not work at all. Looked it up, found hundreds of people mentioning the same issue across many models of Razer mobile controllers. I can disconnect the controller from the tablet, plug the USB cable into the controller, and then plug the tablet back into the controller and it will work. But this is NOT passthrough charging and not a practical solution. Also, as soon as you disconnect the cable you’d have to repeat the process every time. I’ve tried various cables and chargers of various power, I’ve downloaded the Razer Kishi app today and that does nothing to fix it. The passthrough charging was one of the key features I wanted in my upgrade over a controller from another brand. So it’s very important to me. It’s a listed feature, it should work. I’m about to send this back for a refund but thought I’d post here first before I do. Not sure there is a solution because so many people are reportin
