Hi I buy black shark v2 x from my friend with paper and box but serial number is already registered i hope find me solution 

I am using this mouse for about 2 weeks, and thumb grid rgb isn’t working. Buttons on thumb grid panel is working but rgb doesn’t want to light up.1. Installed razer synapse 4 2. updated everything​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3. tried with disabling dynamic lighting ​​​​​​​​​​​​4.no other programs for rgb installed ​​​​​​​5.rgb  doesn’t working after using it for few days.6.i cleaned mouse. 

Why does Razer keep asking me to log back in?It can happen multiple times a day.I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse and Cortex.I’ve tried changing my password.Nothing works!It has become a major inconvenience and irritation at this point.Any suggestions?Thanks.

 Razer Deathadder V3 Pro. The mouse is working when I plug the cable, but I can’t make it work wireless with the dongle.In fact, the dongle isn’t even detected by my computer (can’t see it on my devices manager). I tried to make it work on another computer, but it doesn’t work either.

Hello, As the title says, my multimedia buttons have stopped working/responding. The dial works, however instead of it controlling the volume it is set to scroll. I have already checked and redid the bindings for it, but it doesn’t correspond to the setting. It also still does not work when Synapse is closed. I have deleted the keyboard from device manager, reinstalled the firmware, and deleted and reinstalled Synapse 4.  Interestingly, the keyboard works as intended when connected to my laptop, which makes me think this is some sort driver/firmware issue. 

A few days after I bought a Razer barracuda x 2022, I decided to check them by serial number, but it didn't work. I tried to register the product, and I succeeded. Can this somehow affect the warranty. I don't know what to do next, should I return the product to the store or continue using it? 

I wanted to know what I could do because I lost the 2.4 USB connector.I can't find it anymore.

Please help me sirs,The dongle of viper v2 pro has been broken, so currently I have 2 option.Buy a new Viper V2 pro dongle  Buy a second-hand dongle with a history of connecting to another mouseI would like to know if I can connect my mouse with above both options and if it is possible, how can I set it.Thank you for your kind response in advance.

Hello I recently bought the Barracuda. It works perfectly fine and im very happy with it. Unfortunately it does not at all pop up in my Synapse App. I´ve alreay tried restarting my PC and repaired the App which was suggested by the internet. But still the problem persits. I have it connected via USB port thingy that comes with it. Unfortunately the USB-C port on my PC doesnt work anymore so I have to plug in the normal USB port adapter that comes with it and then insert the USB C dongle into that. Might that be the problem ?Open for suggestions.Thanks in advance

Hello there, I recently purchased a second hand razer blade, which had unfortunately been wiped clean.  As such there was no recovery and no “blade.icm” for the screen.  I was wondering if anyone has this available?  I have been able to get the recovery image, which is downloading as I type this. But have not been able to source the color profile yet. I was hoping to contact support, but that lead me here as this laptop is no longer under warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hello, so my Deathadder Elite has been acting up for about a week now. Everything works fine except for my left mouse button. At first it would randomly double click whenever I tried clicking once, so I looked online and read some threads about static charge potentially being the culprit. I attempted to blow out the area where the button is actually pressed and this worked for about 30 minutes… Now it doesn’t double click BUT it only registers my clicks about half the time. I tried closing/reinstalling Synapse but it didn’t seem to make any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I purchased rezer deathadder chroma  from local shop to play my games well but when I downloaded  it's software and try to register the product it said 'Your product is already registered  'But I  have not  registered the product Please help me I want to use this mouse all features Please help me

i have the razer iskur gaming chair and the seat plate needs replaced would I be able to purchase just the seat unit ? 

I’ve used Razer Axon for quite some time now, having recently installed it on this computer after I switched systems. It worked fine for the first couple of days, but now displays grey screens on both my monitors upon launch and remains that way until I relaunch Axon after an hour or so (if I do so immediately the same issue occurs). I’ve reinstalled the wallpapers, but have not explored any other options, as it’s a relatively new issue. If there’s any quick fixes anyone knows of, it would be great to find them. I will try reinstalling the program soon.

Are we ever getting a fix for the button remapping on the wolverine controllers!? I thought a week or 2 was understandable but its starting to become a joke! At this point its just an overpriced xbox controller. 

I’ve recently noticed that the battery on my 2020 Razer Blade Advanced that I purchased brand new just over 1 year ago has started expanding and bulging. Tried different devices, browsers, and networks – cart always stays empty. Anyone else having this issue or know a fix?

Pretty sure my mouse isn’t fake, as that seems to be the answer to almost every deathadder problem. I just want to reassign the two side buttons but synapse 4 isn’t detecting the mouse. Any ideas?
