My dad has went out recently and i was trying to find one to replace or even better, and everything i need, but it boots into bios so i can’t use a ssd copier when i get a new one since my other laptop is only a hp stream, any one know something that i could do, thanks 

All my drivers are updated, including the most recent update for the headset. What's weird is that when I turn the volume up, the sound will even out again until I mute my mic again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yesterday my Razer devices updated and my Basilisk Hyperspeed X is not working properly now. I cannot click and drag correctly. When I try to click and drag to scroll, it doesn’t follow the mouse and only scrolls a tiny bit. I tried using a regular mouse and it works just fine, but my Razer mouse isn’t working properly on any device I plug it into. The update occurred after booting up from a shut down and I tried restarting my laptop again to fix it but it didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

So the headset itself is working. the usb soundcard might be dead tho. I spilled some coke on the usb soundcard (like the usb part, not the soundcard mini box thingy idk what its called)

it says unable to install and I tried it a few times but it didn't work. does anyone have. the solution to get away from this?

So i just got this keyboard and every time i turn on my PC and come to the login screen WASD does not give input (like it’s in analog mode) Using the Ctrl Fn Esc command does nothing. This makes it impossible to use the keyboard to logon.  As soon as i’m logged in i’m able to use it as normal.

I bought Cobra pro with the dock pro bundle. I received few days ago and found that the cobra pro isn't charging with the dock pro.Sent the case to the Razer and received answer from Razer that Razer Mouse dock pro only can charge Basilisk v3 pro. Did anyone knew that? Or is there a way to charge the cobra pro? If it true that Razer Mouse dock pro only can charge Basilisk v3 pro, why did they mentioned Cobra Pro is one of compatible mouse?

I got this laptop when it was on windows 11 and i used my USB to install windows 10 and i did delete all the data in  both SSD. After that i keep receive error 0xc00000e every time i turn my laptop on. Is there any way to fix this. Im quite sure the bluetooth function was working fine before i install windows 10

Hi, i have used this headphone for years and the ear pads drops off itself day by day. I decided to change both of my ear pad but it seems different when i take it off. While taking it out, i realise the ear pads is glued on the surface hence unable to replace it. Please assist and advice me on this thank you. 

So what'll happen is that any time I type on it, there is no input whatsoever on the computer, but razer detects when it's unplugged and plugged in, and the lights stay on, I've tried other ports and wires and it still doesn't work. Its just frustrating because I've had this keyboard for less than a month

I have lost my 7.1 activation code, so I’ve tried to contact support for several days, and have also used the automated activation code service (gives you a code to use to activate the 7.1 surround sound) and still have not received any codes. Can anyone help?

Trying to see if anyone has had issues updating OS version past 9. Tried to get to settings to make it look for and update but it says 9 is the most current version.

my razer basilisk ultimate wireless stopped working, the doungle is connected to the laptop by usb directly, I turned it off and on several time but same issue, I tried to repair the mouse with doungle by using (RazerMousePairingUtility_v1.00.03_r1), it says pairing successful, but when I unplug the USB cable from the mouse it not working, when I connect the USB cable between the laptop and mouse it works fine, I’m removed synapse and downloaded from razer wbsite synapse version 3.8.930.91517 but still same issue,  can any one help.   

I turned this mouse off overnight and when I came back and turned it on, it just stopped working completely. It doesn’t work on Bluetooth or 2.4 either. I’ve searched up ways to fix this but none of them work. I tried switching the drivers, I redownloaded my software, the synapse app, I tried replacing the battery, and etc. My computer can’t detect it, and razer synapse can’t detect it either. I’ve had this mouse for about 1 year and a half, and it’s never stopped working like this. Are there any fixes to this? 

so randomly my razer viper v2 pro dongle stopped working i cant stay connected for more than 5 mins ive downloaded the latest software and it still wont work plz help

Hello,I'm having a hard time finding pudding key caps for my Razer X Chroma keyboard I was wondering if I could get some help on finding good quality pudding key caps for this keyboard as I would like to have more RGB shine through the keyboard. I’m looking to replace all my keycaps with pudding key caps if that is possible.I made the mistake of purchasing Tecware pudding key caps that didn't fit onto my board as the switches couldn't fit in the mold of the keycaps for Tecware caps as they were designed for MX-style switches.
