For about the past 2-3 months or so my Razer Blackwidow V4 %100 keyboard has been double typing keys for no reason. I’ve had this keyboard since late last year. At fiirst this problem only occured with the: F, T, O and P keys. Now it’s efffecting the: Space, I, and multiple other keys.I’ve ttried everything I could think of, or saw on fourms/dicussions, such as takiing the keys ooff and cleaning the board, uninstalling/reinsttalling the synapse app, unplugging/replugging the keyboard in, reinstalling the drivers, updating the drivers, decreasing the polling rate etc. And nothing has worked yet. I’m only making this post as a last ditch effort to get some actual help with an actual solution because I have some very important projects that are password protected, not to mention in order to get into my computer I must put in a password. So Ii assume you can understand how ffrustrating tthis can be when a problem like this
Hi all, I JUST bought a new Razer 14 (2024) laptop 3 weeks ago, and since then, every single time it starts up from sleep, it works for a few seconds and then powers off and completely restarts. Saying it ran into a “video memory management error”. The event viewer says critical error kernel power error. After it does this reset once, the laptop works perfectly fine until the next time I have to wake it up from sleeping.Everything is up to date with the latest updates. Including the graphic drivers.Razer support didn’t try much to fix the issue and then instructed me to completely wipe the laptop, get a USB stick(which I don’t have on hand) and perform a system image recovery. Which is a LOT of work for something that is a minor inconvenience, but is starting to get more and more annoying as the novelty of a buying a new laptop starts to fade. Can someone please help me fix this without such a drastic step?

I attended PAX last year and spoke with a few of the Razer team on the floor. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have their own stall, but it was still cool to chat with them (they even featured me in a video on the ANZ Instagram account, although that account’s gone now).I’m attending again this year and wondering if they’ll finally be able to have a booth, or just roaming again?Would love any info!I’ll be rocking my new Xanthus shirt!
looking to get a keyboard but not trying to spend over $150 on a keyboard which one do you guys recommend ?
My scroll wheel worked without any issues and now stopped working without any reason whyI have tried to fix the problem in the following ways: I reinstalled drivers for the mouse, I reinstalled the firmware for the mouse, I tried the mouse on a different PC and multiple USB ports, Lastly I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse.
Hello Razer Team,My name is JIHAD JYRENJACK. I am a 13-year-old C++ programmer and an absolute gaming enthusiast. As someone who lives by the motto "For Gamers. By Gamers.", I am reaching out to share a concept ecosystem I am designing, tailored perfectly to expand Razer’s digital footprint.I call this project RAZER AXS (AI X SYSTEM ACCESS).My vision is to build a unified, highly optimized software ecosystem that seamlessly bridges Razer's high-performance hardware, next-gen cloud gaming, and custom UI design into one smooth experience. Instead of just managing peripherals, RAZER AXS aims to be the foundational interface that gives gamers ultimate control, featuring:Next-Gen Integration: A custom system concept built with C++ efficiency, designed to eliminate background lag and maximize hardware performance.Unified Ecosystem: Deep integration with Razer Chroma RGB and Synapse, expanding into immersive gaming setups, future robotics, and streamlined mobile/tablet layouts.Immersive
My boyfriend was using some very old Razer Kraken phones, but he is in dire need of a new pair. I already heard him say he was very happy with them and wanted new Kraken ones. He's the type to usually stick to what he already likes and knowsI wanted to gift him new ones and I've seen some reviews about Kraken v3 and v4 and they were ok, but not great. Problem is I know jack shit about computers, phones and whatnot and I need some help deciding what to get. I'm getting confused with all the technical terms and scared to get something too different and him not liking it so I could really use some helpBecause of his schedule he's more of a casual gamer, not very much into FPS and likes to just chat and play with his friends too. So I don't think there's really a need for ultra quality sound, but good enough quality and a good phone would be greatShould I just get a safe kraken model since I know he likes it? Should I try a different line? What would you recommend?
I have a Razer Naga Pro Model RZ01-0342 but this guide might work for other Razer Naga models or other razer mice using the same scroll wheel encoder. Like every razer product I’ve owned a switch or sensor goes bad within a few months of warranty expiration. I have replaced D-Pad switches on my Tartarus’ (I have 3) over 40 times. Let me know if you have this issue because I found better switches for these. Anyways the scroll wheel on my Naga Pro started jumping around. I followed every tutorial, using compressed air etc. I took it apart and cleaned the optical sensor, still jumping. It seems this uses both an optical sensor and a physical encoder attached to the axis of the wheel. Looking down on the mouse this attached to the right side. This is likely what you need to replace. I was able to find one on Aliexpress for under $4 including shipping. This link might expire but here is what I used TTC Mouse Wheel Encoder For Razer Naga 2014 Hex V2 Mamba 5G Epic Chroma With Wire Mouse Wheel
I need to switch the keycaps of my Razer Joro, because I bought a used Joro with the french layout (AZERTY) I want to convert it in an Italian layout (QWERTY) knowing it will still have some french "special characters" but I don't want to buy another keyboard just because I bought the wrong layout. Can anyone help about it?
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the microphone on my Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. Compared to my other headsets, the microphone volume is extremely low. When testing it through the Windows microphone settings, speaking at a normal volume only reaches around 6–10%.The microphone sounds muffled and as if I’m talking through a filter, both in Windows and on Discord. The same muffled sound can also be heard in the Mic Preview in Razer Synapse, so the issue seems to be present consistently. I have also tried the beta version of Razer Synapse, but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue. My friend on Discord has also mentioned that my microphone volume is noticeably lower compared to other people he talks to, which confirms that the issue is not just limited to the Windows microphone test.I’m hoping someone can help me find a solution to this issue.
So I bought a razer pro click awhile ago when I bought myself a brand-new Alienware laptop and I was using the 2.4g receiver on the laptop every thing worked just fine. But then I decided to send the laptop back because I didn’t like it so when I sent it back I accidently left the receiver in the laptop. And was using the Bluetooth feature of the mouse during that time not realize I left it in the laptop months later. So now I was stuck with either cable or Bluetooth obviously I'm going to choose Bluetooth, so one day I was switching between both pc’s I own via Bluetooth when I shut down the pc it was connected to it just wouldn't go into Bluetooth pairing mode and its been like this for months and I cant figure out to do I cant update the mouse because I don’t have the receiver as show in the video below. PLEASE HELP!!https://www.kapwing.com/videos/656dd33afc2ac36032f793a4
This *beep* sound with brief audio cut is annoying and disturbs a lot. I play many games and use Discord using open mic - previously used Barracuda headset and it’s very convinient for me to use it that way, instead of voice activation or push-to-talk - especially during long game sessions and when needing constant input from keyboard for game. Where is the option to disable it? If not - please add it.

Razer's software doesn't recognize my Bluetooth headphones, what should I do to make them appear?
I usually look for games that don't require a constant internet connection and are fun to play in short sessions. I'm interested in action, racing, and strategy games that still hold up today. What offline mobile games would you recommend, and what makes them worth playing?
I’m so close to buying a tartarus, but I see it’s over 5 years old and missing a few features that should be standard that would make this perfect for serious gamers, casual gamers, and for productivity. Here are some things that would make this keypad king of all keypads:Wireless capabilites - Bluetooth, 2.4 ghz with 1000 polling rate, and detachable usb c cable Swappable key switches with their razor key switches or allow HE key switches. This would allow adjustments to the actuation point to be .1mm where as right now it’s 1.5 with optical switches Onboard memory to saves macros and button mapping Mac support for productivity Multiple device support Analog joystick or at least make it modular similar to what’s on the V2/proIf other people feel tha same, please add a comment or like the post to try to make this happen.

Hi all,I'm facing an annoying delay when I press a button on my Tartarus Pro to temporary switch to another keymap. I use the thumb button but it happens with any button I set.I didn't have this issue before. This thing make the switching function useless because I need to wait to press a button from the keymap 2.I think it could be the last update of Synapse 4 that introduced this problem.Am I the only one?Thank you.
Hello, I am using the razer Basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and it recently started to not track user input anymore. Instead whenever I connect the mouse, the cursor is slowly moving down. So far I have tried:Restart of PC a different Usb Port a new battery a different Computer different Operating System (MacOS) Reset of the mouse Reinstalling synapseSince I am running out of options on how to fix it on my own I wanted to ask for some help.
Hi everyone,Looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has run into this issue with their Razer Seiren V3 Chroma. My mic used to record completely clean audio with zero static. Recently, I traveled with it stored safely in my bag (unused during the trip, no drops or physical hits). Ever since I got back and plugged it back into my setup, there’s a persistent background static/buzzing sound. Here’s what I’ve already tried to isolate the issue: Tested with different USB cables. Updated firmware. Tested on different devices (laptop and mobile phone). Confirmed the issue happens in the exact same room/setup where it worked perfectly before. Since the static follows the microphone across different cables, devices, and ports, it seems like an internal issue started after travel.Has anyone experienced similar static issues with the Seiren V3 Chroma, or is this a sign to push forward with an RMA/support replacement?Appreciate any insight!
I’m seriously considering buying a 2026 Blade 18 (RTX 5090, 64GB+, 2TB) for AI development, coding, local LLMs, video editing, and heavy multitasking. Before I spend this kind of money, I want to hear from actual long-term owners. If you own a Blade 18:What do you love about it?What do you hate about it?Any reliability or quality-control issues after months of use?Would you buy another one today, or would you choose something else like an MSI Titan, Legion Pro 7i, or Alienware?I’m not looking for spec-sheet comparisons—I can read those. I’m more interested in real ownership experiences and whether there are any reasons I should not buy one. Thanks!
Hello,I'm having an issue with my Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed for PlayStation earbuds and was hoping someone could help.I purchased them from Amazon, and I've been experiencing this problem since I first took them out of the box. When I connect using the USB-C dongle connected to my PS5, I hear the game audio for about half a second before the sound cuts out completely. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried: Confirmed the earbuds are fully charged (the charging case shows a green light). Verified that the HyperSpeed USB dongle is connected properly. Checked the PS5 audio settings and set the audio output to the connected headphones. The PS5 recognizes the earbuds as connected, but I still don't get any audio. When I go into the PS5 microphone test, the microphone works and my voice is detected correctly, but I still have no audio output through the earbuds. I also tested the earbuds on my MacBook using Bluetooth, and they work perfectly there. I can hear a
