Hi Razer Support Team,I am hoping someone might be able to assist me with a back-stock hardware request. I have a Razer Turret Wireless Mechanical Keyboard & Mouse (for Xbox One / PC), but the proprietary 2.4 GHz USB unified receiver dongle has unfortunately been lost.I know this model has been discontinued and standard HyperSpeed dongles are not compatible with this specific unified setup. My device is authentic and I just registered it to my account. I am looking to see if I can purchase one directly from Razer.  Any help you can provide world be great. Thank you!

I work in the social-media tools niche, particularly around TikTok, and I’m interested in improving my setup for recording and editing short-form content.For people who create gaming or tech content, which Razer gear do you find most useful for recording—headset, microphone, webcam, keyboard, or lighting?I’m especially interested in getting clear audio and good-quality recordings without making the setup unnecessarily complicated.What Razer setup would you recommend for someone starting with short-form content?

Every input lights up the actuation led indicator (above arrow keys) and there is no way to disable it. The constant flashing into my eyes is unbearable, deal breaker for me.I also have a regular Huntsman v3 pro TKL(not 8K) that does not do this, and that is fine.Sounds hard to believe a 260€ fully customizable keyboard does not have such basic QOL feature.Reviews I have seen did not mention this. 

When I have time, I play Rust. 770 hours, mostly on PVE servers… I know, I'm bad :D. What about you?

I usually play Rocket League, Roblox a little, Fortnite a little and calm games like GTA V or RDR I or II. My palm size is medium and i think it might fit my hand. What's yall thoughts about it, is it good it's 3000 dinars in Serbia and it's currently on lower price so what should i do? 

Hello, I am very happy Razer blade 15 advanced (2019) owner and as my laptop ages, I have started to question if it is possible to upgrade certain hardware within the laptop? I am out of warranty and not worried about problems with that, but am asking to both the community and/or any Razer employees that would actually like to be helpful (not going to lie, Razer support has been a terrible experience for me over the years) for their input? I can’t seem to find many sources, though I am getting the idea that the difficulty of upgrading in descending order is RAM->CPU->GPU which is coincidentally the order I’d look at things.Just putting this here hoping for a helpful discussion so I can see if it is better to pursue possibly upgrading components of my machine, or to better look at upgrading to a new machine altogether  when the time comes. My laptop is still very much a functional piece of hardware (I only have had to replace my battery once) but I am still asking for the future .

Hello everyone, I am here to share one of the Razer product ideas I came up with. I don't expect anyone at Razer to react to this, but I’d be pleased and surprised if they did.The Razer Mamba v3. The Mamba is a classic Razer mouse,  which is just as much a part of Razer’s history as the DeathAdder and BlackWidow are.  Depending on when Razer plans to take a break from the Cobra line, I think the Mamba deserves a modern refresh that will not just have new features but be something that only Razer, as a premium gaming lifestyle brand, can offer that will innovate even while returning a pre -existing shape.Did you notice that I chose to name it the Razer Mamba V3?     That is because the Original mamba  and the elite and tournament edition are both version 1 and 2 respectively  this brings it roughly in line with where the iterations of razer’s other newer  evergreen product the basilisk already is.The  Mamba v3 will  boast the same features of the elite  with a  sensor comparable to  bas

Has anyone here gotten their Hyperflux V2 to charge their Naga V3 Pro?  i recently just purchased both, the mouse connects fine via the Hyperflux V2 but it does not wirelessly charge it.I have tried everything so i contacted Razor Customer Support and the representative said the Naga V3 Pro is not supported by the Hyperflux V2….which is weird because if you go on the Hyperflux V2 product page it claims that the Naga V3 Pro will work with it… I also found a guy reviewing both on youtube with them both clearly working together… is anyone else have trouble with their Hyperflux V2 not charging their Naga V3 Pro? has anyone else got them to work together?   

Hello everyone,I bought a Razer Kiyo (Model RZ19-0232) 15 months ago and have been using it daily for work meetings. The camera is typically on for about 15-30 minutes per meeting, and rarely exceeds an hour.Today, during a call, I decided to turn on the ring light as usual. It turned on normally, but after a few minutes, it started flickering. When I tried to turn off the light, it wouldn't turn off, and the camera went off as well.I disconnected and reconnected the USB cable, and the camera was recognized by Zoom. However, when I tried to select it and turn it on, it started flickering again and showed no video image.Now, my computer doesn't recognize the camera at all. I've tried different USB ports and left it disconnected for a while before reconnecting. I am using a Mac with an Intel chip, connected through an Apple Multiport adapter.It seems the camera has become completely unusable after just 15 months of use. Any ideas on what's happening?

I'm a long-time Basilisk user with large hands who loves the shape and thumb rest, but the V3 Pro is way too heavy for competitive FPS. I’d love to see a Basilisk V4 Pro that keeps the ergonomic design but uses the new tech from the DeathAdder V4 Pro—like the 45K sensor, Gen-4 optical switches, and lighter build. Strip the RGB, drop the weight under 80g, and it could be a serious esports contender.

As I’m understanding, through all the changes & updates, THX Spatial Audio is entirely integrated through the new laptops and Synapse 4 now, right? I’m having a hard time comprehending how my sound settings in control panel shows “stereo” for the playback configuration, while all the features are controlled by Windows are set to Realtek(R) instead of “THX Spatial Audio” showing a “7.1 Surround Sound” playback configuration. Does this automatically configure the laptop to use all 6 speakers? Because I noticed a sound difference when changing the profile on the sound settings with the THX Spatial Audio option in sound settings after configuration of Windows to THX Spatial Audio as well. When the software isn’t installed, I don’t see any other settings to config audio to something other than “Stereo.”

Hi I’d like to know if there’s a way to fix that my headset isn’t connecting even though my dongle is plugged into my console 

I lost access to my registered phone number and currently do not have a new one, so I cannot receive the SMS OTP to complete my top-up. Is it possible to verify my account via email instead? Please assist me with resetting my phone number. Thank you.

I'm now on my 3rd warranty replacement for audio cutting in and out on this headset. Is there a magical setting that would solve this issue?The first headset was both audio and mic issues. Second one was strictly audio. Third one, which I just received is also having the same audio issues where it cuts in and out.Everything is up to date for drivers, Razer synapse, etc. I've just been going in circles with Razer support. Any Advice given that this is my third replacement and I am trying to avoid a 4th replacement with Razer support? We're going through the same troubleshooting steps again with no avail. I can’t even get access to Razer’s reddit and Razer’s support subreddit for assistance as they’ve taken down every post I’ve attempted to make to get this issue resolved. At this point, I just want a different headset all together. 

So I know Razer Blade’s come OEM-tuned (don’t worry I made a restore point), any others doing Adrenaline updates to stay current or for any other reasons? I made the update and haven’t had many weird occurrences. MW III didn’t close once, but I was also doing some GPU tuning to push my Blade 16 M2 (2026) almost maxed out, without overclocking. I already previously had Ninja Gaiden 4 launch issues before anything AMD related, so I don’t believe that the MW improper close was from any updates of any sorts. OS was upgraded to 11 Pro, running pretty smooth still with Windows security/defender + PC Manager. Obviously, Nord VPN is a go to, nothing really was done with Adrenaline besides standard settings (no super res). I have Ryzen & a 5060, supersedes expectations undoubtedly, DLAA anti-aliasing with high settings is a beaut.Just curious on anyone’s thoughts of stepping outside the OEM-tuning, if there’s anything else to say about it.

With the help of the OG ChatGPT pro, I was able to fix the long running annoying as hell audio issue with Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023. I have spent nearly a year for this issue to be fixed.Update: I finally found a reproducible root cause and a working workaround for this issue.This is not simply a USB problem, an incorrect sample rate, defective headset hardware, or THX being “too demanding.” On my system, Synapse 4 was creating a broken Windows Audio Processing Object chain in which the THX APOs and Realtek APOs were attached simultaneously to the BlackShark V2 Pro render endpoint.Removing only the Realtek APO registrations from the Razer endpoint fixed the issue while keeping Windows Audio Enhancements, Synapse EQ, and THX enabled.My setup Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) USB 2.4 GHz dongle connected directly to the motherboard Windows 11 24H2 Razer Synapse 4 Windows Audio Enhancements enabled THX Spatial Audio enabled 16-bit, 48 kHz Symptoms Intermittent crackling/poppin

I lost the dongle for my Barracuda x. Ive been looking around and I cant seem to find any. If someone would be able to help I would love it so I can get back to using my favourite headset!

O teclado ficou travado quando tentei subir o firmware acabei subindo o firmware do blackwindown ultimate 2016 agora as teclas nao acende a luz e quando acente só 15 % das luzes e tudo errada. Eu so quero o arquivo para instalar correto no meu teclado e recuperar por favor.🙏🏻
