The Razer Armory

On my Razer Naga, I cut small rectangular pieces from the adhesive-backed hook (male) side of Velcro and attach them to selected thumb buttons. These tactile markers provide raised reference points that help me quickly identify and remember assigned game actions by touch, without having to look at the keypad or fumble around the buttons with my thumb. Razer should offer custom clear or smoked-clear tactile markers designed for the Naga's side buttons. The markers would allow the backlit key numbers to show through while providing tactile reference points for faster button identification by feel.

I recently purchased a Razer Basilisk V4 Pro and the corresponding Mouse Dock V2 Pro. I get random disconnects when using the mouse dock V2 Pro. I must cycle power on the mouse or unplug the mouse dock and plug it back in for the mouse to begin working again. I assumed I received a defective pair, so I went ahead and sent the Razer V4 Pro and Mouse Dock V2 pro back to Amazon and asked for replacements. I received the replacements today, brand new in the box Basilisk V4 pro and dock v2 pro. I uninstalled Razer synapse 4 and downloaded a razer driver cleanup program. I made sure all of the Razer Mice and docks were unplugged from my computer etc. Rebooted. I then installed Synapse 4, prior to plugging in the new basilisk v4 pro and mouse dock v2 pro. After synapse 4 was installed I restarted my pc just to be safe. At that point I went ahead and plugged in the mouse dock, watched Synapse as it installed the drivers. Здравствуйте!  У меня клавиатура Razer Blackwidow Elite, серийный номер RZ03-02622700-R3R1. Столкнулся с двумя проблемами, которые мешают нормально пользоваться устройством: 1. Клавиша “З срабатывает дважды, при одном нажатии (Даблклик). Проблема  проявляется стабильно, независимо от ПО.2. Клавиша, регулировки громкости не работает вообще (давно перестала работать). Я выполнил все базовые проверки. Учмтывая, что это уже вторая клавиатура Razer, с которой воникают подобные проблемы, мне важно понять, есть ли возможность замены или  хотя бы консультации по ремонту. Bonjour je viens d’acquérir la wolverine v4 pro , quand je joue sur des fps la camera change brutalement de direction je ne comprends pas pourquoi, je n’arrive pas a comprendre quelle réglage fais cela sachant que je n’ai rien touché a part le mapage des boutons,merci d’avance  

I’ve owned this mouse for a couple of years, but as of recent synapse updates the chroma is not working properly and now THE MOST ANNOYING  part is the mouse is disconnecting when I remove it from the mouse pad by holding it up. When I hold it up the lights on it turn red and it disconnects from my pc causing ALL  my razer peripherals to not work for a split sec.  It’s unusable at this point!!  Please fix this! There is no way I’ve done something because the last time I’ve opened my PC was a week ago and this was not happening back then. I have the latest firmware installed for all of my devices too! (But you guys have not updated this mouse firmware since 2023...). I’ve already tried reinstalling the synapse software and the problem persists! Please help!

My Orochi V2 suddenly stopped working. At first, I thought it is the battery issue, but after replacing it, the mouse still shows no battery indicator LED when powered on. I also tried a firmware update, but when it reached the step of connecting the mouse to BT, the process failed because the pairing indicator on the mouse was not blinking. Is there anything else I can try to fix it, or is it completely dead? I think that changing the yet-to-be-released project AVA’s display to a more realistic, more 3d character appearance screen could make the product more interesting as this would appeal more than what is shown in the preview videos. Making the camera also able to track people around the room would be more interactive. This could allow the character to change perspective as the user moves their head, making it look like a genuinely three-dimensional character rather than a mostly flat image inside the cylinder.

Hi! Recently I moved to Brazil and unfortunately the dongle for the mice I got at the USA - Razer Viper V2 Pro - stoped working. I even tried plugging it to my dad’s computer, but it really doesn’t seem to work. Also the mice works perfectly well when it has the wire on, so the problem is definitely the dongle. Since I’m not sure if it’s still on the warranty and I moved to another country, I’m wondering which dongle replacement I should get - and if it would work on it. My Razer blade 15 (2023) is not booting unless it’s plugged in, even though the battery still lasts around 1.5 hours.Razer replaced the battery 6 months ago for the same issue, but it’s happening again. The laptop also completely died on me 2 years ago.Honestly, I’m getting pretty fed up with this laptop.I’ve had nothing but problems with it, and now my warranty has expired.Anyone experienced this? I’m really not keen on spending more money fixing this thing.

With the help of the OG ChatGPT pro, I was able to fix the long running annoying as hell audio issue with Razer Blackshark v2 Pro 2023. I have spent nearly a year for this issue to be fixed.Update: I finally found a reproducible root cause and a working workaround for this issue.This is not simply a USB problem, an incorrect sample rate, defective headset hardware, or THX being “too demanding.” On my system, Synapse 4 was creating a broken Windows Audio Processing Object chain in which the THX APOs and Realtek APOs were attached simultaneously to the BlackShark V2 Pro render endpoint.Removing only the Realtek APO registrations from the Razer endpoint fixed the issue while keeping Windows Audio Enhancements, Synapse EQ, and THX enabled.My setup Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) USB 2.4 GHz dongle connected directly to the motherboard Windows 11 24H2 Razer Synapse 4 Windows Audio Enhancements enabled THX Spatial Audio enabled 16-bit, 48 kHz Symptoms Intermittent crackling/poppin

It’s only been 6 months since I got this mouse but out of nowhere it suddenly stops responding in either of the two modes (2.4GHz and Bluetooth).  To say it isn’t working at all isn’t exactly accurate as the mouse will still allow some button inputs to be registered if I spam click them (like once every 3 seconds of spam clicking) although after a while it simply stops responding and my laptop considers the mouse as no longer connected. An additional note, the cursor seems to slowly be moving to the top left corner of the screen, seems to be something the mouse is causing as I noticed the issue being replicated when I had the mouse connected onto a different laptop. Some quick googling allowed me to find some potential solutions involving firmware updates. I’ve tried the two firmware updates (one for the Bluetooth and the other for the dongle) and both encounter similar issues stopping them from completing being that the updates can’t proceed due to the mouse not getting detected.  As

I broke my Nari Ultimate a few days ago what would you recommend for a new one? I really liked how they were circular ear cups but I see how they dont have those anymore. Looking for advice.

Hi,i’m needing help to restore my Razer Naga Left-Handed edition that i use in my daily work.After the auto-intallation of Synapse 4 and the profile import from the in-app tool, the mouse suddenly stopped working. Now, every time i connect it to a pc, it appears a window “CRP-DISABLED” with a firmware.bin file in it.I was fully satisfied with the mouse and how it works, til this happened. I use a Razer doc so I can easily switch between my MacBook and my gaming PC by switching USB cables. I’ve remapped Cmd to Opt and Opt to Cmd on macOS keyboard modifier keys settings to mirror the MacBook’s keyboard so I can type with keys in the normal order as if I’m using the laptop. But for some reason Ctrl+Tab is acting like Cmd+Tab and cycling through apps instead of browser tabs.

Ive been out of PC gaming for a minute and trying to get my new build setup with drivers and such. Im reading comments that with synapse 3.0 and later its eol and not supported at all? And reading other comments from ppl who stuck on synapse 2.0 its begun not detecting it or popping in and out making it useless. Razer has seemingly bricked it on purpose?This true? I just want to use my gamepad 

I will preface this post by listing everything I have done to troubleshoot this issue, including buying a brand new Pro AND THEN having that pro replaced with another pro after contacting customer service:Previous tartarus v2, then new Pro AND NOW replacement Pro have experienced unplayable lag when keymap swapping for several months now, starting any time a game is launched. Issue requires unplugging and reinserting the device every time after starting a game for it to return to a properly functioning state. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Issues are actually worse with the pros, if that’s believable! The pros sometime outright wipe my current keymap after games start.I have attempted (in rough order)-Bought a new device-Different usb ports.-Deleting profiles and creating new profiles.-Disabling its recognition as a 360 controller so steam no longer recognizes it as such (with a computer restart after disabling it)-Disabling various parts and combinations of its drivers and restarting the computer

If your keyboard spacebar stops working. Try this before you stop your razor apps on your computer. 1. Open the Razer Axon app on your computer Click on the nine dots in the top right hand corner. Click on Synapse  Click on the keyboard at the top task bar Click on the Spacebar, left hand task bar, Click on the refresh button (circle with an arrow) Hope this helps. Because I couldn’t find this answer online. I had to figure it out on my own. I was worried that I had to keep the app closed for my space bar to work.
