Hey so im kinda in a bit of a pickle. i was working on the razer deathadder v4 and i might have ounctured the battery and i need a replacement. i contacted the support just today but are there any ways i can find a replacement battery. i was looking into other used mouses where i can snatch the battery from and was thinking about the razer viper ultimate but the just didnt match according to my research.

Hello, I´ve been looking around on the internet for an sollution but i can´t seem to find one. So the problem is. My button 4 and 5 on the side of the mouse aren´t working anymore. I never had this problem before but recently they quit working. The weird thing is. After i push in both the side buttons 4 and 5 and the 2 buttons on top. They both work for like 10 seconds again. I also just found out: if i hold one of the 2 side buttons for like 2 seconds they both start working again for like 30 seconds. I really have no idea what i can do to fix this. Is it some weird option/setting from the mouse that turns dissables the side buttons and when i hold them for a small amount of time it turns on both buttons. Thanks for reading and mayby offer an sollution.

I can't turn them off, I can't update the drivers because I get an error: invalid output string format. The Razer Synapse software on my computer also doesn't work. When I try to turn them on, it turns on for a second and then turns off. I can't even turn the volume up or down. 

So I have the Razer Gigantus V2 and I accidentally spilled a drink on it. How do I clean it?

Hello.I recently got a pair of Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and had trouble with the dongle connection. It kept disconnecting and not wanting to connect back unless i unplugged and plugged the dongle a few times and turned the headset off and on a few times. Thought it was a problem with just my pair as the reviews for the headset were good so i returned them and got another pair. This one has almost the same issues. Not as bad tho. For example when i play PUBG, the sound randomly gets completly cut off and i can’t hear anything and it doesn’t come back unless i unplug and plug the dongle back and restart the headset. This takes about 20-30 sec which are crucial for not dying in the game. I tried almost every fix i could find online. I even disabled all other sound output devices. I had the 2021 version before and they worked perfectly, but i decided to get the 2022 version cause they had bluetooth. N

Hi everyone I’ve got the V2 Hyperspeed and I started getting a weird pop/click noise. I even found some specific windows sounds that triggers it so I’ve been using it to test it. If I turn off THX spatial sound it is less noticeable but still annoying. This was my gf’s christmas gift, it just arrived last week. I’m honestly very sad :/ what should I do? Should I return it? She bought it off Amazon. 

I bought kraken x  light then i try to download 7.1 surround software which is not working whatever I tried !When i click to RazerSurroundSoundInstaller it takes me to the installing screen and it keeps me waiting for 20 minutes to skip to the next step. And in the next step I can not click anything, there is no information about what i can download or use, I mean it is totally broken program.Perhaps I made a huge mistake buying a Razer product; after all, I couldn't have known you'd be a company that can't even properly program its own application.

When I use my Razer viper v2 8 k I get stutters and input Delay so my game is unplayable I tried to lower my polling rate and changed alot of settings and things with my setup but the mouse still doesnt work Can anyone help with that?

Purchased a Razer Blade 14 (2025) with the 5070 and Ryzen 9. I have it hooked up to a monitor is ok to completely close the laptop and used the monitor as a dedicated display via HDMI? Will there being pros / cons as far as performance.Also is the Razer docking station worth the money or any other alternatives need a few more spots for USB / etc.I'm usually more of a desktop gamer however the laptop is going to be best in my current situation.Thanks! 

I've just purchased a Huntsman V3 Pro TKL and finished setting it up (I think). Both the Windows joystick Control Panel and Synapse show the analog input working fine on the controller simulator. But I have tried using it on 3 different games so far and had 3 completely different non-working results.Destiny 2 will simply not work. I tried with and without Steam's joystick emulator and neither works.On Darktide, the WASD controls work fine, but as soon as I press any of those 4 buttons my mouse stops working, and as soon as I stop pressing any of them my mouse works again. It's as if the game would only accept input from either the controller or keyboard+mouse, so I am inclined to think this is the game's limitation, maybe?On Space Marine 2 it is almost the opposite of Darktide. Both the WASD and my mouse work at the same time, but while I am pressing any of the WASD keys my mouse sensitivity goes bananas, meaning it goes too high. So a slight flick of the mouse

Hi, I have been logged out of THX Spatial Audio (which I have paid for) and it will no longer let me log in.I try to log in via email/password, or one of the connected accounts and get the error message “No authentication found” I have tried doing a full reinstall of the program both through razer synapse, and through the standalone program, restarting my PC in between.I have a Razer Blackshark V3 so it is capable of using the program, I have used it for months, but now I can no longer log in or use it with windows. Any help please? 

A couple of days ago, I cleaned my Razer Blackwidow V3 Tenkeyless, however when I was reassembling it I noticed that my Enter key was missing. I tried looking for it, but I had no luck. I didn't want to purchase an entire set of keycaps, and I believe my keyboard is still in its warranty, so I am wondering if it is possible to order a replacement Enter key.

I am using a Pro Click Mini for almost 2 years but recently, it was unable to connect to any Bluetooth Devices that have already been paired. I tried to remove the mouse from all my devices and re-pair all of them, however, none of my devices (3 Windows PC and an Android phone) were able to detect the mouse. Connection via the dongle is fine, but I can’t get the Bluetooth to work. Any help?

Im running a Blade pro 17 (2019) and all the rzer apps: chroma synapse is not working the only 2 that works is cortex, Axon but when i open the ones that dont work they open till everything loads then crashes ive tried deleting repairing but nothing will work 

So, on the app it says that you can customize youre own thirdparty mouse pad but than there aint that option, does someone know why? or is it just a developer error?

Hey there, I have a Razer Viper Ultimate RC30-030501 that has served me well for the last couple of years. Yesterday night, out of absolutely nowhere, the USB Dongle started malfunctioning tremendously and constantly acting as though it was being plugged in and removed repeatedly. The same issue occurred on another port, after uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and now is happening on another device entirely. Is it possible to source a replacement USB Dongle? The mouse seems to be just fine as it still works adequately if it’s plugged in; having said that, this does defeat the point of having a wireless mouse. There was no trauma/damage to the Dongle, it was plugged in and working fine just prior and wasn’t subject to any stress or force whatsoever. Would love to hear if anyone has any solutions - thanks!

Hello everyone,I bought a Razer Kiyo (Model RZ19-0232) 15 months ago and have been using it daily for work meetings. The camera is typically on for about 15-30 minutes per meeting, and rarely exceeds an hour.Today, during a call, I decided to turn on the ring light as usual. It turned on normally, but after a few minutes, it started flickering. When I tried to turn off the light, it wouldn't turn off, and the camera went off as well.I disconnected and reconnected the USB cable, and the camera was recognized by Zoom. However, when I tried to select it and turn it on, it started flickering again and showed no video image.Now, my computer doesn't recognize the camera at all. I've tried different USB ports and left it disconnected for a while before reconnecting. I am using a Mac with an Intel chip, connected through an Apple Multiport adapter.It seems the camera has become completely unusable after just 15 months of use. Any ideas on what's happening?

Hello everyone.I have a Razer Blackwidow 4X green switch keyboard.After a couple of months of light use, the keyboard started double-clicking and missing keys, a feeling I had on all the keys. I updated the keyboard firmware, but it didn't help. What could be the problem? Is it the switches, the board, or the software? I was thinking of replacing the keyboard switches with Akko Custom Switch V3 Silver Pro 5-pin, but I'm not sure if they will fit the board. If I were to replace the switches in the keyboard, which ones would work?

I bought my wired headphones about a year ago, I use them for gaming but haven't used them much in the last couple months as I've gotten a new job. Anyways, besides the point - from the headset part to about 6 inches down the cord to connect to the pc it looks like its starting to turn a weird greenish color? Again, haven't played in a while and theyve been hanging on my headphone stand in a well ventilated area. Am I crazy thinking it's mold? Can this be replaced?
