Hi, I have a razer blade 15, 2018 advance laptop. Last week, i purchased the GaN adapter, however, it is not working.I have checked about the specification about my laptop,  and it says my laptop supporing the usb-c charging. Does my laptop support it or my usb-c port is not working ?

I am trying to install Synapse 3 but Virustotal is identifying the W32.Strab.gen_260344 worm in the install file, version 1.13.1.4333. Is this a false positive?

I just bought the Huntsman V2 and installed Synapse and Chroma Studio, but my problem is (even after serveral restarts), that it shows me the wrong keyboard layout. And cause of this 3 key lights are off.Where can I change it?My keyboard vs the layout in Chroma Studio. 

It pains me to have to write this, but after owning my Razer Orochi V2 for around a year and a half, my mouse has decided to stop working all of a sudden. The right click no longer functions and when attempting to turn the mouse on and off of either 2.4 or BT mode, it will get confused and either start right clicking with the left mouse button, not clicking at all, or left clicking but refusing to select certain windows. On top of this it will often cause any other mice I have connected to also lose the ability select windows unless I turn the Orochi off.There were no warning signs, it was fine one day and broken the next. Its extra painful for me as the last Razer mouse I bought was a Naga Epic MMO mouse back when I was a teenager, that I absolutely adored, right up until it up and died just outside of warranty. Hi!  So.. Is it possible to change multiple profiles at once? I have a profile on my mouse with a bunch of macros on it and so I’d like to press a button to change to it, and change my chroma profile at the same time.Basically when I have my macro profile on, i want my whole setup to be red, but when my default profile is on, I want it to be green.

I am unable to update my firmware from 1.00.04 to 1.01.00. The mouse is connected via bluetooth, I’ve tried both with and without the dongle, I have removed and reinstalled the device many times. I have closed all razer apps whilst doing it. The button only highlights when I press “Open Bluetooth & other devices” then I press “Next” and nothing and it fades an de-activates the button again. Help, please?

Where are the detailed settings for me to adjust the balance for bass and treble, and other stuff? It’s not eligible for these 7.1 drivers and Windows customer service went through my computer and says there’s none built in for this headset… and that it should be at the Razor company… so here I am! I have my blackwidow chroma V2 working 2-3 days ago. suddenly when i came from work and use my unit, keys are not working but when i press those keys lights are coming exactly for each keys but only lights ,  but it is not responding on computer. i tried reinstalling fully the synapse but still same issue

I recently purchased the strider chroma and the basilisk v3, i cleaned the strider chroma to avoid measure, but when i put the mouse heared like static shock, can this damaged the mouse in the future? Or am i too paranoid?

Recently I removed the ear cushions from the Razer Blackshark v2. I followed the instructions from the video that Razer provides. And so just like it said on the video I peeled off the ear cushions. However after removing the ear cushions I can’t seem to find a way to put the ear cushions back and I’m not sure if it’s even possible. Can anyone help?  Thank you.

Hello, I have a razer viper ultimate I have been using it with a cable for the past months (My dongle broke because a friend head butted my laptop).I wanted to know if I can buy a used dongle of another razer viper ultimate (on ebay) and using the dongle configuration software of razer I can link them together.(Sorry if my english is not good, it isnt my main lenguage)

 So I know there's a pretty slim chance of anyone knowing what to do here but here it is. My cat knocked over an avocado plant in a bottle of water into the top of my PC case. This happened sometime in the night and unfortunately it didn't make enough noise to wake anyone up so the computer ran until it died and I found it this morning to power it off entirely. Water got into EVERYTHING. My question is, is there any way to replace the case lighting and front USB panel on this case? Or am I sol and need to buy a new case? Sorry if I put this in the wrong area and I have no idea what tags to use 

HelloMy razer hammerhead wireless x are not producing sound when I connect them in my phone. They are connected and I can see the battery icon. They work fine with my tablet but with my phone no.  Do you guys know what is the problem?
