I have the cards and purchase receipts here on my phone  

My Blade 14 is a few days shy of 12 months old. Most expensive laptop I've ever owned. It's never left my room and is in perfect condition.I hadn't used it for 2 days, went to turn it on and... nothing. The charger is working (already had a faulty charger replacement) and I've tried all the troubleshooting steps (holding power button, charger plugged in and out) and nothing happens. The LED doesn't blink or light up at all. Completely dead.I've seen others suggest disconnecting the battery or the CMOS battery but I don't think I can do either without voiding the warranty, and I assume if it was stuck in a sleep state the LED would still work.It's my only computer and I rely on it for everything so was hoping to avoid a lengthy RMA process given replacing the charger took over a month (I live in Australia).Any ideas of anything else I can try?

Hey guys I’m selling my razer laptop and mouse on eBay, my question is will the buyer be able to register it even though I already have them registered on my account? Or is there a way to unregister them? thanks in advance!

the day before is fine , when I deal with it today , the “L" key dont work , then I try to clean it up . However , the “K” key also dont work now , I have tried to get the Demo Mode that razer said , I press on both buttons , it have lights respon 

I need a new headset and I just want to know which razer headsets are compatible with razer synapse.unfortunately there is no search filter for it.Thanks

I am unable to use the key L when i use AWSD and shift on Fifa.Any fixes?It was fine before but now it isnt.I can't even return it to the shop i got it from saying i was the one to destroy it(i didnt).

I’m having major issues with my return. I sent in a return package a month ago and have not herd any response on my return process. The only thing I ever got was the tracking number for my package. All it said is that it  has arrived the day it said it would. Nothing else! I also never got a RMA number so there was no way for me to put in a RMA number for the status check. So I am at a loss on what to do because I’ve been trying to find a way to contact them by email or phone. Every way I try it just sends me to the RMA status page. As of right now I’m out $500, if I can’t get my money back. I’d like to have the Products I purchased back. Anybody have any help full tips with this.

My Razer Silver got drained in my account. I now have 200 Razer Silver because they have like a bonus when you log in on or before August 31. In my top up section, My Razer Silver are all still there but in my actual account I only have 200 (that I got from the bonus for logging in).What happened and where did my all my Razer Silver go?

Hello,I just bought the Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition. I got that with some glass skates and with some PTFE skates. And there is already PTFE skates on the mouse. Now to the question. Why do i can put some glass skates on the mouse? Why should i do that? Do i have some benefits? Is that better than PTFE skates?

I broke my Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse dongle. I use this mouse for gaming (mainly Valorant), I have tried using Bluetooth mode and it works decently. The problem is that when I try to flick, it hardly registers at all, which is a problem because the game involves a lot of flicking. I did some research and found out that it was because the polling rate was too low. Bluetooth mode automatically configures your polling rate I couldn’t change it. All replacement Hyperspeed dongles are out of stock and also don’t deliver to my country (New Zealand). Is there any way to change the polling rate on my mouse in Bluetooth mode?

My synapse can’t detect razer deathstalker v2 pro using 2.4ghz connection, but it can detect my keyboard using wired connection. is this normal? How can I fix it?

So I bought a razer v2 x headset the day I got my xbxo series x and the headset plug doesn’t fit into the controller jack all I get is static when I try to plug it in I had the same headset for my xbox 1 but it broke because of a flood but it worked perfectly I’m just confused on what I should do

I got the razor ornata v2 for my birthday but just 2 months later it just randomly stopped working it won’t light up or even show up as a device on my computer I have tried many things but couldn’t find a solution.

Is it possible to change the colour of my mousepad without having to have razer apps open at all times? Like with Logitech G Hub having On-Board memory so you can change the colours and sensitiviy for the mouse universally, with g hub installed or not.

I just purchased a Razer mouse and found I needed a Razer keyboard to bind mouse function to keyboard keys. So now I have both and I’m trying to not only use the mouse sensitivity clutch bound to a keyboard key, but also want the keyboard key to also function.I’d like to setup the ctr key to do ctr and the mouse clutch. When using inter-device mapping, I lose the ctr key function. I tried using a macro, but I can’t get a macro to work with the clutch. I’ve opened a support ticket, but after days they just want a video of the ctr not working. The form emails read like no person has actually looked at the ticket. Any help on how to setup a keyboard key to addition trigger the mouse sensitivity clutch would be appreciated. 

Hello!  First post here, sorry if it’s in the wrong place or format.  I have a set of the Anzu smartglasses, but have scratched my lenses after a drop on concrete.  Everything’s fine, just an annoying scratch in the middle.  I’ve put the clear lenses in temporarily, but wondering if there’s a way to order another set of the “sunglass” tinted lenses?  I’m not seeing them in the replacement parts section of the website.  I understand this product is out of warranty, but just hoping there’s still a set on the shelf somewhere.  Thanks for any help you all can provide!

Hi,suddenly my Huntsman Elite keyboard stopped being recognized by synapse.I reinstalled synapse (unistalled by revo unistaller to be sure everything is gone).In device manager I can see Huntsman Elite keyboard properly installed (under Keyboards and Mouse and other pointing devices). Tried every usb ports (on the back of mbo) with both cables pluged in.Keyboard is working properly, just can not edit anything in synapse (because keyboard is gone). I have win11 v22H2, Synapse v20230712 (also installed Studio and Connect)…. Anybody have idea why its gone in synapse?

I need to register my replacement mouse but how do I prove a purchase if it’s a replacement that Razer sent me?

Hello Razer Community,I have a Huntsman Mini (linear switches) and I recently noticed an issue on my left alt key where is does NOT light green at all. All the other keys on the keyboard function fine, so it’s only this one key. Unfortunately my warranty ran out so I cannot RMA my keyboard for a new one. Is there anything I can do to remedy this issue or do I have to buy a new keyboard.Thanks for all the help!
