Hi Razr Support!I’m reaching out because my Razr Iskur chair has developed an issue, and I wanted to check if it’s possible to purchase replacement parts.Based on the assembly diagram, it looks like the seat base has suffered from broken welds. From what I can tell, the components involved are labeled H and J in the assembly diagram. I’ve had the chair for a few years, and while I know it’s out of warranty, everything else on it is still in great shape! It’s been an excellent chair overall, and I’d really like to keep using it if possible.Thanks in advance for your help!botfk

Whenever I set a different time for wireless power saving, it resets itself to 2 minutes. I can't use any other time for this option. Also, even if I set my mouse to 8000Hz, it won't go above 2000Hz, it doesn't matter whether Synapse is open or closed. I tried it on a different PC and still had the same issue. I had another mouse that could reach 8K. My Viper arrived yesterday.

i recently received the blackshark v2x model I bought from the n11 internet store, but when I put the headset on, I noticed that the sound was very, very low, then I tried to register my product from the 7.1 surround sound application, they said gi, I tried to register my product from razer id, they said this product is already registered, please help, I can't use the headset

Hi I was trying to add my phone number as part of 2fa and also activate google authenticator yesterday on my phone but when i wanted to add my phone number, my account got locked and the message read ‘’ your account has been locked , please visit support customer service for more info’’. I did reach out to razer support via ticket while live chat was not available for the whole day but i did not receive ​any response from the support team yet.Is there any possibility to notify the support team or check out and unlock my account so i could add my phone number and be on my way please? Thank you​​​​​Razer ID : KaZe69jxTicket ID : 250719-002067

So, my Barracuda x 2022 headset isn`t turning on when the mic button is pressed and when it is not pressed, the headset tuns, connects to any device but there is no audio at all. Can anyone give me some help?EDIT: I checked and the mic is working, but i cant hear anything  

I have unfortunately lost the wireless dongle and usb adapter for my Razer Barracuda X Chroma. Is there a replacement dongle available or is the headset only compatible with the dongle it arrived with?

I have a Razer Atheris mouse (on Windows 10) that needs an update. I try to use this guide https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3711/~/razer-atheris-%7C-rz01-02170-support-%26-faqs but at step 9 I get stuck. There is no DfuMadison in the bluetooth settings. I found multiple people with the same issue but no answer.My mouse is stuttering like hell so I would like to be able to test the update before buying a new one. 

I need urgent help….  I need to invest in the game today. I play for rankings and I buy it every day. It is in my account history…….but it is not working today, can you help me urgently?

I purchased a Viper Ultimate but didn’t use it much, like just unbox and leave it there as my mouse collection After like 3 months, I tested it, it worked but right after 3-4 times I unplug and plug in again, very softly, the dongle was stop working, and I dont know why, I spent like 2 month to adjust the software, but it now work. I used flashlight to see inside the dongle then realized that the dongle seems like break inside, I have no idea about the quality why it so easy to break just right after 3-4 timesI wonder is there any free replacement for the mouse or how I can contact with Razer Support more about this one

Hey, I might be a dummy but I’ve just put my hands on brand new (for me) headset - Barracuda X (2022) and I have and issue with audio soft.  First of all synapse can’t see the headset, no matter if I’m using dongle or the jack cableSecond of all, shouldn’t I have access to THX Spatial Audio thingy to mix up the audio? Because ngl audio feel off (I’ve got the 7.1 sound thing after registering product bt that’s a different thing)And there’s the 3rd - audio equalizer. Do I need to use something not-Razer-related in that case or..? Because if I’ll use jack cable and connect it to sound card I had from different headset from past everything is alright but… I’ve paid for the wireless aspect, right? I have awful history with headphone cables and mine are getting damages really fast for so reason, like I’m cursed ;-; Sorry if answers to these are obvious or something, I feel overhelmed.Thanks in advance! :)

I have had the headset for about 2 and a half years and until yesterday it has been working perfectly. Now whenever the headset tries to play sound it disconnects immediately and after it stops trying to play sound it attempts to reconnect.I tried the firmware updater, dongle recovery tool and pairing tool but they all did not helpI tried it without synapse, with a fresh install of synapse made sure all my drivers were up to date Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I have had to re-install windows (11)  on my Razer Blade Pro 17 (2019 model, RZ09-0287x) due to a failed/botched Windows Insider update.Everything is now more-or-less working, but I am still missing drivers for a ‘Base System Device’, which is:    Intel Corporation - JHL7540 Thunderbolt 3 NHI [Titan Ridge 2C 2018]    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15E8&SUBSYS_30001A58&REV_06I have installed all the drivers from the Razer support download page for my razer model, including the Intel chipset drivers, but the driver for this device is still missing. Similar reports for this missing driver for other Razer laptop models seem to indicate that this driver should be available from Razer (and in the intel chipset drivers), but this does not seem to be the case for my Razer laptop. I have also searched the internet and cannot find a driver for this device (just one for a similar card but for a HP laptop).Does anyone know why this driver is not included in the Razer driver downloads, and where I ca

Hello, My Barracuda Pro suddenly stopped working today and I was wondering if this has anything to do with the recent software update or I just have a bad one.software updated on Sunday 19 nov. and was working after - no probs yesterday also was okay. mostly used for a few hours - zoom conference, listening to music and playing games on iPhone. didn’t have any problems until this morning, 21 Nov, I turned it on and there was no audio. no voice prompt saying it’s powered on. it connected to bluetooth but has no audio. restarted a few times but still didn’t work after approx 3 hours i tried using it again and audio was back but then a few seconds after, it started having staticky noise until it goes completely silent whenever I turn it on or off there’s this subtle hint that something was turned off, like a faint beep or something went to Razer’s troubleshooting guide and followed all the troubleshooting steps including firmware update - which by the way was weird because I thought I alr

Dear Razer Support Team,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, which includes the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. I successfully registered my product using the serial number and received the activation code via email, which I then activated through Razer Synapse on my current Windows PC.My question is regarding the transferability of this unique 7.1 Surround Sound activation code/license. If I format my current PC, install a new version of Windows, or switch to a different computer, will I be able to reactivate and use the 7.1 Surround Sound feature on the new system?Could you please clarify the process for transferring or reactivating this license under such circumstances? Is the license tied to my Razer ID, or is it linked to a specific hardware configuration?Thank you for your time and assistance.

I’m currently in Ontario, Canada. The battery (model number: RC30-0370) in my Razer Blade 14 (2021) is swollen. I checked the support website, but it asks me to send the laptop back to the factory, which I’d prefer not to do. Is there any way I can order the replacement battery to be shipped directly to me? I’m comfortable replacing it myself. Thank you!

Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall  help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?  

Hello,I recently purchased a second-hand Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. It works perfectly, but unfortunately, the previous owner did not provide the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, and I do not have the original box.I checked the headset carefully, but I couldn’t find the serial number anywhere on the cable or the device.Would it be possible to receive a new activation code, or is there another way to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature?
